Title Eternal Yesterday Spoiler
This huhu. Like Mitchan is always so stoic with everything but with Koichi he's more than willing to put his guard…
Personally, I'd consider it sadder that they've been dating before the accident. This just feels that their time was cut short. If they haven't confessed each other their feelings, it'll just be a "what if". But now, they hold precious memories for the rest of their lives they know they can never relive (wow that was melodramatic af lmao 😭).

They got together this ep!? Did not see that coming, but I'm not mad. I like that I wasn't able to see it coming…
Yeah ep 3 is pretty much confirmed to be a flashback. Hence why there were no bruises in Koichi's body while they were in the beach. This also explains why they held hands so casually in episode 2.

Exactly. It just makes things 100 times sadder. I'm both scared and excited for the next episodes.

Came back after rewatching, Mitchan telling Koichi not to yell is the cutest thing ever🥺❤️
This huhu. Like Mitchan is always so stoic with everything but with Koichi he's more than willing to put his guard down because he doesn't want Koichi to hate him 🥺.

Sorry to ask this. But does ep. 3 play BEFORE or AFTER Koichi died?
It was before the accident aka a flashback. They have been in a relationship even before the accident. This explains why:

1. Koichi held Mitchan's hand in episode 2 like it's normal for them.
2. Koichi had no bruises on his body while he was playing in the beach.

Honestly, it just makes things a lot sadder because it means they already have that deep of a relationship and I'm both scared and excited of what's to come in the next episodes.

I’ve not really enjoyed MBS’s last few BLs so I thought that even though this has a sad premise it wouldn’t…
Same here. Like I've always been a fan of fluffy and cute BL's, but the last 4 BL's on this timeslot on MBS have just been too unserious imo. But this one really caught my attention. The cinematography, dialogue, acting, it's just *chef's kiss*

Am I the only one enamored by this drama? It's just so meticulously done and everything about it works. The cinematography, the dialogue, the acting, and that top-tier OST. Looking forward to the rest of the episodes.

I just finished episode 5. Needless to say I am a bawling mess. This has been a bittersweet ride for past four weeks. I'm surely gonna miss this show. It really set the standard on how Japanese BL should be: (1) great chemistry, (2) great acting, (3) relatable plot, (4) well-established leads, and (5) a great kiss. 10/10 for me.

Everything about this drama is perfect. I'm so glad I watched this unexpected gem from the day of release. Pretty sad that it's ending though, I can't believe we're down to the last episode TT . TT

i'm sad that this series is only 5 episodes but the pacing is surprisingly good, i can't wait for ep 4 we are…
Same. Like I was lowkey expecting them to rush the episodes but surprisingly it didn't feel that way? Let's see what they do with the last 2 episodes though. *Fingers crossed*

So ntrue
Like I wasn't expecting to love this so much? It has a simple premise but it somehow works.

This is surprisingly good? The two leads are likable and very much relatable. I really love their exchanges and just their overall chemistry. Definitely must watch for me.

there is another japanese bl replacing this series soon right? i read somewhere another will replace their time…
Yeah, "Senpai, Danjite Koidewa!" (先輩、断じて恋では!) will be taking over the channel's timeslot. Hopefully it's as good (or better) than Mr. Unlucky.
