A True Love Story

Not to hate on any other love dramas because at the end of the day love is a abstract thing that can be seen, felt, shown etc. in many ways. But this drama depicts true love and forbidden love so damn well. From the actions to words everything being shown makes me feel warm inside and makes me crave this kind of love from someone, the chances of a lot of us experiencing this kind of love ever is probably rare, mainly because of todays society. But I'm going off task now, I just have so much to say about this show because when I say this I mean it, this show was an absolute masterpiece.

The Acting
-------------
I mean what can I say, it was spot on. Every emotion and feeling is portrayed extremely well and realistic, everything is so beautifully shown, raw, and real, it makes me dive into the story even more while I'm feeling what the characters are feeling. All the actors did an amazing job and I honestly give props to that since it's hard to do so good.

Cinematography
---------------------
Spectacular, this show conveys the old/vintage aesthetic and the whole vibe so well with its cinematic scenes. I loved how aesthetically pleasing this show was to watch with its effects and beautiful cinematography, so eye catching that you would be lost in it along with the story and music.

Music
--------
Honestly another rare thing that shows have in general is good music, some shows even play music in scenes that don't match the vibe or just aren't ear pleasing. But omg this show had such amazing music that along with the acting, story, lines, and cinematography it dove you even deeper into the story until you felt like you were there with them.

Fav Quotes/Lines
----------------------
The actors lines, and quotes were so poetically said, mainly by Yai, he was so poetic with Jom and that also made me feel so warm inside and I felt the love that was being shared by them both. Their love is beyond and so beautiful. Some of my favorite lines/quotes are:

"Not a drop of liquor to interfere, drunk on love's celestial bliss. I've tried to resist this sweet intoxication, no matter how drunk I am, sobriety comes with the morning light. Drunk on love, my heart undone every night". -Yai Ep 4

"I've missed you. We haven't slept together for only a few days. I couldn't help but yearn for you". -Yai Ep 10

"For you, I'm addicted to you". -Yai Ep 10

“With the matter of time, I might already be your past, but for me you are my future”. -Yai Ep 12

Yai is such a poet with these lines, he shows so much love towards Jom and honestly Jom deserves every bit of it because of his past, I know if I was Jom I would feel so loved with these words and actions that Yai shows to Jom. Absolutely beautiful.

The Ending
--------------
I didn’t necessarily get half of the ending, but upon reading some comments on here I understand it a bit more. I didn’t get how Yai was waiting for Jom and how they got to meet during the current time (2023) but apparently it was a reincarnation of Yai aka Lek’s (Yai’s little brother) grandson (Yai Kanthorn) that also remembered his past lives, therefore he knew about Jom and that’s why he was waiting for him. Now the only part of the end I don’t get is the part where Jom goes back in time again? Maybe even further back in time possibly? Not sure. What I’m wondering is why? And how? What could’ve possibly made this happen again? And what’s the reason if they apparently met again in Jom’s timeline (2023)??? There’s so many questions just from those last couple minutes and it’s a MUST to have a second season to answer these questions and make this show clearer at the end. I know there’s a special episode but I can’t see it or find it anywhere since I think it’s released in specific countries or a country (not sure) so it’s very difficult to see. This doesn’t help the ending case since idk if that episode answers any questions. Idk if we’re getting a second season but I hope so, this story was absolutely beautiful and I would love to have a second season to enjoy even more of this masterpiece.

Overall such an amazing show and would recommend to anyone, it’s a love story, a cinematic masterpiece and just a beautiful show overall with so much representation for multiple communities and even history itself. Worth the watch even for the 1hr+ long episodes, and I hate watching long episodes but this made it worth it.

