I'll go with a short review. The reason I started this drama was because it was getting quite high ratings in SK, and I was curious as to why. And after watching it, I can see the reason(s). Well, to an extent anyway.

The things that I liked about the drama:

-The storyline is unique. Not the one-person's-soul-entering-another-body thing. But the part that came after that.

- The acting is top notch. You can feel every emotion of Song Huun Chul, Hye Jin and Yun Hwa. Their struggle with this new reality that they face, that they never expected is portrayed wonderfully.

- The music is good. Specially the song 'Monochrome'. It fit the settings perfectly.

- The kid actors did a good job too.

- Not to sound like a fangirl or anything, but Kai is wonderfully and deliciously beautiful.

- The drama focused on human behavior. And the mesaage it send is a good one.

The things that I wasn't sure about:

- This was more of a slow paced drama. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing. But around the middle part, it did seem a bit draggy.

- A lot of moral dilemmas involved in the drama which I wasn't sure how to feel about. While the drama wasn't solely focused on romantic relationships, to the extent that they were present, they were quite...well, complicated. I, as a viewer, wasn't sure if what the male lead was doing could be considered "right". If, there could be a right and wrong in such exaggerated fantasical situation.

Overall, it's a drama that deserves a chance. And it's quite enjoyable. So, go ahead and give it a try.

Happy Watching!!

What a fantastic drama! It was definitely of of the best I've watched, not one of my ultimate favorite but still it was really well done.
From the not predictable story which is really rare to do with k-dramas because you generally always know how it's going to end; to the superb acting done by everyone, especially Kim Myung Min (he will for me be one of the best male performance in drama this year with Lee Sun Kyun and Ji Jin Hee). Not to forget the OST that mixed really well with all the scenes!
I don't give it a 10 because this drama had a little problem, like some people said in the comments, there was a little disappointment with one of the character story turn, he was quite important in the beginning because we saw him quite often but after we didn't saw him at all, so I was like why did they introduce this guy to us if at the end they don't even matter?? (people who watched it will know about who I'm talking).
I don't think everyone can like that kind of drama because a lot of people prefer to watch basic rom-com with young actors most of the time (and ofc I like it too), but I wish people would watch it, not many did thought it was really really good! If you like family, romance, fantasy and funny-tragedy (I don't know if this exist) you will really like it.

Very underrated drama

STORY:
• The story is about body switching, but it happens in a unique way. Usually, I dislike this type of trope, but I really loved this one. The story is very well told. I liked the conflict that they faced and the moral of the story. You'll definitely look forward to what happens next. The only thing I didn't like was the ending. I didn't like how the writers ended it.

CAST & CHARACTERS:
- Kim Myung-min as Song Hyeon Cheol: His acting is excellent. He portrayed both characters like they were played by different actors. Amazing!
- Kim Hyun-joo as Sun Hye-jin: I'm a big fan of Kim Hyun-joo, and you already know why. She's such a good actress. Her eye expressions are the best that I've seen. I can't help but root for her character.
- Ra Mi-ran as Jo Yeon-hwa: Excellent acting from her. She really did a good job, but I really hated her character here. She was too emotional.
- Supporting cast: I liked all of them. The one who stood out for me was the actress who played the sister of the ML. She's perfect for a comedy role.

MUSIC:
The OSTs are the best. They are emotional and touching.

OVERALL:
• I don't regret watching this one, despite the fact that I dislike the body switching trope. The acting from the main three leads is top-notch, along with the supporting cast. This drama is very underrated and is a must-watch. I highly recommend it.

Fizzles out in the end

Drama had a great start. I liked how they approached the story, their approach somehow felt fresh and unique although we have seen this kind of story many times.
Story and had enough depth to make it intresting throughout its run. Acting was top notch including the child actors and i thought the drama was perfectly casted.
But the last few episodes really disappointed me. I thought initially the writer took a brave approach in handling the relationship between the three leads. But instead of going through with it they coped out for a happy ending in the end which made the entire journey of the three leads bitter sweet.
Character of Kai which brings supernatural elements to the drama was rather hit or miss for me. It would have worked much more if that aspect of the story was treated more as a mystery. I understand the purpose of his character and how important he is to the story but most of the scenes involving him and Ra Mi Ran (in the end)made her emotional journey a little less impactful. I wanted the character to deal with her emotions on her own terms and come out of it stronger and braver
Humour of this drama was self aware and good. It would have worked much better if it was cut down to 16 episodes. But still it was enjoyable overall

