Jung Young Hoon, formerly known as Ooon, is a South Korean singer, dancer, and member of ORβIT (오르빗 / オルビット). He was previously a member of the group HALO (헤일로). He enlisted in the military in early 2022 and was discharged in mid-2023.

Before debuting, he was a trainee under Starship Entertainment and appeared as a backup dancer in songs by K. Will, SISTAR and MBLAQ. He made his debut in 2014 as part of HALO with the digital single "38°C." After the group went into hiatus in late 2017, they had a brief comeback the following year before the members decided not to renew their contracts and the group disbanded in 2019. After participating in "Produce 101 Japan", he switched agencies and re-debuted in 2020 under the stage name Young Hoon as ORβIT's main dancer and lead vocalist with their 1st single album "00." He was also in a special unit called CARTOON BOYS, handling all the rap parts when they performed U-KISS's "Man Man Ha Ni." After being discharged from the military, he made his solo debut.
