Oh, holy crap! You recommended this to me like 10 months ago! I told you I'd get to it eventually. Better late then never, right? ;)

Title Liar Game
Finished this last week, gave it an 8.5/10. A super-fun thriller that had me on the edge of my seat. Although its Japanese origins made some of the clichés/twists insanely stale, it was still all done so well. And that cast! So impressed by all of them, but especially Shin Sung Rok and Lee El.
Please check out my full review for a more detailed analysis.

Japanese version is much better.
But the Japanese version doesn't have Shin Sung Rok, though...

I enjoyed Shin Sung Rok in YWCFTS but he's even better in Liar Game. Not too sure about this film's subject matter, though.

Title Oh My Venus
Just finished this last night, gave it a 9/10, and my full review is up. This show did almost everything perfectly and was probably the second most FUN kdrama I've ever seen. As many others have said, this whole show is just like a 16 hour smile for the audience. Of course, though, there are some unavoidable tears, as well. Man, when Shin Min Ah cries, it's just too much. Just too much...

Title Oh My Venus
Just finished and i'll i gotta say is i don't think i smiled so much for any kdrama romcom.. i was grinning like…
I, too, grinned constantly for the entire run of the show. And while I agree that the show COULD have ended at 14, the last two episodes were absolutely necessary. Just because so many other dramas end abruptly at the romantic climax doesn't mean we viewers should just accept that. Extra episodes to say goodbye to the characters and world are so critical to achieving catharsis, I insist that all future dramas devote at least one episode to resolution!

Title Cunning Single Lady Spoiler
i enjoyed this a lot with all the weird drama moments lolol the main male lead did excellent job portraying a…
Hate to say it, but the dude was selfish the whole time. I enjoyed his playfulness, too, but you can see from the very beginning that he hates responsibility and only does anything if he thinks he can get something he wants from it. So... yeah, everything he did was very in keeping with his caracter as established form the beginning.
I liked him for a bit, too, because I enjoyed how he could make Ae Ra smile and laugh, but that was very temporary and he caused her more harm than he ever did joy.
Not only that, but Ae Ra is happy working there, even if her intention in getting the job wasn't to work. But Seung Hyeon straight up tries to get her fired from the job. A job she loves and worked really hard to get. The best job she ever had. Yeah. That's messed up. The kid's a spoiled brat and a sociopath who only cares about himself.

Of course, I saw this show quite a long time ago, so maybe my memory of it is a bit foggy.

So I ended up giving this an 8.5 Overall, this was an absolutely excellent drama. One of the best I have ever…
Yes, I tend to agree as well, however we saw plenty of Byung Mo's character, even a few times when he was completely alone and didn't need to "put on a show", and he still was a fairly normal guy. Transforming suddenly into a cocky, cackling villain was just poor writing. But as I mentioned, it was the only writing misstep in the whole show, if you ask me. I totally enjoyed and believed everything else.

When you're better than everything else, you attract a lot of haters.

EDIT: I wonder how many other dramas that have over 10k ratings have over 40% 10s?

Alright, finished this over the weekend and gave it an 8.5/10. My full review is up and it's very long, if you're looking for something to read.

Bottom line: despite some writing missteps, Warm and Cozy offers an amazing cast and music in one of the funniest dramas I've yet to see.