Honestly I decided to watch this because of its high ratings and gave it a shot. It's not groundbreaking but I get why it appealed to many viewers because it had all the ingredients of a perfect family drama, it had something for everyone. The writers took a common soap opera plot and added fantasy spin to it which made it unique

pros
1. Kim Myung Min. His character might be one of the most complex and hardest to portray so far from all the kdramas I saw because of the dual personality. I can really feel his confusions and frustrations

2. Kim Hyun Joon. As much as I love Ra Mi Ran, to me KHJ is the star in this drama. She made me believed in everything she's fighting for. Great acting especially her nuances and subtleness speak so loudly.
TBH I was rooting for her the entire time

3. the OST. touching and emotional songs that really complimented every scenes

4. the supporting casts. This is probably the first time where I think collectively, the supporting and minor casts (with the exception of a few) were much more interesting than the leads. Their stories were fun that made the lead's storyline seemed like a filler. From the bank employees to the mother and daughter tandem were all entertaining

5. the kids. In connection with #4, the special recognition goes to them. I really enjoyed the kid actor's parts. their silly little adventures gave the drama a much needed shed of light (they reminded me of stranger things)

6. the splash of fantasy. Kai did a good job(great improvement from ANDANTE). And I must say that the way the writers incorporated the fantasy scenes were smart, it was not overdone

7. great ending. it got me choked up a bit

cons
1. the lead's personal lives. I'm talking about their "jobs" that practically eats up 50% of each episode. It was just lackluster from KHJ's job at the mall to RMR's insurance job and even the bank fizzled out towards the end

2. the detective. He also gets a lot of screen time and he was really annoying TBH. When you already know half of the truth from the start, there's no point in his quest for justice. the thrill is already gone

3. the mall CEO. the weakest character for me, the writers even tried to build him his own back story but this is to me is a definition of a filler character. Sorry but even the fling he had with KHJ wasn't exciting either

4. the slow pacing. I love me some slow burn, slice of life melodrama but if you don't have the right amount of feels to fill in the gaps then it would just be a yawn fest

5. the whole illegal loan and murder on the side thing. I don't know how many times we've already seen this plot in every drama out there. To me this was just a lot BS with this greed for promotion and power, kinda reminded me of MY LOVE FROM THE STAR where you get a lovely fantasy plot and then the whole crime/detective scenes were sucking the whole fun out. Writers please just let this plot take a rest for a while, thanks

In the end I have to give this 7 stars, if not for the whole illegal loan BS shenanigans, this would've been an 8/10.

WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH PEOPLE?

WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH PEOPLE?

I started watching this drama because of people's comments and I saw some episodes and I liked the story: A man who dies and his soul (in another body) struggles to get his family back; but he falls in love with the beautiful wife of his new body (whom he just met) and many people see this well because she is pretty.

If actresses swapped roles, people wouldn't think the same, I don't care about the ending. It's a superficial drama: A man who loves his family and his wife contemplates leaving them for a rich family and a beautiful wife he just met.

Miracle that we met was a surprise of a drama. Originally I've started it for Kai, as the story was kind of odd and it didn't seem anything special from the description. After the first episodes, the story got me hooked (and I realized that I wasn't going to see Kai that much...). So, the plot focuses on a man who dies and his soul is transfered into another man's body, who happened to have the same name. The guy wants to go back to his family, but it is kind of hard for anyone to believe him. So, that far, it was funny, sad, dramatic, tragic and had a good amount of mystery to keep the interest high. However, and this is my only regret about this drama, towards the ending, things went way off the track. It felt that the writers were losing grip of the story and where it was heading. But the last episodes, especially the 17th were such a disappointment. I was about to give a way too low rating to this drama because of the way the story had turned out. And then, the last episode was just perfect. Everything went back to normal and we had a happy happy ending.
Now, about the performances, all the actors were really good and just perfect to express the right amount of emotion without overplaying it. Also, the costumes and settings were really nice as well.

IT WAS disgusting but nobody says because it is MDL

It is MDL where high score is necessary even if you don't get logic or sense in story

So FAT cook enters body of banker and fall for his rich young pretty sexy wife...and started screwing her.
While he also try to meet his real wife on side without telling her that he got into rich man's body and got his wife in his bed.
It was disgusting that even after knowing that man in her husband's body isn't her husband hye jin keep that man without a slight guilt Or shame
man drives his real wife to her death and then leaves his orphan kids

Then comes the illogical ending episode
So 1st it was cook who enters bankers body
So everything goes back in time but COOK doesn't have any memories of him screwing bankers wife..
But banker who was dead. Has memories of his wife and cook in his body making out in there bed and kai feel he did good thing by leaving those memories
It was cooks memories so why they remain with banker who died ?
Our banker is fine with all those memories in which he sees his wife falling for cooking knowing her husband is already dead..... He is not only fine but happy and start using all those things to seducing his wife again

Just think about it you have memories of another man screwing your wife and your fine ?
Cook should have those memories because it was his memories
Do kai forgot that it was cooks soul' that enters bankers body and hye jin fall in love with cook.

