Wholesome drama

I will definitely get my teenage daughter to watch this drama, it has some empowering messages throughout. Ep 28 and 29 especially have some great lessons without being too 'preachy'.

Effective use of SFX!

26 minutes into this episode is even funnier than 7 minutes into ep 15. Why always Xiao Pang though? I guess he has the best facial expressions. Effective placement of SFX!! Bravo!

Funny AF

The start of episode 15 is so funny I literally laughed until I cried. This rivals Another Miss Oh's episode 5 as the funniest drama episode I have seen to date. Still can't stop laughing.

Montage

Interesting montage around 27 minutes gets the message across effectively without being too explicit. Enjoying this drama so far.

Mentions prequel

12 min in mentions the prequel - My Neighbour Can't Sleep (2019). Dramas share the same screenwriter and at least on actor, must remember to watch. Really enjoying this drama.

Funniest scene ever

The start of Episode 5 was So funny I nearly peed myself laughing. I then sank to the depths of embarrassment for FL. Loved it.

Things come together

This episode is really funny. Meng Hu may be my new fav screenwriter. I like how she tells the story. Both My Neighbour Can't Sleep and My Fated Boy unfold in such a fun way. I must watch some of her other work.
