One of the best bl's? More like one of the worst bl's.

I still till this day wonder what's wrong with people who romanticize this abusive relationship. I'm all for watching disturbing things, I love horror for example, and I love disturbing stories. But the problem is that normal people know that disturbing things are... well... disturbing. It's only a problem when people start finding abusive relationships hot and they start romanticize such behaviour.

And I still wonder why this abusive relationship is mentioned as "one of the best bl's".
I felt so bad for Luo Yin the entire time. I do wonder what's wrong with people who find this relationship sexy/couple goals. It's laughable to me that some people say that this series is a masterpiece. Watching this I felt sad. I could say that it's an amazing series if Luo Yin realized that he deserves better and there would be another love interest who's treating him with respect. But this doesn't happens. And even if the show got canceled I'm pretty sure that this wouldn't happen anyways. As someone who already had an abusive parent I find it disturbing when people romanticize abusive relationships. There is absolutely nothing worse than being around abusive people.

Worth watching! But 5th episode is a no from me.

I won't spoil you too much with my review.

I would say that the series is worth watching. The actors did a good job. There is a new main character in every episode & every episode has its own story.

I like how in episode 1 the main character is done with his classmates bossing him around and at the end he gets his revenge. I knew that he had some plan because you could really see when you looked at him that his personality is changing... or maybe this is not the correct word, maybe I should rather say that you could really see that he is reaching his breaking point and it's only a matter of time when he will explode.
However I have a little criticism about this episode. I think ghost effect looks a little bit laughable and not scary at all.

In episode 2 I only wish I'd see some real tears from the actress, since it looks like she is regretting what she did out of jealousy, but I can just hear sounds of crying... and tears are nowhere to be seen. Also be prepared if you are like me and you hate seeing feet. You will be seeing feet a lot :(

I think people can relate to episode 3. Every day we hear what's beautiful and what's not beautiful. And I'm pretty sure everyone wished to be more beautiful than they are (in real life even the ones that are pretty by society standards still wish for something that they can't have). This episode reminded me of people obsessing over idols looks. And also "throwing away" their favorite idols when their looks change (either plastic surgery, weight or just their style) one day they were everything to their obsessed fans, the next day they're nothing when more beautiful person comes along. It was interesting episode and it was interesting to see how far these girls will go to become more beautiful.

4th episode also had some realism in it. You try to help others and tell what happened but then you also get in trouble with bullies. I would say that the ghosts and demons looked really great in this episode, and this makes me wonder why the ghost effect was that bad in the first episode. But I hated the wigs because they looked very fake.

In 5th episode I didn't like "the headless teacher" at the very beginning. The teacher acts more like you would act in a comedy... In previous episodes there were a lot of shady characters, you just knew that there was something wrong with them and they were suspicious to you, which was amazing. So this totally ruined the vibe of the series to me. Such acting just didn't fit into this series. I know the actor had such directions... and I would like such acting if this was comedy but it wasn't. I watched the start on 1.5x speed because I just couldn't watch this any longer. I was only at 11 minute mark and I was already so done with this episode. Comedic acting from everyone... yet this is not a comedy. And it didn't get any better. It was bad till the end. I hated every single second of it. And even when I was watching on 1.5x speed it seemed so long... it's like I watched 3 episodes instead of one.

I was really glad when 6th episode was finally normal again. I expected the old lady to have the missing body part of her son in that white cloth (when the cook mentioned missing body part I knew right away that whatever was wrapped in that cloth. So yes it was a bit predictable but still a great episode.) I did not expect that the school boy will actually kill an animal so he could prove his point. Great acting from everyone, I loved the old cooking lady.

Even though there was already theme about bullying in the series 7th episode was still great. There is nothing much to say other than the acting was good. The boy went from scared to pretty much "insane" when he realized that his wish came true.

8th episode was the best out of all of them. Even though all of them (except the 5th episode) were great, the last one was truly amazing. It was very touching at the end and yes I got tears in my eyes. It was a masterpiece.

The scariest things in this series are not ghosts, blood, death, suicide but what people do when they reach their breaking point when people bully them every day. Doing things out of jealousy as soon as they hear something and they don't even try to confirm if what someone told them is even true or not. Obsessing over other people and forgetting your worth.

