There were some categories I wished I could've voted more than 3 titles for and there were also some categories I didn't vote in at all due to the low amount of 2017 dramas I've seen. Either way I'm excited to see the results soon. :D
I can be a level 4 for some fandoms, but it's usually more rare for me. Most of the time I'm a level 5. Although, It's not that I'm shy about fangirling, it's more like I don't feel the need to express it do it as often as I would for my level 4 fandoms.
I can't stand how they talk about rape. Especially the males. This one girl in a lakorn I saw was clearly traumatized; she was crying, pushing, and all that. But the rest of the characters just acted as if she was being over dramatic.
I'm not the type of person that analyzes dramas when I watch them. I gave a ton of 'bad' dramas great ratings. One, because I enjoyed them, two, because I have a penchant for those so-bad-its-good dramas, and three, I have a ton of guilty pleasures/cliches that I love. This is probably why my favorite list is filled with these bad romance dramas you listed. lol
I know that not everyone is like me though, so I can't really disagree with you. Although I do agree that all the dramas you listed were 'bad romances' if you looked at them from an analytical perspective. I personally don't look at dramas like that...but yeah I get you.
That probably explains it. I only got into dramas last year. I would have thought that Min Ho and Suzy would have created a lot of buzz in the drama world.
Based on what most people have been saying about the recent Netflix adaptions, I'm not very excited. When the Death Note remake came out, people I knew who were die hard fans of the anime were complaining for days about how horrible it was. So I decided that it wasn't worth my time and didn't see it. We'll see how this one does, but for now I'll restrain any high expectations I have.
I'm not saying it's a terrible drama. I mean it's probably wonderful based on the number of people who loved it. I just can't take a sad ending. It puts me down for weeks. Maybe once I get over that, I'll give it a try.
