Love, Sacrifices and Death(?)....

Dies during the battle between the two brothers.

Of course, if she actually died I would have caused a revolt but she didn't.

FL sacrifices herself while protecting the male lead. 

To be honest I wasn't super into this one.

Male lead dies sealing the big bad.

This is kind sadistic but I secretly loved it when the FL jumped to her 'death'

Of course, this is because I knew they would survive.

The female lead kills herself to  prevent the end of the world

 though the one that caught my attention was actually Ying Qi, the ML. Throughout the entire series, I admired his dedication to his clansmen and Ying Nan. 

I loved watching the exchange between the leads the night before he was going to 'die'. I loved seeing Ying Nan's reaction when she found out he was love is going to die.

She prevents him from dying but blocking an attack for him.

She turns back time in order to prevent tragedies and keep the ML safe at the cost of her existence.

She dies trying to test his love for her.

They love each other but misunderstandings and paranoia eventually tear them apart. She ultimately dies from sickness. It was both satisfying and heart wrenching to see him mourn over her. 

My favourite character for this drama is actually not the leads.  My favourite character She was Bai Luo Heng. She chose to become the next goddess of her tribe in order to help the leads. By choosing doing so, she would eventually lose her emotions. She really liked the ML but chose to forget her in order to help him.

The ML is poisoned.  The FL kills herself after learning the cure required blood from her heart in order to procure.

I honestly loved watching this, the male lead would honestly do anything for the FL.

While I can't say this series is good.... something felt off when I was watching this

The female lead sacrifices herself in order to help the male lead breakthrough and defeat the bad guy.

Female lead helps the male lead at the cost of well being over and over

Depending on the arc the story can be either very cute or heart-wrenching. In the first arc, the fox female sacrifices her youth in order to save her friend.