Toxic, Confusing, Wasted potential, Overrated

Honestly I wasn’t planning on reviewing this show because I wanted to just binge watch this one and Stay With Me. But omg this show makes me so mad and I just have to speak about it. First of all I really despise the fact that this show is so glorified and overrated because it seriously isn’t all that it’s played out to be. I will admit the actors are good, the plot had somewhat potential but overall it’s mediocre and just a typical story. Nothing out of the ordinary. And the fact that it got banned and they had to remove scenes doesn’t help this case (though I don’t blame them for this since it’s out of their control) but still even the deleted scenes aren’t the best because almost all of them are just Gu Hai sexually harassing Bai Lou Yin and it just makes me so angry. There’s nothing cute or romantic about someone forcing themselves onto someone when they obviously don’t want anything intimate. And honestly half of the people who comment or leave reviews don’t talk about this and it’s so weird. It’s just a show, I know, but overhyping this show even though it has a mediocre plot and the only “romantic” content it shows is just pure sexual harassment is just wow. Usually I trust the shows that are rated lower on MDL than the higher rated shows because for some reason I tend to like shows that are usually rated like 7 and under rather than shows that are rated 8 and up. Idk what it is but that’s just how it works for me. I do like to give overhyped shows like these a chance to see what all the hype is about but everytime it’s always just very basic and disappointing or very boring and bad. But anyway, back on track another thing that I disliked was how Gu Hai was always treating Bai Luo Yin as property, an object or some sort of belonging. With the over jealous behavior and even getting physical with people when he felt jealous, also straight up telling Bai Luo Yin that he belongs to him and that he owns him is just huge red flag. This man is just toxic all over and it’s disguised by “romance”. But to contradict what I’ve been saying in this review I will state that I enjoyed the last episode the most out of the others and it’s maybe because the kisses and intimacy was more consented this time and more voluntary on both sides which was good, also things were starting to get interesting since Bai Luo Yin’s ex came back and you can tell if this show hadn’t been cancelled then it would’ve been really good and probably much better. But once again it wasn’t something they could’ve controlled so I don’t hold it against them. I will say that the chemistry was confusing, it felt like Bai Luo Yin didn’t really like him until episode 15 and that’s when he acted upon his feelings but I feel like at the same time he was forced to start liking Gu Hai. But at the same time he could’ve had hidden feelings for Bai Luo Yin and at towards each episode he realized that more and more but was a bit in denial or scared which is common. Regardless it was a bit confusing and that could’ve been portrayed or explained a bit better through actions or something.

Overall, would I recommend? No. It’s not horrible, trust me I’ve watched worse. But it’s an unfinished show, along with its censorship, but even with censorship poor Bai Luo Yin is just getting constantly sexually harassed, then the plot is just mediocre, the whole show is just Gu Hai chasing Bai Luo Yin and it makes me so irritated cause the feelings don’t feel mutual for like the entire show until episode 15. So yeah, don’t waste your time and watch something better. It’s really not worth it and wasted potential. And let me tell you they did not lie when they named this show Addicted because that’s just what Gu Hai is towards Bai Luo Yin. Addicted.

Cringe & All Over The Place

I watched the Korean remake first and wasn’t planning on watching this one since I heard it wasn’t good but I liked the Korean remake so I wanted to watch more. Therefore I gave this one a try, at first it was okay, I was able to watch it pretty decently, sometimes it was hard to continue because of how cringe the characters were (mainly Zon) and just how boring the whole storyline was in general. The only reason I kept going was because of the relationship between Tutor and Fighter but after they went on their beach vacation that was enough for me to fully get bored, because there was nothing for me to be excited for anymore and since I’ve watched many BL’s I can guess what’s gonna happen in the last 3 episodes I skipped and decided to drop. Therefore I didn’t even finish the show because I won’t sit for 1 hour and 5 min to just watch some cringe content and arguments form. I don’t want to compare this one to the Korean one because at the end of the day this is the OG, but I think the main reason why I liked the Korean one better was because it was short and simple. The story was told fast and with the perfect amount of information we needed for context and that’s it. I really hate long shows and BL’s but some are worth watching every minute of it. This one on the other hand. Wasn’t the best. Was it the worst? No. But could’ve been better. Also I watched “Peach Of Time” before this show and seeing Zafiah and Zon together as a couple just seems wrong to me since I saw them having more of a friendship/brotherly bond rather than a relationship bond. But they’re actors so ofc they’re gonna have different roles and I’m sure they’ve acted in multiple shows together. But I just wasn’t used to it. Anyway, if you like lengthy quirky shows with some cringe in it, then this is for you, if not then I wouldn’t reccomend.

Controversial, But Hear Me Out

Well don’t know where to start with this one, but I will say this BL is a little controversial since it can be viewed in different ways depending on the person. I have a very “in the middle” opinion with this show so I will state what I think like if I’m writing an informative essay… kinda lol.

