Great observations of her past projects and her current one.
However, the beauty of individual perspective/opinion is that... I don’t have to agree with yours and you don’t have to agree with mine.
I have seen Fair Xing‘s other projects, such as “Put Your Head on My Shoulder” and “Master Devil Do Not Kiss Me” Contrarily to this drama, her acting did not annoy me as much as it does in this one. It is the whole Seven’s caricatural imitation that annoys me because I have watched her being herself before and her acting was fine.
Again, this is my personal opinion. I don’t have to agree with yours and you don’t have to agree with mine. If this is your cup of tea, by all means... Do enjoy it.
Though this a flawed drama, I’m enjoying it so much. I love the camaraderie amongst the students. I love the…
Actually, I am still watching this too. I just reached episode 24. The storyline is still bearable; although, the female lead character ended up with the most bizarre child’s voice dubbing, ever. Also her character is still too childish and too timid for my liking even with her new acquired Kung Fu skills. I am having a very hard time connecting with the main couple. They are soooooooooooo lame... I am much more interested in the second couple. I think they have better chemistry better screen presence in general.
I just want them to get to the point already. 20 or 24 episodes should have been more than enough for these types of storyline, rather than 40 long episodes with so many boring feelers.

I can not stop laughing at this entire retort...Lol When did imitation become an “embezzlement of acting?” Oh, that is too precious...
As for the similarities in structures with my sentences... could be considered as an imitation of someone else’s... If I didn’t plagiarize those sentences, word for word; just the ideas are similar then it is a matter of prospective.
Prospective is also the backbone of these long, long and lamentable repartees. Your prospective is that she is not unbelievably annoying. My prospective is that Fair Xing’s caricatural imitation of Tan Song Yun is unbelievably darned annoying.

What is unbearably annoying to you might not be to someone else’s. And vice-versa...
To me, Fair Xing’s caricatural imitation of Tan Song Yun is just as annoying. Yes, it is ok to be influenced by a fellow actor or actress (Oscar Wilde — 'Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery that mediocrity can pay to greatness.') but when this influence becomes a caricature... That is a parody. I am sure that was not the initial intention.
Hey, what do I know? That is just my opinion. Just as what you said... it is yours.
Funny how some people here become experts in judging and beating people or a series for that matter when in fact…
Let’s be straight. I am the one who said that Fair Xing, is mimicking Tan Songyun aka Seven’s trademarked persona.
In case I was not clear enough the first time; let me say it again: Fair Xing, is a copycat of Tan Songyun. That is not thrashing her; the evidence is right there on the screen.
Everyone here is allowed to their own opinions. What you might you consider as a masterpiece, such as The Moon Brightens For You; can be nothing more than a less than average storyline directed for a more juvenile demography... for me.
I am not sure when this was filmed... But to be that desperate for bear rudimental female lead actress; this must have been filmed during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Because I am still going through the “Si Feng’s After Effects” from watching Love and Redemption... Watching those silly side-storylines is a million times much harder, now.
The overacting is killing me. It is very distracting.
And why this lead actress, Fair Xing, is mimicking Tan Songyun aka Seven’s trademarked persona? More than distracting, I find her copycat character very odd.
I don’t know... This might also be a drop like many, many others this year.
To each his or her own:) I loved this way more than Ten Miles of Peach Blossom. I guess that's the beauty of being…
The reason that I think L&R is also better than 10MOPB is the difference in characters between the 2 female leads.
There was ZERO maternal tenderness, instinct and affection with Bai Quian. Ye Hua was more of a mother than her. She was fierce and she was in love... that’s about all.
Compared to Chu Xuan where there are so many more layers to her character. She is so much more natural, tender and loving. Even when she was lacking her 6 senses, we could already discern that softness in her. And she kept that softness throughout the storyline.
I was wondering how they were going to release 80 episodes all together with the whole Chinese reduction of episodes.
However, the beauty of individual perspective/opinion is that... I don’t have to agree with yours and you don’t have to agree with mine.

This is crazy how talented some people are at their craft.

Oh, bless your heart as well.
Specially, the voice dubbing they used on the female lead.
The synchronization is way off.
A few episodes in, I am not really keen on any of the characters but the storyline is interesting enough... So far.
But to be that desperate for bear rudimental female lead actress; this must have been filmed during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Female lead actresses were scarce then...
Watching those silly side-storylines is a million times much harder, now.

Whenever that is...
I have been waiting for Wolf too... Whenever that is too...

Shame!
Love and that...
Love and this...
Love and something...
But man! Was I surprised by this one.
