Disappointing Story
I started to watch this drama because of the lead actors. They have not disappointed me in their performance. After watching this drama their performance was very good but I felt the story was not up to part. By the tittle I thought it was a romance between 2 professionals and how the romance grows. But this is more about the Female lead career and her ambition in her Law firm. We see a small amount of what is the male lead all about. Of course he is younger so his character is made to be very smart in finances but very naïve. I did like that the women in this drama are fierce and strong minded. I did not like all the twist and turns with added characters that confused us even more. The romance between the lead characters is very minimal, so their chemistry is minimal. As partners in their career there chemistry was fantastic. They were great in supporting each other when ever a problem at work happen. The supporting characters gave me mix feelings. At first Wu Fei was all friendly to the lead female character and acted as an immature girl but then she becomes this hate monster that made no sense. Then in the last 10 episode we get thrown a new character Yao Yao, who had a relationship with the male lead. Why? In the beginning the male lead is so naïve that we are let to believe he had never been in a relationship. The ending was the most disappointing as we are left with confusion and dissatisfied. The actors performance is very good but the writer let us down trying to make such twist and turns with little information to the watcher.Was this review helpful to you?
A Realistic View
I find this story very sad. The emprises has no say in her marriage to the emperor. He is gay and does not touch a women but send his men to sleep with her because he needs an heir. She has no say in the emperors order and summits to his request. She falls for the first guard and he falls for her after he has been sleeping with the emperor. The emperor get jealous because he is in love with the guard. the emperor jealousy ends his rain on the kingdoms. It is a realistic view of what the past could have been. I have to say I cry especially at the end. The performance of these actors was great. A great story.Was this review helpful to you?
Short and Cute
I like the drama because the male lead seem dedicated and sincere to the female lead and she already had a bad relationship and he understood since he also had a bad relationship. Her friend was a different story, At first her friend seem selfish and not a true friend. Later she realize what she was like and how the male lead friend really liked her. She was kind a wild. I enjoy the male character that falls for her. it is a short drama but it was very enjoyable. The actors performance was good.Was this review helpful to you?
Once You Star To watch It You Won't Stop.
A complete different story that I have not seen before. I became obsess with this story. The leads have such great chemistry and sincerity for the story. The twist and turns leave you scare and worry. The characters that come in and out of the story gives you a hate and love relation with does characters. Is it a mystery or just suspense. It is both and with a romance in between. Who to trust, are they family or enemy. All the questions you will ask as each episode goes on. All the actors performance is great. One Of The Best Drama I Have Seen
Best drama I have seen. The characters are wonderful especially the leading character. The female character leads you with strength and smarts and keeps up with every twist of the story. The lead character played by Bai Jing Ting ( he is such a good actor)tries to be protective but listen to the lead character and start to help find a solution. Both take us to every minute of the drama biting your nails and you cannot leave your chair. As they take a bus ride you are on the bus with them threw every adventure. A must see if you like mystery and suspense. If you like to solve puzzles, this is a drama for you. All Together I Enjoy The Drama
I liked this drama. The leading characters were wonderful. The lead female characters was the kind of character I would like to watch in more drama. She started strong, A leader but was kind and protective. The romance was cute and easy but together both leading characters kept us wondering what was next. Shen Fei Yang character was also a character I admire. He kept protecting the lead female but was a sincere romantic for his co-lead character who was very silly and immature. The story had it's twist and turns but I did not like the bad guy who wore a cape and you did not get to see him until the middle episode. It seem to old fashion part of the story. It Is Worth Watching
This to me is the best performance by Luo Zheng. I found it cute and funny and I could actually see his feelings in this performance. The chemistry was so good between him and her, the leads. I love Rain Lu. I seen several of her dramas and she give such a great performance. She is bubbly and sweet and gives sincerity to her characters. I loved this drama. Yes, their are a few cliché but the story is worth watching. It start of very funny and I really liked his grandfather telling him to take care of her. The little brother is annoying and I found him to obsess with the older brother. I loved the cousin who cares for his siblings and goes against his parents on their wrong doing. Him and the lawyer made a cute couple and had lots of chemistry. I thought both couples made a great match for each other in this drama and made the story enjoyable.Was this review helpful to you?
