At first, I was really skeptical about starting a drama that had to do with politics. Why? When I hear politics, in my head it says "a lot of talking". Boy; I was dead wrong. The story is great, lots of cute comedic moments that I enjoyed in every single episode. The main lead (Shin Ha Kyun) portrayed very well the narcissist character at the start of the drama and literally ends up HEAD OVER HEELS for the lead actress (Lee Min Jung) who is this really upright and explosive politician who thinks she's right with whatever she does.

Cast wise, to be frank; I've never seen Shin Ha Kyun's works before and this is my first one ever. I've gotta say that my first impression went like: "Oh man, this guy is definitely not gonna have a good chemistry with the lead actress and I'm probably going to drop the drama because of that". (Yes, I drop dramas because I can't stand some of the chemistry between some lead characters. Don't ask why. :P). But nonetheless, gradually; I started to like his character. For Lee Min Jung, I have nothing big to say except for the fact that she plays her role very well. No complaints here. I've seen her works, this is one of the bests so far (In my opinion).

Music. Got to love the music. It just fits. Right time, right place, fitting the background. Got it on my iPod. 'nuff said. >8) Personal favorites, Shin Yong Jae's "Normal Love" which added MUCHO emphasis on the scenes that had waves of emotions going on. Also Akdong Musician's "I Love You"... I mean. I'm a dude and I literally smile through my rainy and gray days going to work with this pumped up to max volume. ANYWAYS. I made my point. Just get the whole dang OST.

Rewatch value. Why did I give this a lower rating than 8? That's just me. I don't really re-watch dramas that I've went through unless I really didn't understand a certain scene or was confused at some point during the drama. But 7 is pretty high of a score for re-watch value on my list.

To end this review, JUST WATCH IT. You're not going to regret it. Trust me.

Minh Makki out.

Minh 'ere~! ^^

So I finished this drama yesterday night and it blew past my expectations.
Story wise, it's something I've seen before. Nothing really new about it; however I loved the cheesyness of the story-line. It kept me surf through the episodes without being bored.

As for the cast, I was a bit skeptical about Uhm Jung Hwa being female lead. Don't get me wrong, I don't dislike her or anything. She definitely improved from her previous roles. She fits the rom-com theme and plays it by the book as expected. The male lead (Park Seo Joon) does pretty well, he's pretty versatile (he can sing too ^^) and expressed his role well. His best friend (Yoon Hyun Min) gave me great laughs, I think he was my favorite by far because of his wit and humor. Expect some bromance where hilarity ensues. xD

Music was somewhat okay, it didn't really catch my attention; which for me is kind of disappointing cause I usually snag OST's of dramas I finish.

7 is what I consider a pretty high rewatch value. I don't usually rewatch unless there is something I don't understand.

Overall, I suggest you give it a shot ^^
It's light, funny and there's no headache because the story-line doesn't distort (no fillers). I can't guarantee that everybody will like it, but if you're an aficionado for rom-com like me; then you'll enjoy it ^^

I can't believe I haven't thought up of a review for this drama. Queen In Hyun's Man is cute, clever and stunning.

First of all,I'm a sucker for romantic comedy genres and I have to say this one left a mark in my favorites. If you check my list, 70 - 80% is composed of romantic genres.

As for what I have to say about this drama. The story line was captivating. It kept on making me watch one episode after another without stopping. I'm not really into the time traveling thing but this was an important aspect about the drama.
The actor/actress choices were great picks. The chemistry between the main lead was amazing; more so, enviable. It appeared genuine to me.
The OST is also very heartwarming. Deok Hwan's - I'm Going to See You is a must have on any music players. No joke. Did I mention the kiss scenes? You're in for a surprise.

To conclude, I really recommend this drama to anyone who enjoys romantic comedy genres. You won't regret it. Pinky promise~
