My list may be a little 'old' compared to the others:
1. Strange Hero Yi Zhi Mei - Definitely my favourite! Good casting, dialogue and pacing. The teamwork of the main characters in this series is the best part. The fighting scenes in this are great too!
2. Chinese Paladin 3 - This was the Chinese series I watch years ago (2009) and it still remain as one of my favourite until now. It doesn't have impressive CGI as this series is from 2009, but the CGI in it is still acceptable for me. Definitely worth a watch for the actors in this alone.
3. The Mystic Nine - I was so surprised that I would like this series so much, because I would usually avoid any drama from the Japanese era. But this is just so interesting that I couldn't stop once I started the first episode.
