Cruel romance: A Powerful mob boss protect the woman, I think it's exactly what you want.

Lady & Liar: A powerful guy known as wolf protect her

These two are best example of damsel in distress

Princess Agent (Somehow) - The guy always save and protect her but everyone including FL misunderstand him, but the woman is so strong, she is not weak like the others I mentioned.
