I just can't get over the age gap

Okay, I want to start off with that this cast is amazing, everybody portraits there character beautifully and the writing, videography and music is done great.
However I can't get myself to enjoy the mainleads storyline, it's weard. I don't think it's romantic and I can't imagine why you would think that it's okay for a 900 year something to fall for a child, A CHILD. It's inappropriate and nothing sexually happend with a minor but still.... Personally it was a complete dealbreaker. (I wanna say I don't think the girls crush or her perspective is weard I completely blame the old dude)
Again every character seems well thought out and portrait lovely, I love the side story's, but the main storyline is just weard and inappropriate. So even though I would probably recommend it because of the amazing cast and the videography, the plot is not okay....

Bad casting and a borderline inappropriate story

I want to start off by saying that this drama is casted so badly. I'm not saying that the actors are bad, I'm actually quite fond of them, but beside rain I don't think the main actors fit there rolls. Sky is to old, while Pai is WAY to young. I mean Pai is supposed to be like 5-10 years older but his actor is 3 years younger than Sky which personally kinda distracts me and the story confusing. Also Payu's actor is the same age as Rain's actor, wich can pass since he does look older than rain but not 4 years older, wich again to me is just confusing. So the casting is just not it.
So this drama is basically split in to two parts with two main couples. From ep 8 they like start focusing on the second couple.
Eventough I didn't really understought Rain an Payu's storyline I liked it. It was simple and just your average romance drama. But then you get Pai and Sky. Without giving any spoilers this was just not it. It feels like Pai is invasive, it's supposed to be cute but nah he lacks respect of boundaries and just seems like a rich kid who gets everything he wants. Sky on the other hand is an amazing character with so much to him, wich the writers just don't go into?? I don't know if they'll explain it in the last 2 episodes but my hopes are low. My boy has unresolved trauma and then you have Pai who just forces himself into Skys live. I don't like the writing for them cause they could make a beautiful story of overcoming problems and growing together, but instead you get this.
2 rich snotty best friends who are "perfect" with 2 young boys who idolise them. Its giving daddy issues.
