YESSSSSSSS My 3 couple ships happened!!! Everyone happy at the end, couldn't ask for a better way to round out the story :D That last episode really gave me some anxiety though, was scared that male lead really forgot about female lead forever.
why don't you just post the link here instead of sending it to each person alone?
It's a mystical drama. Some find it and others cannot.
XD Nah the real reason is that dramacool has multiple versions of sites up and some of their site versions don't host certain dramas like this particular one. @your eternal hell eventually found it on their own at a version of dramacool that did have it.
!!!!! Episode 8 was amazing!!! I feel such anxiety now though XD I'm glad all the cards are on the table now and we will have to see how the game plays out.

At this point that would be a smarter idea! It's not like a ton of people check this jdrama though luckily.
The reason I tend to avoid posting links is to avoid trouble with the automatic spambot-identifier system. Accounts can get flagged for posting links to sites like drama streaming ones. Anyway I watched it on dramacool in case anyone wants to try finding it themselves XD
No, it's a onesided lovestory. One guy likes the other but they are in a death game so it's a tragic love. Don't expect too much from the movie though, it's just kinda an odd movie.
I have a custom list for that type of crossdress dramas if you're interested: https://mydramalist.com/list/73DnwRe1
I have custom lists forJapan, Korea and Chinese BL currently. I'll give my top show pick and the accompanying custom list for them. Japan: 30-sai made Dotei Da to Mahotsukai ni Nareru rashii https://mydramalist.com/list/38988RO4 Korea: Where Your Eyes Linger https://mydramalist.com/list/3DgNVKeL China: We Best Love: No. 1 For You https://mydramalist.com/list/4YWPKGzL Now be warned that I include both LGBT and BL productions in my lists so those often have a very different type of story. Just so you're aware, LGBT productions can be more explicit/tragic. The top show picks I gave are all categorised as BL.
Same but still funny when all see is I'd she has a adam's apple be done over fast
Sometimes that's part of the charm as well. There was this Thai drama where it was so obvious she was a girl but the guy was just not seeing it. It kinda became funny how obviously she was a girl and the guy just completely ignoring every sign. Luckily someone told him before the marriage and he was still okay with it
Bit late but I read the other posts and wanted to contribute my experience. So it was the weird year of 2020 and…
Yeah I've known the longterm commenters for quite a few months now. It has been a fun journey together with everyone ^^ Thank you for your contributions in the comment section and the many news shares as well! Also thanks for starting this interesting comment thread, its good to read how others experienced Cherry Magic.
This is the sort of drama you can mostly enjoy ironically. So I'm not surprised it wasn't popular in China, you really gotta just be into the mood for nonsense.
I've been curious for a while, but is there some points in this drama that got you hooked to it or got you to…
Bit late but I read the other posts and wanted to contribute my experience. So it was the weird year of 2020 and I had been watching BL for a few months. I'm not sure how I found the page of Cherry Magic but I constantly check for new Japanese BL so I guess it wasn't surprising I landed here. I read the synopsis and it was weird but I love odd dramas and then I watched the ep 1 trailer which had no sub. I found myself translating the trailer which I usually never did but there were only a few comments so I wanted to contribute.
So I already grew an attachment from very early on and often returned to see the reactions of others. Episode 1 and 2 were cute and I loved watching them. Then in episode 3 something just clicked and I realised this was something special. It happened in the kings game and I think its clear which scene of Kurosawa. I think that was truly the point of no return. It was a type of wholesome story I hadn't experienced before and a perfect escape of what was going on in the real world. After that I went on with translating a bit (until subs started arriving fast with the WeTv releases) and searching for fancontent. Oh right and I did a bunch of fantheories up till the final episode.
''It really was my happy place as it aired every week.''Absolutely agreed! That was a great review to read and…
Yes I plan to rewatch it as well! Especially around winter times to relive the experience a bit of when I first watched the show in 2020. Such a warm show in a dark time.
