I have no clue what just happened.... Although I saw the raw version, but this drama just went downwards... I mean come on... I still don't get Jung's character....

*Peeks my head in*

Eeek! I should really avoid spoilers till after I've watched the subbed version.

Probably will be back in like 10 hours. :) Although, I hope I won't have to rant.
Its just crazy! I felt the whole drama was unnecessary if it was going to be end like that! it came back to zero ( from the start )
I don't know why but I got intrigued because I'm so worried the ending is gonna mess up how I felt about this drama going in :'(
I know I shouldn't as I really don't want spoilers, but any reason to keep me watching would be a plus right now ._. Guessing the finale didn't really tie things up?
I haven't seen the last three eps but ... yeah.
I liked it!

It fit with how this the show and the characters. Maybe I just haven't watched enough dramas yet, but I've never seen a drama end in a similar way.  Also, it's not like it's a complete downer....it's more of a new beginning, which after everything that happened, I felt was neeeded.

It was actually kinda beautiful.
@violingal - Girl, I like your reasoning... It's true I'll take it! It's logical! Now that I come to think about it!
Alright no one ranted here yet so I'm just gonna break the ice and do it.

From the beginning, I disliked Jung. I see him as a manipulative, controlling individual that has serious mental issues that need to be taken care of, and those mental issues, even if they were acknowledged in the drama, weren't acted upon. He was never a suitable match for Seol to begin with. It's fishy how much Seol disliked him in the beginning, and now I'm expected to believe that she truly loves him and doesn't want to let him go?

Her relationship with In Ho was much purer and innocent. In Ho's character development is something to die for, he went from a pretentious asshole that didn't care about anything to a caring, generous and honest individual. He was upfront about his feelings and chose to deal with it in the most mature way possible. It's an open ending for him and In Ha, one that I much liked. There were some inconsistencies (like the fact that I still don't know how he played with that infected metal chip in his hand, or who cleared the debt up for him) but it was a really nice conclusion of their shared story. He moved on, and continued with his life with new strength.

I also liked that Bo Ra and Eun Taek ended up together. Their relationship was really cute and playful and there was great chemistry. I think the drama handled the supporting characters' relationships and endings much, much better than the actual focus of said drama.

It was obvious that Seol wasn't going to end up with In Ho, but I was hoping for a better ending. How is Jung settling things without the care of a psychiatrist? Surely, one so rotten as Jung wouldn't change his moral views to the core after he got a little scolding from his father? At least, that's how he was portrayed in the drama. Rotten, manipulative and controlling all the way.

All in all, this drama started out amazing. I had really high hopes, finally thinking that this drama will be different than the rest. But all those hopes went in the water with the 16th ep. Oh well. I have high hopes for Descendants of the Sun, and I hope it won't disappoint me, too.
@Simona I came to rant, but you pretty much said everything exactly as I would have...so...lol.
I thought the ending was pretty satisfying. It hinted that they were getting back to together, seemed very realistic to me. I wouldn't have minded more of an ending though.
Jung's Father was the really manipulative one. Jung really needed to get away and find out who he really is away from his fathers influence. The ending was okay but the episode was awesome. The actress that played Baek In Ha did a really good job.
