Entries disappear from Completed List

I don't know why, but sometimes I'm searching for new dramas or movies to watch and I see that a drama/movie isn't in one of my lists eventhough I already added them at some earlier point. Does anyone know why that keeps happening?

Never seen that happen, maybe you added a duplicate page (which are regularly deleted) to your list.