Hye jin was a shameless woman who was sleeping with a married man just because he look like her husband

She would not give a single glance on real cook as a man.
They even show them at ending smiling at each other. but hye jin just think of him has a fat ass funny guy to laugh on not a man to screw,
like there is future affair between sexy hye jin and fatty cook. and banker with all cooks wife's memory meeting her behind her fatty husband to have her has his ugly side mistress.

Here are the things that I liked about this show:

1. Unique Storyline – It was engaging and unpredictable. Throughout the show, I kept on wondering how it would end.

2. Acting – It was superb. It’s not difficult to sympathize with them. I even asked myself what to do with their situations. The acting was not forced, emotions simultaneously flowing.

3. Characters – Portrayed wonderfully. You will love them, and some you’ll hate, I think that’s made more convincing to the audience.

4. Grippers – Please excuse me to say this, but they look hot and delicious.

Most of all, I like what I have realized from this drama. It reminds me not to take my loved ones for granted. We need to value our family as much as possible, from the little things they have done, for we never know when we will lose them. It’s hard to think but that is the reality, and we don’t want to regret after all.

The Miracle We Met will tug your heart and feel refresh after a good cry, and that is beautiful.

I didn't have interest to see this but I was here for Kai :)
BUT DAMN! THIS DRAMA IS AMAZING!
The cast will not let you down! The story is uncommon and very interesting. Shows two very diferent families that prove that who has money is not that happy and who is poor is happy. Kim Myung Min is a hell of an actor, he really prepared for this role very well. About Kim Hyun Joo, I really liked her character, her voice is so relaxing. No doubt Kai appears and makes our hearts explode with the cuteness and the wonderful smile he has.~
The drama is also more "adult" but I think teens will also like it...maybe the ones who are here are Exo-l xD
I loved this drama, it's not boring, it has a good cast and plot. Very realistic too...
About the end...hmm...if you see the drama you will understand how difficult it is to guess the end or to take a side of one of the two wives because you will feel pity for both. The end was unexpected, I can't say that it was bad, but a bit disappointing. I understand that would be difficult to make a final that would make all characters and viewers happy.

well not everbody's like the ending

honestly this is really good
the story,drama,romance is quite refreshing
for episode 1-17 is really great but for episode 18 i guess not everybody gonna like it bcz it look's like the Main lead runway even though it's not.
well anyway i knew from the 7 episode that the main lead somehow will get shot by someone . i though the ending will be like the male lead will dead and the wive's will move on with their life. but i didn't expected that the angel will stop the bullet( you god damn angel)
anyway if you watch anime and watch "mirai nikki" or (future diary) then episode 18 is not weird at all
and then arouse question what about the old world??? ofc the god destroy it and make another time line that will not disturb the current world at episode 18.

STRENGTHS
- Unique storyline presented in an unpredictable way; makes you curious about how it would end
- It has Ra Mi Ran, Kim Hyun Joo and Kim Myeong Min; with their superb acting skills, who would not get drawn into their characters' emotions?
- It also has EXO's Kai (more comments below)
- Excellent acting from the supporting cast, especially by the child actors
- It has a non-toxic mother-in-law character (yes, I consider this a strength lol)
- 'Monochrome' (OST) will stay in your head even after you have completed the drama

WEAKNESSES
- Flow of story can be dragging at times; frustration may keep you from completing the drama
- Once you get invested in the story, some scenes and situations may crush your heart and leave you tearful
- Ato (Kai's character) has his own charms, but he may at some scenes can be either annoying or cringey or both
- Some supporting love lines were introduced but were not paid attention to in the end

SOME COMMENTS
- At a certain point in the drama, I found myself asking, "Who should Song Hyeon Cheol end up with?" With logic, the answer is simple, but the struggles of the human heart is not a math equation, more so, the emotional consequences of a person's choices. (There is actually a Song Hyeon Cheol [C], if you ask me.)
- Some may think this is like a "ugly wife vs. pretty wife" kind of story, but the choices are not really between those two words.
- Memories may reside in the mind but it is the heart that makes meaning of them.

RECOMMENDATION
This drama is worth your time. I suggest you watch it, especially if you want to see a different side of Ra Mi Ran after watching Reply 1988 or Black Dog.
