ARE YOU SERIOUS! This drama had a 2 part series and yet the writers still FAIL on how to handle it with a VERY RUSHED & LAME ending? I mean it is a happy ending but it's so pathetic to see only the last 15 mins was actually happy. So dumb. What's up with Chinese writers and their introducing another conflict for the last few episodes of the drama? That's so stupid and cause havoc that wasn't needed.

There are so many things wrong with this drama. First of all, HOW DARE YOU WRITERS keeping showing daydreaming of Yan Shu & Cheng Ze's wedding but not bother with doing an actual wedding? I'm so frickin pissed at this. Second, how dare you introduce a conflict that ruin the end of this drama. Last few episodes should've been happiness not sadness and frustration. This last conflict should've been introduced like the beginning of this 2nd part drama (like ended off with this conflict on the 1st part drama). Third, how dare that evil granny witch didn't get punish for all of her evil misdeeds. She got off like she didn't do anything wrong. I hate it when the writing is like this crap. Fourth, the angry and bitterness between the stepsisters it's so stupid and shouldn't haven been carried out this long. It should've been resolved in the first part of this drama. It doesn't make sense how that once a witch of a stepsister ended up doing a 180. There weren't any signs of progression. Fifth, secondary couple should've started at the beginning of this drama and maybe had the second lead finally giving up the female lead from the 1st part drama. This 2nd couple together wasn't believable. All of the sudden they want to be together with no issues from grandma? Yeah right! Sixth, the ending, while ended happy, sucked overall because it was so rushed.

The male & female leads were the only reason I watched this but I totally regret it. It had a lot of cute and funny moments which I did enjoy but was it worth how this drama was handled overall? Nope.

Keep in mind, this review is solely focus on the first season

I have never seen a drama with so many evil people and that really ruins the drama for me. We got the greedy controlling mom, the evil stepsister, the wicked granny witch, the ugly supermodel, and even a stupid snobby co-worker who thankfully we got rid of early. This all spells for ingredients of me wanting to punch everybody. I have never seen so many ugly characters being against the female lead. This is just way too much toxicity in a drama.

Speaking of the female lead, she was quite annoying at first. I hated all of her lies that she keeps telling but eventually I grew to like her later on (once her lies eventually ended) with her strong female lead backbone and not letting any of the evil witches take her down. She got splashed by so many liquids a lot in this drama. That's ridiculous. The male lead is so weak. He can't even stand up to that evil hoe of a granny. I get so frustrated with him not using his authoritative voice to that stupid witch.

Can you say flashback central? GOSH! This drama is really focus on flashbacks. WTH? Seriously you could skip so many episodes and then catch up because of the amount of flashbacks they show in this drama. No need to even start from the beginning.

Even though it is funny, the toxicity of the evil characters really brings this drama into ruins. I wish I could say you don't need to watch this part of the drama and could just skip into the second season but unfortunately, this one doesn't work like that.

I usually have problems with Chinese dramas. For one, there are a lot of episodes so the plot can drag and the ending can be a piece of crap which is why is better to see the ending of the drama before deciding to waste your 24+ hours on it. I can say there's only been 2 Chinese dramas that I've enjoyed and that is Put Your Head On My Shoulder and Love O2O, however I can add this one to the list.

What I loved about this drama is the great chemistry between the leads. Although the confession took way too long, there was already a connection, a spark between the leads in the first episode. These two made the drama so enjoyable. I also like the friendship in this drama. I mean literally even the characters with non-speaking roles were so supportive of every character. The female lead's character seems kinda foolish at first but her character develops toward the end being a strong female lead character which is great. She's not a pushover towards the 2nd half of the drama.

What I hated about this drama was the fact they had the nerve to throw 2 girls to win's the male lead's heart apart from the female lead. This was stupid especially showing the 2nd girl at the last 4 episodes of this drama. What was the point in that? Very stupid. The first girl wasn't as annoying or frustrating as she didn't seem to have any bad intention to the female lead but the 2nd one seems like pure evil, doing anything she can to win back the male lead's heart. Good thing there weren't more episodes because this could've turned bad but didn't.

Also the drama was supposed to focus on 3 couples as stated in the description plot but it wasn't evenly distributed. Almost the first half of this drama focus on 1 couple (not even the main leads). Once that was resolved, then they focused on the main leads relationship, with the last 4 to 7 episodes focusing on couple #3 (second leads getting together).

