I'm a sucker for romance and crime shows, so I am slightly biased :P

Okay, let's get this out of the way, i loved this show. The characters made it work, and is the reason why i fell for it. From our stern, clumsy prosecutor No Ji Wook, to our bubbly, kinda stupid but adorable badass Eun Bong Hee, to the absolutely adorable puppy lawyer Ji Eun Hyuk, the show has a lot of charm. I actually found the story really good, but i agree with a lot of reviewers that it probably would've suited a 16/32 episode length rather than 20/40. It was a bit sparce in the middle.

As written above, i am a damn sucker for romance, and our lovely No Ji Wook played by Ji Chang Wook was a marvel as always. His acting chops are incredible, and i find myself falling again and again for every character he plays. He is really just a great actor, and No Ji Wook was the perfect blend of handsome jerk and clumsy cutiepie.

Eun Bong Hee by Nam Ji Hyun is no different, and while i usually find myself hating the kind of character that is so ridiculously naive, i found her honestly refreshing. She was honest, and didn't get misled by the usual melodramatic misunderstandings of this genre. Their chemistry was great, and i love them. Period. Cuties the both of them.

And the supporting cast is no different. Ji Eun Hyuk is as adorable as can be. I love Choi Tae Joon, and once again he did not dissapoint. Also, i have to say, the fact that they managed to avoid making him a rival to No Ji Wook for Bong Hee's affections made the show so much better. That he could be a friend and consultant to Bong Hee without making him the typical "I'm happy for you two, now i can finally get over my feelings for you" second male lead made me so happy. He basically is Ji Wook & Bong Hee's big bro/little bro and we love him.

Then Chief Bang...
My boi Bang, i'd marry him in a heartbeat. We stan the group dad! Section Chief Bang was one of the best parts of the show. Our best childish dad, mr. Byun also made me smile every time he was on screen, and he played the role of the dissaproving mother in law perfectly. He really did become the mother of the office, while Bang is the dad.

Now to our secondary female leads, i honestly fell for our baby girl Na Ji Hae, and honestly was rooting for her in the end. I am a really strong advocate against cheating.. but i also believe in redemption, and our clumsy girl really pulled through! Now... onto our ML's ex Cha Yoo Jung. She was a cool character when introduced, but i never felt anything strong for her.. she was just the second FL. That's it. The actress was great, the character just didn't have much of an impact. The last few eps she was really cute tho.

NOW, our villain. I won't say anything that hasn't already been said. I loved the character, and the actor really did justice to a very very sad/infuriating past, that villains usually have. I thought honestly it was a good spin on the usual "psychopath" villain that can't feel anything and listens to classical music in a basement while torturing his victims. I liked him.

Other than it being a bit too long, i must say i really enjoyed it.

I really really enjoyed it, I really did.

Really really!

but,

BUT!

BUT!!!!! I HAVE ONE BIG GRIPE WITH THIS DAMN SHOW.

WHO THE HECK KEEPS MOVING A BIG SPOTLIGHT BEHIND OUR MAIN LEADS IN EVERY DAMN ROMANTIC MOMENT??? IS IT CHIEF BANG???? IS HE MAKING IT "MOODY"??? I'M CONVINCED SOME WEIRDO IS MOVING A SPOTLIGHT AROUND AND EVERYONE IS JUST PRETENDING IT'S NOT HAPPENING. IT'S SO STRANGE, AND SINCE IT'S ONLY WHEN IT GETS ROMANTIC IT SEEMS SO OUT OF PLACE!?

WHY? WHY DID THEY THINK EVERY KISS NEEDED A DAMN SPOTLIGHT????!!!!

a-ahem!
Anyways, good show, please watch!

Hillarious, lovable & darling cast of characters makes this show a must-watch!

Oh, Special Labor Inspector Jo , where do i start?

This is one of the funniest, most charming shows i've watched next to Chief Kim. It is obviously a satire filled to the brim with humour, so obviously don't go into it expecting anything else, but it does point a light at the irrationalities of the labour department, and how the people who protect others labour laws, are breaking every single one themselves. Overtime, pressure from above, etc etc. It is filled with heartwarming stories, heartwrenching stories and down right gutwrenching humour. And it is all made possible due to the extremely fun filled cast of characters making it possible.

After all, the story isn't new, but the characters are so damn charming that i don't mind at all.