Some may state that this BL is considered incest while others will state otherwise. But as of now let’s focus on the first opinion.

Is this incest?

Well considering they’re not blood related, no it’s not incest but other factors play a major part into why this could be seen as incest. Other people have mentioned how the fact that since Qian raised Yuan since a very young age that he should not have those sorts of feelings towards Yuan. I read a review saying that it’s understandable that Yuan had those feelings considering his rough past and also him being young and taken care of by Qian could possibly confuse him and make him have feelings for Qian. But Qian reciprocating those feelings is just plainly wrong because for one he’s old enough to understand what’s right and wrong. And two he basically saw Yuan grow so you would guess they would only have a family relationship and feelings towards eachother. Now, this is something that I am confused about, though liking an adopted or non-blood-related person is very possible mostly if they’re adopted already while you’re in your teens or so. But if you’re growing up with them since little I would assume you would only see them as a family member. Like this is what I would see it as but if my family adopted someone when I was very young and I grew up with them I would never have such romantic feelings towards them since once again, I grew up with them and will only see them as a sibling. I’ve also never understood how in some shows best friends that grew up together also start having feelings with eachother because to me if we grow up together I will see you more as a family rather than a friend that could possibly turn into something romantic. You know? Now having a best friend that you grew up with since very young and having an adopted person that you grew up with are very different things because, one is adopted lol so that automatically makes you related to them. But it’s still something that seems to play a similar role to me because once again, if we grow up together, you’re family to me and I will see you as such. It’s not the same as meeting someone who was adopted by your family when you’re, let’s say 15 and they’re 15 too, and by the time you’re a bit older you realize you have feelings for that person because once again you met that person at a pretty mature age and didn’t technically grow up together.

Anyway, that’s all I have to say about that opinion. I side with both opinions being stated for this show. Because once again it’s controversial. But let’s talk about the second opinion and come to a conclusion.

Is it not incest?

Morally speaking it is, realistically speaking from DNA and so on. No, it’s not. No matter what anyone thinks they’re not blood related. So is it not incest? Before I keep going let’s search up what incest is. And from a quick search it states “ Incest is human sexual activity between family members or close relatives. This typically includes sexual activity between people in consanguinity, and sometimes those related by affinity, adoption, or lineage”. Therefore based on this definition what they did is incest since he’s adopted by Qian. But once again they’re not blood related. Since I can remember the word incest has mainly been used when actual blood related members of a family have a romantic relationship between themselves. Though when someone dates their stepbrother or stepsister it’s a little bit more normalized but by some it’s also considered incest. There’s a lot of shows/movies about stepsiblings catching feelings for eachother, but back to the age thing most of the times this is portrayed, the stepsiblings meet when they’re in their late teens and don’t necessarily grow up together. So it’s not as controversial. Cause it’s like a friend of yours or your crush suddenly becoming your stepsibling cause your parent and their parent decided to be together.

Ok that’s all I can think of to say for both sides, ngl trying to write out about this not being incest was a little hard because the way this BL is portrayed is very much incest coded.

But to conclude, this BL is gonna be seen differently by many different people depending on their own personal views and opinions. I myself will admit that I’m in the middle about this show, although I do see why it’s seen as incest I can also accept why it’s not. Yes, it’s more to the incest side because of different factors such as age gap, the fact Yuan was adopted by Qian, the fact that he was very young when he was adopted by Qian, and the fact that Qian played a father, mother and older brother role for both Lili and Yuan throughout the years, and not only until Yuan confessed his feelings did Qian suddenly start having those feelings for him as well which leads me to think that before Yuan showed signs of liking Qian and also confessed, Qian had no such feelings for Yuan. And that thought makes it a bit weird but also not? Once again, controversial as fuck. Very complex to actually put a label on it as either incest or not incest. At the end of the day, they were both kids when they met eachother, there was an age gap but possibly no bigger than 7 years, but still they were kids when they met. They both had hard lives and tough pasts. A lot of trauma and no therapy or anything that could’ve emotionally helped them. Even Qian would have nightmares about his mother, therefore he isn’t mentally stable to make more mature reasonable decisions such as not dating your adopted brother. Both need therapy and need help mentally, and the fact that they liked eachother isn’t 100% their fault, most likely not their fault at all. For one you can’t control your feelings, and second they’re both not mentally stable to possibly understand how weird it actually is. And the fact that everyone else accepted it so easy didn’t help this case either. Because in reality this probably wouldn’t have been so easily accepted by people mostly coming from a gay relationship. But that’s just how this show turned out to be and we must accept it as it is. Overall I will admit it was a good show, the acting was good, the story was decent, and everything else was good too. It’s just a little controversial but that shouldn’t be something you let ruin your watching experience, mostly when you consider the other factors as to why things turned out the way they were. Was it a little unrealitc in some parts? Yes. But this whole show is a little unrealistic and controversial all over. But also realistic and relatable in certain parts.