I've seen bad Chinese dramas but this one was pretty decent. Not the best but certainly not the worst. Definitely would recommend this one if you haven't seen it yet.

First of all, let me just say this drama already lost points for me when they made Kang San Hyuk a CEO. Normally this wouldn't be a huge deal but I had this as "plan to watch" because before the drama aired, the original plot made me think Kang San Hyuk would, from the beginning, be a rescue squad member in order to find out about his past. This sounded interesting to me but little to my knowledge, once the first episode aired, I was confused and disappointed how they had to make this about corporation & business and thus, that's how we have our villain here because of your typical corrupt corporation & business, who by the way seems very useless in this drama with little appearances until past the 2nd half of this drama. This was something I didn't care for and frankly the boring part of this drama. Any scenes that was about business was boring to me and there were a lot of them.

This was also the reason why I couldn't like Kang San Hyuk to the fullest. That corporate mind, the using of the rescue squad team to benefit himself was a downside to his character. No real growth for this character until maybe the very end which is a bummer. The other characters were okay for me. I usually see some bad acting in dramas but I wasn't really bother with Jo Bo Ah's acting compared to other people. I thought she did a good job portraying her character of Young Jae. Though Bo Mi was annoying, I kinda like her character. She was very courageous and did things that many may not be fond of her doing but she attempt to make changes to help out the forest and village. By the way, I never understood why Young Jae & Bo Mi hated each other. Though the writer showed a scene of their past life together, I felt like their hatred for each other was pointless and unnecessary. They should've been best friends from the start. Of course, my favorite character is Choi Chang. He's just very likable in this drama from start to finish. You just can't skip a scene if he's in it.

The chemistry between Kang San Hyuk & Jung Young Jae seemed forced at first. They didn't seem like there was a connection but it did get better as you dive deeper into the drama. I grew to liking their moments and their scenes probably at the halfway point. The writers also made it seemed like there was going to be a love triangle but it seems like they may have scrapped that idea and just continue with second leads being together, which by the way seems very odd to me, but at the same time I thought they had a lot of cute moments together.

Editing was kinda not good for this drama. What I mean is from episode to episode, the transition was kinda weird, to the point where you were somewhat confused on what happened when starting an episode. It's get a little better later but the beginning, wow, very messy. You have to take time to let it in to realize what's going on.

Ending felt rushed in terms of Young Jae getting over her panic attack at the very last minute. That could've been handled better like a few episodes ago but otherwise a very satisfying ending.

Had this drama initially started with Kang San Hyuk as a rescue squad team member and told his story with his voice-over monologue and had they got rid of the corporation & business aspect of this drama, then this drama would've excel well, but because this wasn't the case, I think this may be why the ratings were low.

I haven't seen the first season of Romantic Dr. Teacher Kim so I came in watching this with no expectations. While there are some good moments, I have a lot of issues with this drama.
1. The last episode is so messy. Why are the writers still introducing many issues, making it seem like there was going to be a few more episodes, when clearly it was the final episode. That doesn't make sense. Also, kind of a weird way to end with the villain still on screen. Usually, the battle with the villain would happen at beginning of the last episode, not the tail end. Bad placement in my opinion.
2. Dr. Park should've had character development at Ep 10 once he confessed to Dr. Kim about his past guilt trip. He should've went from a guy who wanted to see Dr. Kim lose everything to a guy who forgave himself and began to change his ways, become a doctor that he should be, and work together with Dr. Kim to defeat the evil chairman and save the hospital. But instead, the writers were lame and kept him still against Dr. Kim, until the last 2 episodes. For what good reason? Nothing. Didn't make sense at all.
3. The lacked of and forced romance. Why even bother showing romance when about 90% of the drama doesn't even focus on it? I did like Woo Jin and Eun Jae together but this drama doesn't do justice on showing their developing relationship. It seemed more like friends than a boyfriend & girlfriend relationship. I couldn't see the chemistry. The secondary couple Ah Reum and Eun Tak, I don't know, it just wasn't convincing to me that they had chemistry and the lack of scenes showing them they really like each other weren't there either. A kiss in the last episode for both couples, while I did like seeing it, doesn't make this a romantic drama at all.
4. The character of Eun Jae was shafted considering she's suppose to be main lead. Her story was pretty much ignored in detail, including gets nauseous during surgery and her family issues. But how was it solved (if it was solved?). She took pills to prevent being nauseous but was there a backstory on why she was like this? If there was, it's not very clear in the drama. Did she continue to take the pills?
5. Why even bother tell heartbreaking stories of their patients that the writers leave unsolved? I know they're not the main plot but still, it would be better if there were closure to the side stories. Example: the ill son who's mom was abused by his dad.