Let's start with Special Labor Inspector Jo , Jo Jin Gap otherwise known as Jo Jang Poong. This character, with his obnoxiously lovely laugh, infuriating (for our villains) tenacity and downright hillarious personality, made the show great. He became a labour inspector late in life, after being fired from his job as a P.E teacher. He was on the national judo team, and is ridiculously strong, and left an impression on all the people around him, from students, to schoolmates, to collauges, to clients to passerbyes. His eccentric character made me, and our whole cast fall in love.

And about the rest of our cast, i won't spoil them completely

First and foremost you've got the idiot trio, and our main boi's (basically) adopted kids. They are a private eye, mainly dealing in affairs and low-lives. The CEO, Chun Deok Goo won my heart with his goofy smile and even more goofy personality. And his romance (i won't spoil) is adorable. Baek Won Man and Oh Dae Ri did not dissapoint either and are as lovable as can be.

Next, the labour inspection office. Every character, eves the token a**hole were hillarious, and played by veteran actors who know how to be funny and idiotic at the same time. I loved every scene with them.

The love interests (one pr. guy btw, no love triangles here) were cute. Though one was fleshed out a lot more, all three ladies did really well, and were the type of badass, not-damsel ladies i like.

And then we have our villains. Oh how i love our villains. There are some small-fry bosses to start, and they do really really well ;) then comes our main bosses. First boss is a cute mofo, who really should take some lessons in respecting women, second boss is a nasty lady with the perfect soccer-mom vibe and our third villain, is a seriously messed up guy, who just got funnier and funnier as our main characters closed in. The last boss, and the main antagonist has a really sad story and a reason for doing the things they're doing, and i think they had a fitting conclusion.

But let's not forget our support cast. Every damn character left a mark, and were reused at prime oppurtunities, and became memorable, lovable members of the family group chat :)

The music, scenetography, everything was great and added to the experience! :D

TLDR: Watch the damn show people! <3

Okay. No lie. This is the funniest shit i've seen in a long while :p

This show. This show was a journey. A delightful, funny, sometimes sad, awesome journey from beginning to end. They made it so fun, and there wasn't a boring episode from 1 to 20. This is one of those shows that i will rewatch again and again, just for the characters and dynamics between them. The show made me laugh so hard i slammed my hand on my desk, and the next moment i was crying from the sadness of the serious cases, to giggling furiously at our lovely bromances, and yes, there are plural.

I honestly struggled deciding on my fave bromance. Between "filled with sexual tension" Chief Kim & Director Seo, the beautiful cuddle relationship between Chief Kim and Director Choo, and the dynamic between Chief Kim and our corporate prince Myung Seok, there was so much fun involved that i completely forgot about it not having any real romantic scenes.

Of course, our main couple Chief Kim & Director Seo wins the best bromance award. Chief Kim is the perfect blend. He is stupid, smart, cool, awkward and extremely eccentric, but in the best manner possible. Also, his fashion sense won my heart. Nice coats, cool hipster suits and the mobster from the 90's look, all in one. He was perfect.
The same can be said for our precious Director Seo, with the stomach of a blue whale. He's the perfect clumsy jerk we love.

Law Firm Go & Koo Attorney squad won my heart the moment they powerwalked onto the scene. They just ooze of style. I fell for them completely, and had to pause everytime they arrived just to giggle some more. The awesome squad who poses in every scene, and is always accompanied by the best music, i can't help but fall for them.
Morpheus and Neo are a close second, but honestly the whole cast of side characters are amazing and just a delight. From the cleaning ladies in Team 1, to the mobsters, this show is just ripe with the funniest, most charming cast of characters i've ever seen.

There are also some ships i really really shipped thoughout the whole show, and am still thinking about even after the last episode. Especially one Romeo & Juliet ship, that i really want to believe got married and had many kids after the show ended.

All in all, this is a must-watch for anyone who likes bromances, quirky characters and/or hillarious humour with a perfect blend of ethics in private companies. Don't let the corporate politics theme draw you away from this gem <3

TLDR; Don't judge the first episode, you'll regret it

This one... Now, i almost dropped this title after the first scene with our lovely ML. However, a review on this site made me reconsider, and man what a good advice that was. This series was a rollercoaster, and though i think it was a bit too drawn out in the latter half, i still think the ML and FL's chemistry is so amazing that you shouldn't miss it.
Don't be too put off by our ML, his strange laugh and overbearing personality soon became very dear to me as a viewer, and now i'm gonna feel a piece missing every time i see a cool ML in another title.
Please do watch it :)