Final thoughts

Have an open mind when you watch this show, your opinion is valid whether you think this is incest or not, or both. It’s up to you to let this show be a certain experience for you wether that be a bad, good or both. But let’s not lie, the chemistry was good, and so was the acting, casting, and directing.

Overall: 8.8/10

Educational, Sentimental, Intriguing

This show shows you the perspective of different kinds of relationships varying in ages and sexualities. Showing the ups and downs of each relationship and how they solve them throughout the series. It educates people on different topics such as sex, family, relationships, marriage and more. I really enjoyed this series because it kept me entertained but also seemed educational in different aspects. It gave you the perspective of all the characters and how some things can be misunderstandings and could be minor issues that with miscommunication it becomes a bigger problem but with time, patience, cooperation, communication and involvement it could be fixed. It showed the struggles of what a married couple could experience at a specific moment in their marriage and how it affects them overall, this show does an amazing job at showing how sexual attraction can be affected once you’ve been with someone for a long time and how issues with sexual intercourse could arise due to lack of time, lack of interest, and just not enough communication and also making plans to switch things up here and there. It showed conflict, sentimental, happy and confusing moments and more with family and how it all evolved through the series. The tension, connection, and intimate moments shared in this series speak for themselves, while some sex scenes scream out love and affection others scream out as a cry for help in the relationship because the bond is just not there during it causing conflict and confusion in the relationships. This show does a great job as being realistic on multiple subjects and how it affects multiple people in either a positive or negative way. While this show is mainly targeted as a sex show, focusing on only sex is not the main plot, there’s more to it and it takes you for a ride so expect yourself to cry, laugh, and have your heart pounding throughout the spicy scenes and passionate kisses. Overall a beautiful show with realistic scenes and many characters stories being shown to keep you extra entertained. Really recommend this show!

DID Representation In A BL?!?!

It’s very common to see many mental disorders being represented in shows and BL’s such as Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar etc. But I never thought I would see a BL representing DID. In general DID is not something commonly talked about mostly in movies/shows, most movies or shows that have any sort of DID representation, represent DID in the worst ways and also incorrectly, portraying actions, feelings, emotions and more that aren’t accurate. I know a few things or so about DID since I had known someone who had it and learned a lot from that experience. With that I can say this representation is not that bad, the acting like a whole different person aka having a different personality when an alter has switched is accurate. Also the protective alter (Noah) being triggered out during moments of stress for the other alter (Yu Shi) is also accurate since that’s what they’re meant to do, protect. Changing the looks to make others around aware that you are a different alter can also be accurate since every alter can have a different aesthetic and interest. A lot of things are very accurate and on point. Therefore I give this show props for representing the LGBTQ+ but also the DID community. Now… where I’m a little confused/conflicted is that Wu Zheng is technically dating Yu Shi aka the 5 year old? While Noah is 28 and they did share intimate moments and obviously are dating as well which also confused me a bit because it’s not uncommon for an alter to not find the same person another alter finds attractive but it’s also not super uncommon. But that’s off topic, I just didn’t like how Wu Zheng had a sexual relationship and just intimate relationship in general with an alter that’s apparently 5 years old mentally. Not really sure what they were trying to do and that made me confused and also feel a bit disturbed. Since alters are their own person with their own thoughts and feeling, I find it odd how the alter who was supposedly 5 mentally didn’t react differently to being approached like an adult and treated as such romantically. But at the end of the day this was a show and it’s not gonna be 100% accurate with how it should work and more. But regardless good show, just would change a couple things and would do more research on DID for better representation. But other than that 8.5/10, I recommend for a quick watch.