Good parts of this drama
* Dr. Kim is the best character in this drama. He makes this drama watchable with his smart comments
* The support of the Doldham hospital staff. Everyone has each other backs, especially my favorite Mr. Goo.
* OSTs are always on point.
* The tributes they paid to the paramedic worker and to the previous president of Doldham hospital. These scenes were so emotional for me.
* Realistic medical scenes

Overall, it's just okay drama for me. I wasn't too fond of how the writers handled a lot of situations, plot was too messy especially the end, and how they wanted to show romance but was a far cry from it. Either show a good amount of it or don't even bother with it. But, it's up to you if you want to watch it or not. It's a great cast nonetheless.

Character wise: At the beginning, none of the main leads are likable. They each have their own flaws which can annoy you. I mean it definitely annoyed me to see one who was reckless while the other didn't want to do anything at all and leave it in the hands of others; however you do begin to see character development in the male lead, Ji Suk. He eventually became my favorite character in this drama because of his selflessness and sacrifice. The female lead, Yoo Ryung, on the other hand, is the exact opposite. This is where the extra patience comes in. Her character can be a make it or break it for the viewers. If you can't stand her character because of her actions, you'll end up dropping this drama because she doesn't have development until after her secret is revealed which is around ep 11. So if you can tolerate the frustration she will give you, then you'll make it to the point where she's becoming a bit more likable. The frustrating second lead Ma Ri just seems like an angry person overall. She's pretty much mad at everything. She does become better towards the last few episodes but the progression for her reaching that point doesn't make sense at all. It's like one talk and she completely flipped 180. And then we have second lead Woo Hyuk which honestly he didn't really seem like he had a big role. He has the looks but that's about it. He attempts to form a love triangle between the leads but it fails just because Yoo Ryung wasn't into the romance department. I will say that the subway ghost does have actor potential to be the next lead character after seeing his acting on here. His acting was really convincing and I say he was able to outshine all of the other characters.

Story wise: It was a good introduction. I think this drama started off strong with the plot, only to fall short midway and towards the end. I liked how these cases, or I called it side stories, ended up telling a story that the leads can relate too, though most of the cases related to Yoo Ryung. The plot began to drag for me as it seemed like every week it was the same old thing and very little discoveries on what the title of this drama was about, "catch the ghost" or in this case subway ghost. I like how you couldn't guess who the subway ghost actually is. The writers make you believe it's person or that person. You always have suspicions. That being said, I'm disappointed the way the last episode was handled. The subway ghost had a big revealing, had a back story, only to be scrapped off in the first 15 mins of the episode. We don't know if he was caught or he died. That remains unknown which is lame because I say he played a vital role to this drama. It's just an okay ending overall, not bad or even sad but just nothing really big to talk about.

SUMMARY: If you can withstand, have the patience, tolerate, the frustrations of the female lead, and secondary female lead, then you'll be able to watch this drama from start to finish. Is it worth it? Well, the progression of the plot is slow, the last episode is missing a lot of important details so it did felt rush, romance is there but maybe towards the last few episodes. You'll probably not missing much if you past on this but if you like the actor or actress, hey give it a shot.

"It’s a story about a man and a woman who participated in a project to be frozen for 24 hours". Sounds interesting right? But what killed it for me already is the "only to be awakened 20 years later due to a mysterious scheme." I hated this part of the plot. I felt like the cast for the main leads would had a better relation with every character, had the cast remain as their younger counterpart. It was just too awkward having an old person acting young because they're technically the lead's younger siblings or younger co-workers. That just didn't work for me. I had to skip those scenes because it's too cringing for me. Don't get me wrong. I'm not bashing the older cast for their acting. I just think that it would've flow a bit better had it only been 5 years later. Then the cast would've remained the same and at least it would've been a bit more watchable.

