Secret Message had quite beautiful and artistic cinematography.
I think Chinese dramas have some of the most beautiful and captivating worlds:
Demon Girl, Decoded, Evil Minds, Love Me If You Dare, Wu Xin: The Monster Killer, etc.

For a strange, yet captivating cinematography you may also want to check out Casshern.

Go Princess Go (C-drama 2015), 
I think for a low budget web-drama, it's pretty creative, the colors are stunning. And the story is hilarious.
