Despite his Korean heritage, he doesn't talk about it much. He is very very proud of his Japanese heritage though.…
According to Wikipedia, he's Korean on his father's side, with his father being half Japanese and half Korean. His wife I believe is fully Japanese, which would mean his kids don't have a lot of Korean bloodline.
So hes like 1/4th korean? Damn. No wonder the "Lee" in his name
Despite his Korean heritage, he doesn't talk about it much. He is very very proud of his Japanese heritage though. One of his daughters did express she wanted to learn Korean though.
They announced the second season of the anime around the same time they announced the drama version. Despite it being harem, seemed to me ML is heavily interested in Chizuru.
Mami (the blonde with short hair) is the ML's ex boyfriend who she broke up with but continues to essentially stalk him (in person and online) and be jealous of the girls he's seeing. Gets to the point where she aggressively flirts with him and asks for him back. I haven't read the manga nor started second season of the anime, but I do remember that he begins to have interest in Chizuru (the brunette with long hair) eventually. Though ML's eyes do wander to the other girls in the series. From what it looks like, doesn't seem this drama will add in the other girls (Ruka - the one with black short hair - or Sumi the one with long pink hair).
Little update: Motomi announced on her IG that she and Ryotaro just completed and had their marriage licenses…
I actually don't think them deciding to apply after the show aired was a thing the show or production told them to do. It felt more of a decision they made together on their own. Because when you really think about it, having a wedding in of itself is great, but most of it is just for show. What really matters is having everything legally approved and official.
I hope they end things within one season and avoid milking
To be honest, them even making a live action adaptation is already milking things. The fact they announced the second season of the anime (which is going to air around the same time as the drama) is highly suspicious.
Alright, so are they still together in 2022? Please let me know..
Little update: Motomi announced on her IG that she and Ryotaro just completed and had their marriage licenses approved and are still together. I think Wataru and Midori are also still together as well considering they said on the show that they'd apply for their marriage license after the show aired.
Alright, so are they still together in 2022? Please let me know..
There's honestly no telling. Not a lot of information out there, even on Japanese news sites and gossip forums. Seems like the contestants are really doing the maximum effort to keep things on the downlow before the finale drops. Nothing on anyone's social media sites suggests they're still together with their partners. And I've completed the entire series already and went digging.