But even if the cast remained as their younger counterpart, the plot wasn't all that great. We had this bad guy who wanted to destroy all evidence of this “Frozen Human Project,” just so he can keep his fake identity and get rid of his twin brother. He did everything from murdering his sister in-law & a professor that Professor Gap Soo was under & attempted murder of Professor Gap Soo and his assistant. He did all of that just to easily be arrested with still 4 episodes left. That made the rest of the drama pretty boring in my opinion. But how did the writer try to not make it boring? Keep one of the villain's goon still around, trying to hunt the main leads down which leads to a stabbing towards the end. What was the point of this? The evil dude is in jail so why would this goon still want to help out someone who has no power anymore? That doesn't make sense. What's worse is that there wasn't even a scene of his capture, just verbal words and a phone call about his capture. Talk about anti-climatic for the crime the goon did to Mi Ran. Because of this, we spent the last few episodes of pretty much everybody in sadness. This was a waste for the final week of airing.

Chemistry felt forced between the leads. I didn't see the connection. Because they both were stuck in a capsule, all of the sudden they like each other? Yeah right. I felt more sorry for Ha Young because she still loved him all this time and yet Dong Chan changes love because of being part of this project. He made her suffer for no reason. The love relationship between Mi Ran and Dong Chan isn't great either. A lot more bickering between each other from start to finish.

Others problems I had:
- It was never revealed who expose Mi Ran's participation in the frozen human project. We as the viewers had a guess who it was but the rest of the characters never dig deeper into this issue. Why did that random worker girl do it? We'll never know and we'll never see her get punish for it.
- This drama tries too hard to be funny. A lot of scenes that were suppose to be funny weren't funny at all.
- The writers trying to develop a second lead between Mi Ran and a student, who's suppose to be 20 years younger than her. Ew.

Ji Chang Wook is a great actor but this drama doesn't show any of his acting attributes which is a bummer. Won Jin Ah is an actress I will keep an eye on but again, I'm not sure if I would remember her role from this drama.

Overall, it's a different story situation, being handled pretty poorly. I say look for other dramas unless you really want to watch it because of the cast.

This is the only 2nd Chinese drama that I can say I am very satisfied and would re-watch it again. Here's why. The male lead and the female lead are smart, tough, unique in their characteristic, and understanding to each other. They both know they love each other which is great because it's usually only one or the other that won't realize that until the very last minute and I'm not a huge fan of that. They don't let anybody boss them around which is definitely a plus for me. The chemistry is so on point. I just love seeing every scene with the leads together. Besides the chemistry of the leads, what makes it even better is the level of friendship shown in this drama, from the brotherhood with Xiao Nai & sisterly relationships of Wei Wei. You don't see that too often in dramas. Their friends is what kept the comedy in this drama. I also love how they come back to the game and re enact the game scenes as their characters. That was really amazing to see the actors & actresses in their modern day outfits but also their historical outfits. Yes, there are villains in this drama but the difference here is, while they still make you feel annoyed at them, they aren't as powerful as other villains from other dramas and I really appreciate that. What makes it better is that the 2 main villains do realize their wrong and turn their lives around for the better. Even they become likable eventually.

Definitely my favorite drama by far. The 30 episodes were written well since the writers knew what they were doing. If you need a break from frustration, then this drama is for you.

Let me first say, thank you writers for actually writing a great Chinese drama. You have no idea how many c-dramas I tried to find and watch, only to be never satisfied with the way it was written and handled. The problems I usually have with c-dramas it would be: the female lead doesn't admit her feelings until the very last minute, the villains does too much evil deeds but doesn't get punish for it, very draggy filler episodes, a rushed ending or the ending is very random and doesn't make sense on why it happens.

This drama is nothing like that which I'm very impressed. There are no villains. There may be a few characters who annoyed me but never to the point where I curse at them like I usually do at evil characters. You could kinda see the writers could've took that route, with so many characters I've seen as enemy potential, but I'm so glad they didn't do that. This is such a stress free, humorous, & lovable drama. Such a strong chemistry between the leads. It makes me smile so much, always cheering them on. The story flowed so well at a great pace that none of the episodes were draggy at all. I really was satisfied with each episode and I normally don't say that often for c-dramas. Comedy is in this drama from start to finish. This is great because some writers tend to lose this focus by the middle to end of the drama.

