    This could turn out to be the perfect typical rom-com. The trailer looked cute, fluffy and light-hearted, although, I couldn't understand a single word, since it was in Chinese.
    Fingers crossed that it'll turn out good AND that it'll get subbed.

    I'm not much of a drama marathoner. I always get bored in about the middle of series, and then have to switch to some other drama for a change. That's why I consider it a big feat when a drama is able to keep me engrossed from the beginning to end.
    I watched the first episode of BYS when it first came out, but then put it on hold because it didn't seem like my type. But I still kept downloading the episodes and then finally picked it back up when it was finished. And I really enjoyed it.
    I'm surprised that the female lead's character didn't irritate me. Maybe that's because she didn't feel stupid to me; sure she was naive, but she had lived a sheltered life and then she was suddenly thrown into the real world. So it didn't annoy me that she stumbled and fell on her journey.
    Marcus Chang was so good as Mr. Ice (lol). I loved his expressions; specially the scenes with his mother. He wouldn't cry, but his expression was the 'about-to-cry'. He did such a wonderful job.
    One other character that I enjoyed was her friend, Xiaoyue. Their friendship might not have started for the right reasons, but she really cared about Xin Yu. And that line at the end, "If I had to choose between love and friendship, ofcourse I'll choose friendship." I loved her even more at that moment.
    All in all, really enjoyed this drama!!

    22. A picture of your favorite scene in an Asian drama.
    Right now, my laptop has some temporary problem, so I'm watching dramas on my brother's laptop. The only screencaps I have are from SWDBS ep 10 and I did love this scene, so...

    If I had marathoned this drama after it was finished, I'm 101% sure I would have dropped it. But since it was only 2 ep per week, I hesitantly and reluctantly finished it.
    I did like the first few (maybe 6-7) episodes, but after that, it just went meh.

    " Do you know that in this world, if a liar would dig out his real heart to let you see it, you would doubt it, and keep doubting it?
    But do you know what's scarier? What's scarier is that even if there are thousands of bits of evidence to prove that you can believe him again, you still can't bring yourself to trust him any more. "

      I liked that one too. :)
      Also the one by Xiaoyue, "If you don't play in your teens, don't love in your twenties, don't cherish in your thirties; then your forties and fifties- you'll spend them in regret."

    20: What do you think about rewatching dramas? For what reason you would most likely re-watch a drama?

    I don't re-watch a drama, or any show for that matter, unless it's a sitcom. I get quite bored re-watching something when I already know what's going to happen. I even avoid watching drama remakes, because even with the different actors and language, if all the situations are same, I don't see the point of watching it. BUT, I do like to re-watch some cute and/or funny moments in the dramas. But even that's only with veeeery few dramas. 6 dramas to be exact (all the ones on my Favorite list). But even those dramas, I couldn't re-watch all the episodes, but just a few scenes and moments that I loved.

      I can't re-watch a full drama either. Even if I love it I will still, at most, only go back and watch scenes I really enjoyed. I don't re-watch movies either. My husband and kids will re-watch movies or tv shows endlessly. Once I've seen it, then I usually have no need to re-watch unless - like you - it was one of my very favorites.

    19. Favorite manga/manhwa adaptation?

    Literally speaking, none. All the manga adaptations I've seen so far, and I do claim I haven't seen many, haven't left any distinct impression on me. That's not to say that I didn't like any, but at most they have been good-enough.
    I did come to love a drama recently that's based on a book (although, I haven't actually read it), so if that counts...
    THE STARRY NIGHT, THE STARRY SEA (It's a book by Chinese author Tong Hua)

    This was such a cute little drama. It was refreshing to see a nice and kind male lead. It actually felt like the second lead got the girl, because the main lead had all the characteristics of a SML and vice-versa.
    Well, Zheng Chu Yao got the girl in real life, so I guess that evens it out ^^
    Loved the song 'Because of You' by BY2 on the OST.

    17: Favorite Confession in a Drama

    I can honestly say that those scenes, in each drama, are charming and lovable in their own way. It's one of those scenes that I always look forward to. The ones that never fail to put a smile on my face, no matter how cheesy or sappy they are.
    That being said, these three are the dramas whose confession scenes are still fresh in my mind, and they were just so...awesome!! lol
    * W- Two Worlds
    * Full House (Thai)
    * TSNTSS
    P.S. I suppose, in Full House, it wasn't technically a confession, but more like a 'reconfirmation of their feelings' but I'm going to include it anyway ♥️️♥️️♥️️

    16. Ideal type of female and male characters in a drama & WHY?

    Female Leads: The sassy and feisty ones; The shy and awkward ones (not to be confused with 'stupid' ones); the awkward and hilarious ones
    Male Leads: The tsundere ones; the cute and adorable puppy ones; the kind and gentle ones; the cool and serious ones.

    In short, I don't think I have any 'ideal' character, so as to say. I can come to like and love any type of character, if it's written and performed in a good way ^^

    15. Do you watch Asian dramas that have a lot of episodes (ex. 40+)? Why or why not?

    Simply speaking, no. The longest drama I have watched had 38 episodes. But I skipped so much that it came around to about 28 episodes.
    (Aside from a few exceptions) I prefer to watch dramas with episodes around 16-20. If it's longer than that, I wonder how many filler episodes there will be and I lose interest. But I think that's because I'm relatively new to dramas. Maybe when I've watched enough dramas, I'll be more open to ones with more episodes. (^_^)

    13: THE ASIAN DRAMA GENRE I TEND TO WATCH THE MOST AND WHY:

    I wanna say romance. But that's almost in every drama. So I'll split it into two categories-
    1. Romantic Comedies
    2. Fantasy + Romance
    I'm a hopeless romantic. I rarely watch a drama that doesn't have romance, unless it's a masterpiece. I love getting bombarded with those mushy and sappy feelings when I watch these type of dramas. It's cliché, but 'the heart wants what it wants' ♥️️♥️️♥️️