Strong Start, Weak Progress

This show had its potential, it was a good story and it could’ve been executed a bit better. The beginning of the show was good, I was actually contemplating continuing the show based on first few minutes of episode 1 because it didn’t necessarily catch my attention enough to want to continue but I still did regardless. I liked, somewhat, how the story was developing but as each episode went by my interest in the show declined as well as the storyline itself. I feel like this show would’ve been better if it was shorter in the episodes, like maybe each episode being 40-50 min max but 1 hour and 17 or 20 minutes it’s just too long. Some scenes felt too long and boring and I just couldn’t continue after episode 8. After seeing a preview of episode 8 I realized that they were just gonna keep adding random drama to this show to make it “interesting” but it didn’t play well. Usually by episode 8 I slow down and maybe watch another show or something and then continue where I left off but this one didn’t give me any motivation to continue, so dropping it is. I gave this a 7, because it wasn’t necessarily extremely bad, it kept me somewhat entertained for 8 episodes and that says a lot, but it also made me feel bored at times and for that a 7 is a perfect score.

SO WHOLESOME!!!

This show was so cute and wholesome, I loved the story and the chemistry between them and the others who were in a relationship, and something I adored what how supportive both parents were towards Gun and Tinn. I really recommend this show if you want to watch a soft cute BL show or if you're starting to watch BL this one’s perfect as a starter. Overall amazing show and I would love to see them both in another show together as the main couple, can't wait for "My Love Mix-Up!".

Idk man

I think I’m allergic to shows those 2 have acted in before because this is the second show I drop that has Max and Tul at very early stages, it’s not the way they act or anything, in the contrary they’re both amazing actors but these shows especially this one is not my cup of tea. I couldn’t even finish episode 1, I made it to 31 min or so and I already knew the story was gonna be basic and boring and reading more reviews and having watched some clips on TikTok it gave me all the info I needed to reassure myself that this just wasn’t worth continuing and to drop it. The fact it has a second chapter with like 13 episodes is a huge reason why I also considered dropping too, I’ve mentioned before in past reviews that I don’t like lengthy shows and I seriously cannot imagine what else they’re going to be doing or dealing with in the second chapter. Normally a show with 12 episodes is more than enough to give us all the information needed to be satisfied but having a second chapter is just insane. Plus 13 episodes each 50 min. Uh no thank you I’ll be dropping this show just like how I dropped Manner Of Death. One thing I will give props to is the person subbing it, they made those 31 minutes a little bit better by putting their own commentary at times and also educating us about different things being mentioned. But other than that, it was not worth even starting.

Mediocre

Didn’t expect much from this drama since the reviews weren’t the best and the ratings aren’t high. But overall this show is mediocre, the story is mediocre, the acting is mediocre, the chemistry is mediocre, everything is just mediocre. I wasn’t very entertained and lowkey forced myself to finish this series because I had like 2-3 episodes left but I considered dropping, there’s nothing special about this show and it’s even cringe and embarrassing at times. This is common in shows/BL’s, mainly Japanese ones but like this show doesn’t do a good job at compensating us for the cringe/embarrassing moments so it just adds to how bad it is. It felt like I was watching 2 teens try to have a adult/mature relationship but failing miserably, I can’t believe these are adults who are prob in their late 20s/ early 30s. Soga was so unbelievably annoying, his cringe personality and annoying way of speaking, the stops he would take in every micro phrase he would say drove me nuts, and the shy behavior was so annoying too omg. Sakae was more bearable, he had his cringe moments but he had a better personality than Soga. Overall this show is just something you would watch if you had nothing else to do/watch, you won’t gain anything from watching and it’s overall basic and just your “typical” love story.

SUPER CUTE!!!

Honestly didn’t know what I was expecting when I started this show but it wasn’t what is actually shown, first off I want to recognize how amazing the acting is, like seriously Lin acting as Win and Win acting as Lin, they were both so good at it that it felt like they actually switched bodies. And the scene where the mom is crying in episode 10 is so realistic it actually made me feel so sad because her emotions felt real. So props to the actors they did an amazing job! Second, the chemistry was amazing, this isn’t a show where there’s a lot of kiss scenes or anything and normally I like kiss scenes or stuff in that genre but this show did an amazing job at keeping me entertained and also giving me the chemistry needed to make my heart race. And the chances we did get to see kiss scenes they were amazing!! The story is super cute and soft, nothing too out there but also perfect enough to make those 10 episodes go by in a blink of an eye. I want to rate this an 8.8/10 but it only lets me rate 8.5 or 9, imo it’s not 9 worthy because again its not an extraordinary story, it’s simple but super well made! If you’re looking for something soft and cute to watch and also a quick watch since it has 10 episodes then this is just for you. I would definitely recommend, mainly because of the 10 episodes, and the fact that each episode is like 40+ min, I seriously hate when shows are longer than they should be and also lengthy on minutes of the episodes, so the fact that this show is simple, cute, soft and short wins my heart.

