Shen Yin (The Last Immortal) - Novel Content and its connection with Ancient Love Poetry

At the same time, Feng Yin tried to go to God realm to ask Shang Gu to resurrect Yuan Qi. Yuan Qi was resurrected by Xuan Yi in Shen Yin novel (hidden god). It took ~ 1000 year for Yuan Qi to return. It is not clear if Feng Ran got married (or wedding) with Jing Jian (her boyfriend in Ancient love poetry). He was resurrected and they reunioned and promoted to God Realm together. 

Yan Shang and Hong Yi in the novel also went to God Realm together before Yuan Qi returned. They went to God Realm about 800 years after Yuan Qi disappeared. This was mentioned in the 3rd novel (God Bai Shuo which is adapted in Moonlight mystique)

You mean Senyu and Cheng Qin? 

Qing Li (or Qing Lin in the drama) almost killed Cheng Qin (Hong Ruo in the drama), removed her demon core and opcupied her body. However Cheng Qin was still alive. Both Qing Li and Cheng Qin shared Cheng Qin's body but Qing Li's soul most of the time dominated Cheng Qin.

On the last battle, Yuan Qi stood in front of the purgatory which sealed the devils, ghost races with immortal soldiers and demon troops. Qin Li led the devils to break the seal from inside. 

Yuan Qi lured Qin Li out by threatening her that if she wanted to kill Yuan Qi for her revenge she had to come out, otherwise he would go away and she could have no other chance to kill him. 

Yuan Qi and Shenyu tried to kill her and she revealed that Cheng Qin was still alive and shared the body.  Qing Li still loved Shenyu and persuaded him to follow her. For a blinking moment, Cheng Qin woke up and told Shenyu to kill her/Qing Li. At the end he hit her heart with his spear and Yuan Qi used his Chaos power to burn out Qing Li's devil soul.  Shenyu used similar technique that Jing Jian used to elevate his power level. Then all of them were "killed" by Yuan Qi's sword. It is almost impossible for them to reincarnate. 

There are only 82 chapter of Moonlight Mystique published online and it doesn't mention about ShenYu or Cheng Qin.

Also, what is it with the Qin Lin girl? Like I saw her in Ancient Love Poetry but I didn't think that she would be such a big player in the sequel.

In the original novel (Shang Gu) which was adapted to Ancient Love Poetry, Qing Li involved more events and people. She also did quite evil stuffs. Actually in the novel, it was Qing Li who used Abyss flowers to kill many immortal soldiers as well as some demon soildiers were contaminated too. Shang Gu punished her and exciled her in Jiuyu where she made used of abyss flowers (with the help of Xuan Yi too). Thus Qing Li in the novel was quite important role in both Shang gu and Hidden Gods
