The series follows two young men in high school, Buo Luo Yin and Gu Hai, who are connected through the mothers. Buo Luo Yin (Yin Zi) 's real mother is Gu Hai's stepmother and when the two boys meet, Gu hai has the urge to pester and tease Luo Yin. the teasing goes a little far, and somehow they begin a really strange, backward, based on power relationship.

Both dramas are about a girl cross-dressing and who ends up going to a male-only school.

His mother then presents Non, the son of her boss, as a student in need of Kao's tutoring. When Non shows snubbed interest in Kao, it fuels Pete's jealousy. The secrecy and jealousy put a strain on their otherwise thriving relationship.
Sun has begun to give up his unrequited with Kao. And suddenly Mork is around a lot more. Whilst Sun pushes Rain to stay away from Mork, the younger man's uncontrollable behavior draws him in. Sun's seriousness is holding Mork down. Despite their constant clashing, the two start to care for each other.

Passei muito tempo procurando um cdrama que me trouxesse os mesmos sentimentos que Ashes Of Love me trouxe. E finalmente eu encontrei!

Semelhanças entre Ashes Of Love e Love And Redemption:

- As duas protagonistas não conseguem se dar conta dos próprios sentimentos
- O nome dos protagonistas masculinos são muito parecidos, Xufeng e Si Feng
-Nos dois dramas o pai da protagonista é interpretado pelo menos ator, ou seja, o ranço por ele só aumenta