Here's where the SPOILERS are:
The only downside about this drama is that the writers seemed to show a relationship issue between Gu Wei Yi and his mom. They didn't really go into depth about this and kinda brushed this aside. I kinda felt this would've been nice to see resolved, maybe finding out why Gu Wei Yi is the way he is. I just saw that awkwardness between son and mom (or maybe Gu Wei Yi is just awkward in general lol). Also Fu Pei getting over Mo Mo that quickly so he can be with Wang Shan wasn't believable. I mean he finally fell for Mo Mo, who liked him all this time, but was too late as her feelings have changed for Gu Wei Yi. He was hurt for what an episode or two and then gotten over it. That was handled too quickly, but then again maybe it's a good thing.

Definitely give this drama a chance, especially if you're looking for a drama where you won't get angry and that every scene is so cute & funny to watch. I definitely would re-watch this.

This drama had a good story plot but in my opinion was handled poorly. The writers seemed to do well in the beginning but it got pretty sloppy afterwards. I get it, there are so many episodes so they need to fill those episodes with other topics but come on, the important parts of this drama that was shown in the beginning was pretty much ignored until the very end. It was very heavily focus on the female lead and her exam/school issues along with not being able to get over her one sided crush for the majority of the drama. That makes it boring because there wasn't anything significant about those scenes. Even with 30 episodes, the story progression was so slow and the ending was rushed. Chemistry was pretty weak for the main leads. The support characters were also in a relationship as well and it's pretty cute to see but I just didn't see much of a development with their characters to say their relationship was at a level that was shown in this drama. Don't even get me started on the villains of this drama. They basically were non existent for this whole drama and then decided to do something "bad" at the very last few episodes. What a joke! And for some reason, it seems like villains always get away with their evil deeds in Chinese dramas (well at least the ones I've seen). WTH? No justice! Poor writing and poor development in the relationship making department for the main leads but it is funny with a few likable characters.

So if you've watched Master's Sun, you'll realize Hotel Del Luna follows the same format (because of being the same writers) of telling the main story while at the same time show minor stories of guest characters in each episode, some lasting longer than others. For me, the main story progressed at an okay pace. At the beginning, the first episode grasp your attention, wanting more, but a couple episodes after that, it was slower than I would've liked. I like the minor stories but some of them overpower the main plot when I really just want to see more of Man Wol's story.

STORY: That being said, I think the plot to Man Wol's story was revealed pretty well. It had a beginning, a middle, and a end. I like it how it leaves me guessing a lot so it wasn't predictable for the most part. What was predictable was knowing the ending was going to be heartbreaking just based on the plot and scenario itself but it matched up pretty well to what I expected.

While I did like most of the minor stories of the guest characters, my only problem was there wasn't much relation to the main plot or the main/support characters. I would've cared more of the minor stories if it somehow reminded Man Wol or the other hotel staff about their past lives and it showed some steady progression on how to move on to the afterlife eventually. I mean I just didn't like how they neglected the stories of the support character roles until the very end, like literally the last few episodes. I also didn't like how some minor stories like Chan Sung's mom or Sanchez's girlfriend had potential to have a bigger impact on the plot but was cut short like it was mistake in writing or something. This was something I had a bit of frustration in Master's Sun as well.

ACTING: For the most part, the acting from these actors & actresses were pretty good. IU shows a great deal of emotions, from being heartbroken & betrayed, a stern woman, to having a comedic side when it comes to money. Yeo Jin Goo's acting was a bit boring for me in the beginning. I felt like that didn't give him an opportunity to really show what he can do in his acting but that quickly improved towards the middle and end of the drama, especially his crying scenes. My favorite actor has to be Ji Hoon from this drama. He plays Hyun Joong so well. You just love it when he's happy because he has that puppy smile that makes you want to smile but when he's sad, you just can't help but be sad with him.

MUSIC: Rarely is there a drama where I enjoy and add every ost to my playlist but this drama is one of them. The ost are just amazing and it fits very well to every situation in this drama. Punch's songs "Done For Me" & "Another Day" with Monday and Yang Da Il - Only You, are my favorites from this drama.

REWATCH VALUE: This is one I would definitely consider rewatching however I would probably skip the minor stories this drama shows since the main plot has more value overall.

