Hard to make such a list, thanks for your propositions. I cannot say anything about korean and taiwanese lists (I watch few dramas from this countries) but these women are undoubtedly beautiful. imo korean actresses are the most beautiful (contrary to men : Japanese are far more handsome in my eyes). Maybe because of make up and photos style, but they seem to belong to another degree of reality...
Of course my Japanese list would have been different(definetly with Maki-chan), but it makes me realise that there are lots of actresses i hardly know (or I hardly recognize). Before your article, i've never seen Inoue as a so pretty woman, but this picture is... I do agree with Kitagawa, though I hardly recognize her at first sight. I find her even more beautiful with her shorter hair in Akumu-Chan.
imo beauty can also depend on acting skills, by showing some expressions that are beautiful.
No one else could have wrote that stalker's guide... good job, man! I'm totally found of Horikita-san, my favorite Japanese actress so far. I like the way she conveys emotions, and I love the way she is able to make you feel both loneliness and strengh, without a word, in Nobuta wo Produce, where I first saw her. Unlike many of you, I found her far better in this one than in Hana Kimi or Atashinchi no Danshi, though I liked those dramas very much. And I fall for her in Tokujo Kabachi, her strong character makes her even more beautiful. I do agree, there are lots of beautiful japanese actresses, but she has that something very special that makes her shine. Though I'm a girl, I could fall in love with her when she is smiling. just my opinion, but she embodies the image fo the young modern woman, at the same time sweet, beautiful and strong. I need to see some of her darker dramas!!

Uta no Onii-san was OK, but I meant Maou and KAGI NO KAKATTA HEYA (I've fallen totally for Enomoto Kei!!!) And I do agree, he is really good, especially in Maou!

Hello and welcome on MDL!! Thanks for the friends request. Nice to see young Arashi fans here. I can see you're currently watching my two favorite Ohno's dramas. Hope you enjoy them as much as I did!
I've only seen Ikigami, and I like what you have written about it, cause it sums up very well the very good points of this movie (which don't really have bad points, in fact. + Matsuda-san plays in it, so MDLer's have no reason to not give it a try!!!)
Secret seems really interesting, i'll add it on my PTW list. Don't know yet about the last one. Thanks a lot for the recommendations !!!
Just can't help but liking Pride very much after only three episodes (well, in fact after the first one, but things don't change, and i'm glad they don't). The relationship between the two leads is original and very cute. Thanks so much for the recommendation.
I agree with the charm of his voice. Moreover, Kimura-san seems to be one of those few actors who were handsome young men and whose charm never disappear while aging. and his smile...!!! It can sweep away all the bad things that happened in hard days...
good job girls!!! Thanks a lot for this article.
I first saw him in Mr Brain (ah, how I adore the first scene of this show and the way he talked to that woman...), but I didn't find him exceptionnal though I enjoyed the show. Same things about Tsuki no Koibito (except i didn't really like the show). Nevertheless, I tried Hero, because of the good feedbacks about this drama. And then I discovered Kimura-san. His character was so...unexpected. His acting skills are obvious in this one, and I really enjoyed seeing his odd manners (I feel relieved to see that I'm not the only who thought at Colombo while watching this serie!!!). The whole cast was so great in this one. The last I've seen was Nankioku Tairiku, I think i've never cried so much in front of my screen!!! so heartwarming...
I wanted to see Pride for a very long time, but now i've got a lot of other dramas to add on my PTW list!!!
very touching special. As expected, Ninomiya-san was perfect in this role. need to think about it more.

Thanks for accepting my friend's request. it's always so good to meet people who likes the same stuff even when not in the same country.
i'm gonna answer your nice message. so see you soon!
a very good drama, but far too long for my taste (it took me three weeks to complete it). i did'nt really like the final episode, but enjoyed a lot the way things ended. highly recommended for those who like romance but with a complex plot. and, although the OST was somehow soppy, I really enjoyed it as well.

ok. it makes me think of kimi ni todoke, especially the young boy (but I guess every teenager in manga looks like him!!!)

I like your avatar. it's really sweet. What is it?
Thanks for Chilling romance recommendation. i spent a nice evening, laughing a lot and crying a little (romance always makes me cry). It was not too scary, just enough for me. plus the male lead was pretty handsome, so it was a pleasure to watch it!!!
Happy (or scary, as you wish) Halloween !!!
I laughed so much, thanks for this article. i like your writing style.
I've never try to dramathon any drama cause, yes, there is real life with work and housework, but was so many times tempted by the challenge.
And I do agree with the cat's matter, mine has never been so close to me than now i'm watching asian dramas.
Thanks for the article, Jeaniessi. Although I'm not a big fan of horror things, your recommendations make me want to see some of them, like Chilling romance, or other comedies. Battle Royale is on my PTW list for so many times, but i'm still not in the mood for that. And White christmas sounds great, i will add it on my list.
I like the young boy on the last picture. not really scary, but not so cute...
