Update cast headshots?

Can we use updated  headshots of the cast/crew section when available?  Some pics are so old that the actors, etc. are unrecognizable.

Users can update actor/crew profile images any time they want. Just go to the actor's page and click edit. The submitted picture must follow MDL guidelines and should be submitted with a source link to show where the image came from.
