Well, I wasn't trying to patronize anyone, but it sort of putts me off seeing how people just randomly join the bandwagon of turning a perfectly normal young actress into a "martyr" just because it suits their need/purpose. If anything this is more like looking down on her (belittling her amazing talent and skills simply based on her age) than showing sincere concern. If you truly respect and love KSR, show your support by watching ALL her works, especially those that got her the wide recognition of both critics and viewers. Base your opinion on her work, not her looks or her age. She has every right to be treated as a professional actress (not a random teenage girl), she has put so many years and effort into her career, it would be a shame to "reduce" her to the "15 yo girl hooking up with a 29 guy" tag!!!
If you are gonna turn her into the "face" of your anti-underage casting campaign, at least do us all a favor and do your homework first! LOL As it happens this particular girl has been around industry for a long time now and you not having seen any of her movies does not make it right to ignore them just because it doesn't serve the point you are making ;)
Also, people should stop trying to force their misconceptions (fantasies) based on drama watching onto real life issues. As I already said elsewhere, when you are familiar with all the craziness and mature content released to Korean cinemas, you can't help but smile when you watch their dramas, this whole make believe world where you are brainwashed into believing Korean girls are all as pure as snow and it takes eons for them to even kiss the man they love.
They make Korean dramas for Korean audiences and the producers hardly give a damn about the way westerners see things. KSR will be 17 in Korean age in a few months and she is playing the role of a 17 girl. End of story! The whole underage issues/rights war started by foreign drama watchers is of no consequence to them, it makes it downright hilarious (sadly). Anyway, enjoy the drama, guys, or let others enjoy it without all the "out of place" preaching, pretty please! That is if you do care about KSR as you claim to :P

She has been taking on extremely challenging and haunting roles since she was a baby, she has been growing up on movie and drama sets, do you really think having to hug a 29 (and to that, one looking like a 19-20 years old at best :P) is that big of a deal for her?!? I def. don't! ;)
Guys, if you watch all her movies, you'll see that her latest dramas are merely child's play and attempts to whitewash her image into this innocent teenage girl ready for blooming romance. But in reality she is a versatile young actress, well experienced and with many important roles under her belt. Give her some credit/respect!!! She's not just some random Korean teenage, her movie was screened at Cannes Festival, for god's sake!
