for me though, my fave romance jdrama is First Love. 

it's a show about meeting your first love, breaking up, moving forward and being destined to be with that person no matter how time passed by..

-Nagi's Long Vacation - I really like how it shows things from the woman and guy's sides and how they interpreted the same events differently. I haven't seen much romance jdrama, but I haven't seen kdrama that show differing interpretations in the same way either. The characters are immature in some ways though.