Season 2 is NEEDED!!!

I read that there won't be a second season but honestly the open ending needs clarification imo, ofc it can be up to the audience imagination of what could've happened next but honestly I like having a clear understanding of things and not just something I have to guess or imagine. I know there is a special episode though idek when that will be released or if it's even going to explain anything but I hope it does clarify some things. Now... onto the whole story. First of all, literally everyone except Non, New/Tan and a White (a little) made me the least angry, everyone else deserved to die, now call me harsh or heartless but like they all did Non so wrong, like a whole family was wiped and why? Because they all didn't like Non because he was like the "outcast" of the story. Non deserved so much better and I wish he would've gotten proper revenge. Phee had his reasons to be angry at Non and it's understandable but honestly falling for the dude that lowkey made all hell fall down is just insane. It infuriated me. Jin also understandable why he felt that way when he saw Non and the teacher but like dude you guys weren't dating so like womp womp get over it. Non was literally being manipulated by a whole ass adult when he was in a harsh/stressful position and Mr. Keng took advantage of that and used him, and he was also getting bullied by Jin's friends and all Jin did was talk to Non after all the bullying and telling him that he's on Non's side and blah blah blah instead of actually standing up for him while the bullying was happening, but instead he just stayed back and watched it happen. Nah man. Now Por... not much to say he deserved to die, so glad he did. He was trash. No excuse. Same with Top, total asshole, fucking despise him. Glad he died as well. Fluke, dude was playing it safe while also watching shit go down, he didn't want to get involved in anything but at the same time got involved in everything by watching everything happen and not doing anything about it. Well deserved death too. Now Tee is a weird case, I didn't like him either because he literally did the most damage to Non but he also had his fair share of fucked up shit happening to him and like that explains his behavior but doesn't excuse it, he didn't die but his love did so karma got him good, I'm satisfied with that. Now don't get me wrong, White didn't deserve to die and it was a little sad but I didn't connect with White that much to feel that much towards him dying, literally the whole show just put me in the same mindset that Non's brother had and I just wanted revenge for Non because of how mad all the bullying and mistreating made me feel. Lastly, I hated how Tan died, he didn't deserve that and I wish he had lived. That's the part that made me the saddest and it's mainly because it wasn't just Tan that died, but Tan, Non, and their parents, as I mentioned before a whole family was wiped and for what? Revenge doesn't even describe what they deserve, they need more than revenge that's why I wish there was a second season, and also because of the ending which is basically up to our imagination to guess what could've happened, did they escape? did they not? are they still in the house? did something else happen? who knows??? But anyway, I know i sound like a psychopath with my opinions here but overall it was a good show, it kept me entertained and gave me a lot of emotions, worth the watch, there's a lot of sad scenes and angry scenes, a lot of chemistry and just overall balanced well in all places.

HAD SO MUCH POTENTIAL!!!!

Alrighty guys let me get it started, first the show started off good, the story was good, the connection was good and the chemistry was there, the acting was good, but after a few episodes in everything started going down hill. When they started dating the chemistry was lost like no tomorrow, it literally felt like they were friends, they had more chemistry when they were friends than when they were together. They were literally living together, and we did not even get to see a proper kiss or any chemistry at all. The only times they tried being "spicy", they wouldn't even show it, we were being teased. Lowkey a lot of the story was all over the place, and they kept extending it by adding unnecessary scenes, AND the side couples had more chemistry than the main couple, which says a lot, and also some of the couples formed way too fast and also out of nowhere, like Mil and Phukong, Mil kept saying how he likes him as a a brother and then at the end they're acting all lovey-dovey like what the heck??? Overall this show was not worth it, it was a hard watch, it had so much potential, but it was executed so badly, I'm honestly contemplating watching the 2nd season, but I heard it has better scenes so I'm gonna give it a try, but if you ask me, its not worth even starting this series, so unless you're into very vanilla BL with barely any chemistry then this is for you, otherwise don't recommend watching.

