Note 1: There is not enough time left in the year to complete watching a soap opera for the year, have started Gentlemen Of Wolgyesu Tailor Shop - 10/54  

Note 2: I can’t inspire myself to remove Kimcheed Radish Cubes from my On Hold list and binge watch 22 episodes. There are other things I want to watch more. Unfortunately all other On Hold dramas were added in 2017.

Note 3: I really enjoyed this challenge but would not try it this way again. Trying to watch both limited the series I could watch. I did learn that I like J-dramas a lot, and tried many that I would not have thought of. Who knew that I’d like Tokusatsu enough to watch 4 series and several movies?  It would never have occurred to me to watch any if I hadn’t used it for a Genre That I Dislike.
