Both are about contract marriage but different situations.

One is about childhood sweethearts or first loves, but the FL did not know that, in fact she hates the ML.

the other one is about a single mother that will soon be dying so she needs to have a family for herself and her child, so that the child will have a legal guardian later on.

It is similar in the sense that a guy "popped" out of something, in My Romantic Some Recipe, from a stand up poster of an idol...the idol popped out...then on Pop Out Boy, from a comic book...similar because they will both develop some romance later...

They are both fantasy guys (one from a comic book and then the other from a stand up pop up cardboard advertisement) and they made an appearance on the FL's life and fell in love...

Similar in a way that they are both in a "hospital" setting, but the other is in a ship, the other in a real hospital.

Similar in a way that, the leading doctors are tsundere to their soon to be partners and then being lovey dovey after they see that the other has something good to offer...

Difference is, the couple in Hospital Ship are both doctors, but on the other drama, it is between a doctor and a nurse.

But you will get the similar feels and the pressures of working in a medical setting, same excitement, etc.

The King and CLOY are similar in sense that they are 2 completely different worlds, but still similar...I am redundant, I know.

In The King, there are 2 parallel worlds or universes...and the "King" himself is a king in his world, while on the other world, he is just as ordinary as you can get, not special at all.

This reminds me of the situation in CLOY where Seri is a very rich and respected woman in her "world" aka SoKor, while in NoKor, she is just a nobody and just plain lost, like the "king" felt in The King, Eternal Monarch.

They are literally both "Two Worlds".

"W" is 2 worlds in a sense that one is the "real world" and the other is a "comic book world".

In "The King", one is the present world, or the world as we know it, then the other world is a parallel world, or a parallel universe.

Anyway, both have the same feels and both have an antagonist that does not want the male lead to prosper in some way.

Similar in a way because both are in the medical field...and both "met" again after a long period of time...somewhat similar...but the only difference is that the FL in Koi wa Tsuzuku...is the one in love with the ML; while in Doctors, its the other way around...

Both are about office romances... both have a "secret" from other office colleagues like the couple in Just You, share a house, then on Find Yourself, the lady boss is in a relationship with a younger office mate. Both are cute and heartfelt office romances that will make you feel good.

If you can't get over Lee Sang Yoon just yet, watch On the Way to the Airport, after watching Twenty Again, or vice versa.

Anyway, both dramas are similar because:
1.) Both female leads are wives, with a child and the husbands do not love them anymore. Either they are on the verge of breaking up, or sort of broke up already, not just legalizing the divorce yet.
2.) Both husbands of the FL's have another woman already. They are having an affair with someone else.
3.) Both wives find "friendship" with a male friend...who helps them a lot
4.) Both dramas are discovering yourself and shining again after coming from rock bottom, aka, divorce...

There are a lot of differences too, but just watch both of them. Or if you have watched either of them, you will want to watch the other drama. Believe me...and male lead, Lee Sang Yoon is so adorable on both dramas...you won't have withdrawal syndrome from him if you watch both dramas one after the other...

Similarities: Both topics of the dramas are professional E-gaming or E-Sports. Though one is about online games, the other is about hacking, but both competing and how they managed their teams and their tactics, how they struggled to reach the top and how they formed their respective teams or companies. Plus both have romances on the side which is cute.

Differences: In GYH, the romance is something more on the side, not really the main topic, its more of how it contributes to the story, in GGS, the romance is more prominent and cuter too. Like it hooks you right from the start. In GHY, it has more thrill of the game, on how they form teams and how they win the international championships, and more team members based: like how the captain forms his team and his team members. In GGS, there is more focus on the coach or manager that handles the team, not much focus on the team captain. Team Captain pretty much does his own thing and members follow. And in GGS, too much focus on the past, too much flashbacks, though in GYH, there is also a back story on the previous members of the "original" team members of the past...

General Observations: If you want really sweet romance, and good acting, go for GGS, since both are about E-gaming anyways. If you want more on focus on the tension of really winning the game, and more on the business of e-gaming. like commentary side, go for GYH. But not too much acting skills and chemistry for the ML and FL. In GGS, there are a lot of chemistry that is for sure.

Both shows are similar in the sense that, the ML's are obssessed with the FL. Both have shy and timid FL's and both are about affairs. Both ML's and FL's have spouses of their own, but they became attracted to each other.

Both have hot and attractive actors for the ML's.

Both ML's are serious about the FL's, not just a fling or passing fancy only. Both ML's fell in love, wants to really get together with the FL's and start a new relationship with them.