Was I scared watching the series? No. But I have been watching horror movies since I was a kid. But it's worth watching. Even if you're not freaked out by ghosts, blood etc.

I think I could totally re-watch this series when a lot of time passes and I have nothing better to watch. But I would never watch episode 5 again.

Disappointed, this season is really forgettable.

When I first watched the Queendom I started watching for (G)I-DLE but even though I started watching for them all others blew me away. But Queendom 2? As much as I love Taeyeon and Loona (they were the reason I watched Queendom) I could hardly keep up with the show because it was so boring.

(Why am I mentioning the first Queendom at the beginning? Just to make my point that even though I watched it because of one group only I never got bored watching the show and I started paying attention more to other groups like OMG and Lovelyz. Every group had an amazing stage presence and I also loved their personalities. )

Loona had great stages, Hyolyn was truly amazing as well... but others? Viviz are just lacking when they are performing... they never amazed me with the stage presence, not even once. Wjsn was okay... but they really ruined Gfriend's song Navillera and they made it super boring. This was the biggest disappointment for me because I love this song. Kep1er? Yes they are rookies but some rookie groups perform like they have been in this industry for years, I was never amazed when I was watching their stages and none of the members stood out to me. Not even Yujin - I liked clc and I know her from her clc days but here she didn't make a big impression on me. They were already on a survival show (I didn't watch that one) that's why I thought the members will know how to be more interesting. Brave Girls did well, but still I thought they were lacking sometimes.

I just felt extremely bored while watching the show. And forget the stage presence, Viviz and Kep1er weren't even interesting to me as members, they just had forgettable personalities.

I do not hate/dislike any groups. But some really lacked when it was about showing their personalities or stage presence. And it was really obvious especially because first season was truly amazing. I can still remember at least 1 amazing stage for every single group on the first season... but here? Truly forgettable stages, most of the time.

10/10!!!

Yes there is only 1 episode out but I still wanted to write a review. I'm not sure why this has 8.3 rating because 1st episode was truly amazing.

You want to see an amazing chemistry?
You want to watch something cute/fluffy?
You want to feel happiness?
Then this is series for you.

Milk&Love did an amazing job. And they showed to everyone that we need GL series. Even though their story was short it was interesting and I loved every single second of it. I even re-watched the next day because both are so adorable in this episode. The only thing I didn't really liked was Pa complaining about her looks... because... look at her she's literally the most adorable human being.

So many adorable moments!!! I really want MilkLove to have a series that is 1 hour long with 12 episodes. I believe that these two can make GL extremely popular.

Some people who are rating this don't even talk about Milk&Love and it's really annoying. Some say they don't like body swap, some say they have enough of Earth&Mix... and I guess there is 8.3 rating because some people are not even rating 1st episode, but they are rating series based on this short description.

WATCH MILK&LOVE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE AN AMAZING DAY!!
Because they will truly make your day 1000 times better.

More like BORING X BORING...

I'm writing this review because I was really disappointed. The biggest two reasons why I'm disappointed are:

a) description of the show sounded interesting! But when you start watching is like watching some dumb show where someone pretends to be rich, and they're not even smart about how they pretend to be rich. Hello??? If you put pictures online for everyone to see of course people will figure out you're lying.

If not anything else - at least 1 person at your school knows where you live, knows who your parents are, where they work... if you become popular on social media even people who are not from your school can see what you're posting and can call you out on your bulls*it.

b) roles should be given to actors that are able to play a character well, roles shouldn't be just given to someone because they're an idol. Of course some people started as idols and became actors later on... some of them became great actors... but not every idol can be an actor. I always LOVE BAD CHARACTERS, because they make things interesting. And not everyone can pull off a b*tchy/bully role. I'd say you'd need quite alot of experience or just be naturally talented to pull off bad characters. I like Red Velvet as a group... but then I see people commenting how much Yeri improved and I'm like... did we watch the same show... or you're just saying that because RV is your bias group? If an actor who plays a bully makes you hate them, then you know they were amazing at their role. Yeri didn't make me feel anything.

I had to watch this on 1.5x speed. The start of this show is honestly boring and quite dumb. But not dumb in a good way, because some shows are dumb but entertaining.

Which rich person would just let you in their house to wait for someone... IN THEIR ROOM FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME? I'm not saying dramas must be realistic, but at least make it make more sense,

Even me - I'm not rich or poor but I wouldn't let anyone to wait in my room while I'm not there so they can go through my things.

