Ooh yikes! I hope this is a mistranslation on the part of the director and he’s not intentionally doing black face (or otherwise implying that dark skin = scary/bad/unfavorable). His choice of words is...questionable. I definitely know what you mean about colorism in Asian cultures (as well as in many other countries unfortunately), and with a variety of face mask color options out there, I’m hoping this darker one wasn’t deliberately chosen for the wrong reasons. If so then that’d be an instant cancellation from me.

LOL This was literally me when I was watching In Family We Trust. I didn’t recognize Captain until I was looking up the cast and saw he was one of the characters. XD

Thanks for the article and recommendations! I love a good mystery/thriller and see a few that I'll be checking out. :) I'm in that slump that sometimes follows a really good Kdrama binge session (in my case, Kingdom) and nothing excites you because you don't think it'll live up haha.

Are you asking whether they charge you automatically? If so, to my knowledge the monthly fee is billed automatically to whichever card you signed up with (at least mine does; I can't remember if there's a different option). I believe they have a trial period though so as long as you cancel before the trial period ends you should be good. :)

Comments below are speculating that it's just a short film based on what was posted on Youtube. And the description has it listed as a short movie as well as a duration of 10 minutes. Unless this is false or there will be a series and a separate page just hasn't been created yet?

I agree. I think it would have been more powerful with just the first one, but it started to feel over the top and too much like shock value.

Super late reply but I was perusing comments and saw that In Family We Trust was recommended but at the time didn't have subs. Just wanted to say it's on Netflix now with subs in case you were interested in that one and hadn't seen it. :)
