No, Iโ€™m quite grateful for your comments. I did a quick rewrite this morning before heading out. It needed some tweaking. ๐Ÿ˜„

I needed this short uplifting film after watching Obayashiโ€™s House. Now that was a weirdly confusing film ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Hmmm.... sounds a bit confusing.
I suspect my review is what's confusing by trying to not give away all of the story and writing it late at night. ๐Ÿ˜„ I'll go back and rework it.

The story is completely streamlined due to time constraints but in a way most drama watchers will know how to fill in the blanks. The most confusing part for me was a white priest being the father of his friend's descendant. The priest turned out to be Marty Friedman, Megadeath's lead guitarist who for years now does a lot of work in Japan! ๐Ÿ˜…

Review Twinsters
Sounds incredibly moving. So this was a documentary?
Yes. It was a documentary made by Samantha detailing how they found each other and went from strangers to sisters. It was roughly made but the story was moving.

Yeah, no slapstick is a no for me. The only ones that ever worked for me was Stephen Chows movies and even then,…
I think they were trying to make the next Jackie Chan and laid an egg. Although I have a soft spot for Hwang Jang Lee who was nearly always relegated to bad guy roles.

Shaolin Soccer is one of the few slapstick kung fu flicks I actually enjoyed. โšฝ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜„

When I read this "...Yokai girl who can only sustain herself by engaging in physical relationships.." from the…
Well she does have to have sex with the ML in the dominant role several times to โ€œsustainโ€ herself. ๐Ÿ˜

Hachiโ€™s childish behavior was the reason I didn't enjoy the drama much too. At times it was frustrating to watch.…
I donโ€™t know if there will be a second season but they sure left it open for one. Guess weโ€™ll see if Amazon thinks itโ€™s cost effective. If they do I hope Hachi grows up.

Good review but another one of those I don't think I have the stomach for.
Thank you. ๐Ÿ˜Š

I was looking for something lighter, like one town helping another out because they knew what it was like to lose everything. Then to see the friendships forged as they bonded. Or even to see if the broken couple found their way back to each other after nearly 20 years. This was not that film ๐Ÿ˜”
