This slice-of-life comedy was so unexpected, as it made me both laugh and cry. All  the characters are unique and their relationship is friend goals.

Not a fun of medical, but I really loved it. A traditional medicine quirky specialist time-travels to modern life and meets a devoted female doctor. The characters' backgrounds and stories are explained in a way that makes you empathetic to them, I cried in the last episodes.

A runner, a translator, an arts student, a sports manager... It is a slice-of-life romcom, highly quotable with movie references and with beautiful scenery, it flows naturally.

  • Her Private Life

    5. Her Private Life

  • Navillera

    7. Navillera

    Korean Drama - 2021, 12 episodes

    8.0

This is more of a slice of life drama about a grandpa learning ballet and the family theme prominent. I personally love this kind of slow, unexpected relationships and chasing dreams background, plus the dancing parts. I was not fond of some characters and their way of thinking and I could perceive some cultural gaps, but that was also interesting to consider.

  • I'm Not a Robot

  • Please Don't Date Him

    10. Please Don't Date Him

    Korean Drama - 2020, 10 episodes

    7.5

It is a romcom with questions about how technology affects us and online rumors. It could dwelve a little more on the subject and there were plot issues towards the end, but I am a fan of the premise.

  • The Beauty Inside

    11. The Beauty Inside

    Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes

    7.5

Actress supernaturally changing appearance every now and then and a man with prosopagnosia. Interesting premise and the consequences of their condition was shown, although a little one-dimensionally, I also personally enjoyed the romance, towards the end it became a little tropey and repetitive. I watched it at a time I began to dislike the ''fate'' component in every story, like is it not possible to make a story with two people with no priors?

    14. Extraordinary Attorney Woo

I was at first excited about the autistic FL plus law  and some stories did have meaning , also some quite likeable second characters, but the plot started lacking towards the end, especially on the law cases side. Still worth watching.
