My first drama was Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge. I started to watch it because I really love this manga and anime, so I wanted to try something new with it. ^^
I didn't saw any korean, taiwan or chinese drama, but maybe someday... Right now I want to focus on j-dramas. ;]
anohasayo ..... since i watched the vineyard man and pure 19 on kbs I've been a big fan of kDrama
i found this Chanel on the TV i was curious about it and that when it started.
and my first online drama was tree of heaven it was a really sad drama but was a great one.
and by the way my native language is Arabic but my English is good>>>>>>but i'm really not even close to learn Korean
i watched jdrama but I can't recall my first but my fav was hana kimi , one pound gospil and Gokusen .
The first drama I watched was Coffee Prince. I started watching it cause I love Big Bang and I saw they made a parody of a show called Coffee Prince and I was curious what it was about. My younger sister watched a lot of dramas but I never had before so I thought Coffee Prince sounded good so I watched it and I fell in love. Now, I am addicted to dramas. I can't stop watching them. I used to read a lot but now I don't read as much. Oh well, atleast I stopped reading for something that is worth while.
The first drama I watched was a Korean Drama: Coffee Prince. I was in a site I frequented and one person there started mentioning it and since I already loved Asian movies and anime, I decided to watch it.

First JDrama was Yamato Nadeshiko Shinchi Henge

First Tdrama: Brown Sugar Macchiato (hated it)
My first Japanese drama was Hana Yori Dango, my first Korean drama was Boys Before Flowers, my first Taiwanese drama was... it would be awfully fun to say it was Meteor Garden, but it wasn't; it was It Started with a Kiss :P (I haven't even watched Meteor Garden yet D: )

Back in the day, I was obsessed with manga, and when I discovered HYD, I positively devoured it, in two days flat. I was suffering a bit of withdrawal xD so I turned to the anime for comfort, but I had a hard time finding good-quality videos, so I decided to check out the drama... and was entranced. I quickly finished HYD1+2+movie, then Boys Before Flowers... then stopped xD I dunno why I didn't watch Meteor Garden, maybe I was a touch burned out? Then, I didn't watch another drama for almost a year, when I wanted to watch HYD again for old times sake, and found DramaCrazy while looking for it <3 I watched YamaNade, then another, then another, then another... and here we are. ;)

First kdrama: IRIS (still haven't finished it) so I say Personal Taste since it was the first I finished summer 2010
First tdrama: Hana Kimi TW February 2011

I read an article about jdrama from some Finnish anime magazine. I laughed soooo hard when I saw pic of Ikuta Toma with bra's on his head so I decided to check Hana Kimi. Just based on that pic XD

So far I've watched over 100 dramas and will watch much much more

What is it with IRIS, I haven;t finished yet either.

First jdrama: Nobuta wo Produce
First kdrama: Boys Over Flowers
First tdrama: Autumns Concerto

Snow balled from Anime into Movies into Dramas. I listened to Jpop/Kpop long before that though.
First jdrama: Kurosagi
First kdrama: My Girl <3
First tdrama: So I'm not handsome (just one episode though. )
Oooh love dramas!! My first drama was the KDrama Goong, then TWDrama Devil Beside you, then JDrama Hana Yori Dango!

Is Devil Beside You a romance? I here the name all the time.
I didn't thing this would be a hard question..but I don't remember. I think it was....I dunno..I think it was Boys Before Flowers..but I could be wrong. I obsess over them. However, I find myself getting less interested if the plot doesn't hook me. I love them though. I got in to them because I liked to read the comics (okkay manga w/e) and then I was like anime..is pretty nifty, and then I found live action drama's and I became the person I am today...A girl who is drama crazy!
Kdrama: My Name is Kim Sam Soon
Tdrama: MARS (Only one so far)
Jdrama: Tatta Hitotsu no Koi (Only one so far)
I first started listening to Korean music, then in the summer my best friends got me hooked on Korean dramas. We actually watch them together. My first Korean Drama was You're Beautiful. My first Japanese Drama was Hana Kimi.
I'm not even going to count the ones I didn't finish or even remember much of. I'll start with my drama renaissance.

JDrama: Kurosagi
KDrama: 49 Days
I've never seen a TDrama...but my first CDrama was Stage of Youth, which I'm currently still watching.
I started out watching anime. Growing up Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball Z were constant favorites so it was no surprise that I picked up my anime watching habit later on in high school. I began reading manga just from the simple fact that Ouran High School Host Club never had a second season and I was dying to know what happened. That's where my obsession with manga started. I read a manga with onnly 6 chapters and found out that it was based on a TDrama and that drama is the first drama I've ever watched: Fated To Love You. I watched about four or five TDramas after that before discovering KDramas. Through KDrama's I discovered KPop and now I'm a complete goner. I've damn near defected from my country without leaving lol. All I watch is KDramas and my iPod is overtaken by Kpop. If you could learn another language just by listening to it so much I would be fluent in korean by now. FTLY is still my #1 drama though because it has a special place in my heart for introducing me to this entire world I had no idea about.

I used to read a lot too! Now I have no clue what my favorite authors are up too because I'm always wondering what the new fall or spring drama lineup is going to look like.