Another Disappointing Drama
Another disappointing story. I love how these man love a women but how easily are thrown under a buss with out no proof just because someone said so. The characters are well played but the story make no sense. The lead male character does not trust his mom but divorces his wife because his mom said she cheated. The woman is pregnant and yet she cheated. The female lead believes that her child dies but never questions the doctor or the hospital. Then the male leads takes away the child that he believes it is his but his wife cheated. The stupid magic glasses was ridicule's and that butterfly that disguise your face was so unrealistic. The little boy calls her mom but you never fine how he know. Just to many question in this story. I was glad it was short. I do not blame the actors, I thought they did a good job in their performance. It sounded like an American soap opera.Was this review helpful to you?
Disappointment
This drama had so much possibilities but I think the writer decided on all these cliché that it drowns the drama. The male lead actor is very good in his performance but the lead actress left me with a sour mouth. The story is also has scenes that you get sick of. How many times do these characters have to go to the hospital. The doctors and the nurses should have recognize them as soon as they came in. How many times does the lead female character has to leave or run away from the lead male character. I think the lead male character needed to give pints of blood for her to understand that he was in love with her. The chemistry did not work and I think because the writer had them breaking up so many times. Even to the end I was so sick of it that the male lead had to prove himself so much. The ending was disappointing. I figure out what the cousin was doing way before the lead character did, To solve everything in the last episode was a bad idea.Was this review helpful to you?
Great Family Drama
I really enjoy this drama from beginning to end. The emphases on the demanding parents for their kids to study to be the best and get into the best college is so correct. I felt it hit the nail in the head. The demanding mothers and their involvement in everything of the school reminded of so many parents I have met that are exactly that way. The main character is sweet, kind and and strong. She is a mama lion and protects her family. I love the cute romance between the leads. We get to know the kids and how we see how different their point of view is from their parents. I like the character of Mr. Jin even when he gives us the mean and angry look and that he is the murder. I kept thinking how cute he is. But my favorite was the brother. Nam Jae Woo was a great character and the actor Performance of this character was great. I love how cute he is when he be lives he likes his sisters friend. Great Drama
What a great drama. The lead female in this story is my kind of woman. Independent and strong and knows what she wants. The male lead is cute and shy and they make a wonderful couples. The chemistry is fantastic. The way their relationship develop is so great. When they get together, you wait each minute for the romance. Each character makes the story sincere and realistic. The second couple makes it sweet and you enjoy the drama even better. The story twist and turns and the ending which is surprising make you enjoy this drama. Enjoy The Story
I love how these 2 character who do not socialize turn to each other for help. I enjoy the story how they decide to fake marriage and they start learning about each other. Both are trying to avoid going to a new office that there company has open up. The characters in this story are funny and the hole story is very cute. Each character tell their story of the reason why they do not want to be chosen to go to the new office. You cheer for the lead character nd hope they will stay together. Just As Good As The First One
At first I wonder if it would be as good as the first one. The story is different but I love all the characters. As the drama went on I was really enjoying it. I love all the characters in this drama and the leads are my favorites. They make the story sincere and very creditable. As the story goes on and the twist and turn all you wish is to see the romance of the leads become real. The ending was my favorite and gave us a finality for both seasons. Just Amazing Drama
Joseph Zeng has not disappointed me yet in any of his drama. This drama is great, one of the best this year. The chemistry Joseph Zeng bring with the lead female character is amazing. The way the story brings them together and starts the romance between each other. The drama has so much romance, mystery and twist and turns. It is a drama that kept me on my toes waiting for each episodes. The drama has a great story and the direction was magnificent. From the start the drama grabs you from the first episode and keep you hanging with a smile on your face with the romance between the leads. Great drama.Was this review helpful to you?
Disappointment At The End.
This story intrigue me. They both had special power because of an accident. The lead characters are great. The story is really good and it even had a few twist and turn that surprises you. But the ending disappointed me. The way they hated each other because their powers was gone just totally did not fit with the story. Is like they lost their powers and the devil got into them with lots of hate for each other. I can't believe after all the years with the power that they did not get to learn about themselves and then about each other. The ending did not fit. It seem like they were in a hurry to finish the story and put no thought about the ending.Was this review helpful to you?