Amazing Show

Honestly there’s so much to appreciate about this show, but I’ll keep it short, the acting is top tier, the music is amazing, the story is spectacular, the chemistry is immaculate, the tension is always there, there isn’t a second where you aren’t at the edge of your chair waiting to see what’s gonna happen next or just having a plot twist out of nowhere. I absolutely loved this show, and I love how at the end everytbing was resolved and everyone was happy and where they should be (including Vegas and Pete which I wanted them to be together in the end so bad and I was hoping he didn’t die) and thank god he didn’t because that was one of the best relationships with that chemistry omg. Of course nothing beats Kinn and Porsche and their chemistry and relationship is just WOW! Overall amazing show and so worth watching, only thing is it’s a little long but honestly they do an amazing job at making a hour pass by like it’s a minute of how entertained and concentrated you will be.

So much emotions

Ok so there's actually so much to say about this show, the acting was great, the story was good, the characters were all a mess in their own way but it played out well so I would like to talk about each couple here and share my opinion on them. I want to start with Mew and Top, this might be controversial but I did not like their relationship, like it made me so mad and honestly I don't even know why. I think because I didn't like Tops character and I didn't like Mew's that much either. Top was a player and honestly what he did in my opinion is not as easily forgivable as he was forgiven, I feel like he should've worked harder for it like he barely did anything he just did bare minimum of what a loyal boyfriend should act like but i guess that was enough to make Mew realize he was worth given a second chance, though i do believe in second chances i feel like there was something off from that relationship in general, it felt empty and dull. While Mew, i did not like his character that much, he was all over the place and so confusing but maybe that's what made Mew and Top perfect for each other. Anyway, overall not the worst relationship and with this i will talk about the worst one so far and that's Ton and Nick. O M G it was so bad, like Ton is just a horrible person and he's not gonna change, at the end of the show i thought he might have changed for Nick but that was obviously too good to be true, he definitely just like the attention he gets from sleeping around and should not be a person that commits to anything serious, though i somehow see a potential for improvement there i doubt it will be easily attainable if he doesn't have the right mindset and will to change. While Nick, poor guy, he just fell for a asshole. Though i cant blame him for falling for Ton, he should've not gone back to him like he did even though he had a good guy that he could've had a chance with based on what we saw. But love is blind and i get that so i cant blame him much, he just wanted a caring relationship and being loved by Ton but that was something truly impossible. I love his character though and wish him happiness. Next is April and Chueam, we didn't get to see much of their relationship so there isn't much to say. Overall they seem to have a pretty healthy relationship, they seem like the type to be able to communicate things and improve their relationship for the better, even though the only conflict they had together was in the beginning when April got told about how Chueam talks about April and her films and stuff. But it was a small conflict, nothing major. Overall a cute relationship and definitely wanted to know more about them. Next, Yo and Plug. Nothing much to say about them, another couple we barely got to see much. They also had their issues but later was resolved, once again nothing major. Their relationship was cute and i loved the representation not just with them but with the other couples as well. Lastly, best for last. Sand and Ray, might be a little biased because i love those 2 so much in all the shows they are together but so far was my favorite relationship, they actually communicated, they had so much chemistry (but they lowkey always do in every show), they improved together, they weren't super toxic for each other and eventually any toxicness cancelled out and they were perfect for each other. Now I'm not going to deny that at first Ray was an asshole to Sand and lowkey Sand didn't deserve him at all in the beginning, i got so mad when he would help Ray even though Ray would be such an ass to him. But it worked out in the end because Ray had so much potential to be a good lover, he was just stuck up on Mew and had a drinking and drug problem plus he also hated his life which all combined caused him to be this way, but you can tell from the start he was a good person he just needed to find someone to give him that push (Sand) into a better direction. Overall, great show. I enjoyed it a lot and i liked how each relationship had their own issues and conflicts that slowly got solved in their own pace and way. Anyway, the guy that appeared in the last episode is so FINE, and omg you can tell it was about to go down after that haha i would like to see that.