Main character is not even likeable enough to root for her or to feel bad for her. I wasn't impressed by her acting eaither. It was just watever.

Whenever Yeri (Jena) acted "b*tchy" I just did not believe it. I'm sorry but no. It's not just about telling your lines... I think Yeri's face expresion just looked like she is extremely bored. She is supposed to be a bully as well... but personally for me... her "bullying" is even worse than her b*tchy lines... if she wants such role I think she needs way more experience.

I dropped this series after ep 4.

Honestly not worth my time. Not even on 1.5x speed.

Love in the air? More like abuse in the air, at least for now.

I had to stop watching after the love interest throws Rain on his bed and sexually harassed him.

Let me say I'm all for watching problematic things, but the problem is when such shows expect us to find them romantic & hot. And it's working. Many people who commented on yt find this "relationship" hot, charming, sexy...

Even if you are into someone, that person has no right to keep harassing you.
People who romanticize abuse and toxic relationship start screaming right away "it's a show they're not REAL people". Yes it's a show. But if you watch thriller & crime series or a movies you also don't throw your morals away. When you see abuse you say "that's wrong". When you read a book you probably say "wow she/he was harassed that's terrible". Even if it's not real people, it's a horrible situation. But somehow people forget about morals when it comes to abuse in BL.

You know what is very real? Lines that Phyau says "you are throwing yourself at me", "you are playing hard to get". And I see people being crazy about these lines in the comments. Somehow these lines are super hot.
You can watch this show, you can find characters interesting, funny, charismatic... but you can also see what's right and what's wrong. It's disgusting how many people defend Phayu's actions and they find them sexy.
You watching this show, it doesn't make you a bad person. You romanticizing abuse and harassment makes you a bad person. Because my only thought is... if you defend abuse, you're probably abusive person yourself. Or at least a person who clearly doesn't respect themselves if you'd love to be treated the way that Rain is being treated.
You can love a show and also disagree with character's behaviour.

Phayu is a very abusive person... and Rain 100% deserves better. After a while I finished watching ep 1 and I started with ep 2 but after Rain was spanked, and after the kiss I stopped again.

Showing abusive behavior is fine. But it's not fine when you only do it because you want people to find this kind of thing hot. It's fine when you show that one of the characters comes to a conclusion that he doesn't deserve this. Or another characters helps him to come to this conclusion. Or at least when an abusive character comes to a conclusion that he f---ed up. And works on himself to become a better person.

If you're watching the show then that's fine with me. I might check it out later on myself to see if things get worse or better for Rain because I really adore his character. But from experience toxic characters like Phayu in BL's usually don't get much better. I could be wrong and he will grow as a character, and realize what he's doing is all kinds of f---ed up. But I don't have much hope. I'll drop the series for now and come back when more episodes will be out. It's such a shame really, because I fell in love with Rain's character right away. I love dorky characters like him.

I really wish all harassment wouldn't be shown and Rain would just fall asleep at Phayu's and then accidentally at night they start cuddling or something in their sleep. Like Rain rolls over more to Phayu's side and Phayu's hand accidentally hugs Rain for example.

I had to drop this, one episode was enough.

I know that a lot of people love this show but I simply can't get over the fact that an adult (who's nearly 30) is into someone who's still in high school.

I know that this is not reality, it's only series, but I have met way too many creepy men when I was a teen, I have heard way too many real life grooming stories. I find this concept creepy and disturbing. As someone mentioned to me, there might be a time skip but I'll still know that almost a 30 year old man used to like a teen who's below 18... there are way too many real life people who are only counting down the days for someone to become legal. Maybe to teen viewers such concept can still be cute. Because I know that I had celebrity crushes as a teen, and those celebs were +10, 15 years older than me. But as an adult I think it's disturbing when an adult goes after teens.

I don't know if the older love interest acts creepy, like I said I dropped the show because I simply would not be able to enjoy the show because of teen-adult love interest concept.
I don't judge anyone who likes this show, because like I said it's not the reality. Some people just want to watch cute guys and fluffy scenes. But I do judge everyone who's in their late 20's or 30's (and older) and finds teens attractive. Or the ones that romanticize teen-adult relationships.