So what does this drama have to offer? Well, it does give a new perspective on face blindness as an illness which is never seen in dramas before. The main leads have a great chemistry that I really enjoy watching, as well as the second leads chemistry which rarely happens in dramas. Every osts fits very well to specific scenes shown with music and it's enjoyable to listen to. There is comedy in this drama but I would say it's mostly because of a certain secondary character was why I laughed a lot.

Here are the issues I have with this drama. The relationship between Min Ik and his adoptive mom seem fake towards the end. All of the sudden this 180 degree change? Never throughout this drama do you see a character progression in his adoptive mom so this wasn't believable. It was monkey wrench threw in by the writers to not make her look like an evil witch. As much as I like the main leads when they're together, they're pretty stupid. I don't usually mind when either the male or female lead is a bit dumb but when you have both at the same time, it can get pretty annoying and frustrating. So many hints and clues reveal in this drama to the main lead characters but yet the writer makes the leads brush over it like it was nothing or being not smart about it. The acting is just okay overall. There are some scenes where the characters shine but a lot of times, it's just cringy to watch and hear that "awesome" word. A lot of filler episodes that dragged the progression of the plot. The ending did felt rushed but at the same time, the last 2 weeks of episodes were a bit boring to me.

Overall, you will get a good share of comedy and romance since the chemistry with the main & secondary leads are on point. It's just that the plot & the progression of the plot wasn't handle well in my opinion.

When I first saw this drama the beginning of the year, it had an interesting drama plot to me. I don't normally do daily dramas because there's too much frustration but I decided to give this one a chance but I do regret it though. Don't get me wrong though, there were some strong points in this drama. The pace seemed very good a little before the midway (eps 40-60) of this drama series but it started to get draggy and progression of the story just seemed to stall afterwards, with some progression occasionally. Numerous story plots were revealed, some made sense, others didn't at all. Character wise, Soo Ho was probably the best written character. The other characters were pretty much just a mess going from one end to the other. Not consistent at all and the development just wasn't there for most. Not to mention, this drama also drop a new villain like Ha Young about maybe three quarters of the drama and even during the final 2 weeks of this drama's airing, they introduced a villain who is more powerful than the current villains (who by the way the writers turned good at the very last minute). Talk about the writers not using their episodes wisely, especially since the last episode seemed rushed.

Overall, after seeing everything from the plots to the characters, this could've been a great daily drama if it was handled and written better. Some examples:
- Ha Young who was introduced I believed around ep 78-80 had a better reason to be a villain than Esther. She should've been introduced to this drama at the beginning not towards the latter half.
- Esther shouldn't have been evil at all nor a main character. She should've just been from the start as San Ha's best friend and support.
- If the writers wanted to create an all time villain, aka Ha Young's adoptive dad (chairman Oh), who is more powerful, then they should've changed the old villains to good guys a whole lot earlier, along with them realizing what they did was wrong, repented, and served their time for their evil deeds. The writers did such a poor job on this. The villains pretty much gotten away with every evil deed they did. Even if they changed the villains to good the last minute, they still weren't likable and you can tell the writers wanted us to pity these old villains but we don't because of the writers letting the villains getting away unpunished. They lacked the justice for the good guys from start to finish.

There are some happy moments but I feel like the frustration this drama gives outweighs the happy scenes/episodes this drama shows.

First of all, if you think this drama is about bullying, it's not, well the focus is not on that. The focus is uncovering the incident on how & why Sun Ho had a near death experience when he fell off the school's rooftop. That led to his parents investigating and finding their own clues when the police couldn't do much due to lack of evidence and law regulation they must followed. The only part where school violence actually comes in is when video of the boys playing "the avengers game", pretty much beating up 1 guy or in this case Sun Ho. Otherwise, it's more of a personal investigation which leads to many events unfolding, all connecting to each other.

Story: It was an interesting plot but somewhat predictable that the one with the most power ends up being the root cause of it all. Nonetheless, I enjoyed it but could've been handled a bit better in my opinion. The ending felt very rushed. Too many things happened in that last episode. Instead a lot of it should've been spread out to previous episodes. Same goes for Sun Ho's awakening. That took way too long too. If he would've woke up a lot earlier, I think the plot would've progressed smoother. That would've let more time with Sun Ho's interaction with other characters and give him more lines since most of his lines were only in flashbacks. He was in bed for most of the drama. I wasn't too fond of that, knowing he's a really good young actor.

Acting/Cast: All of the cast did a good job but only two of the cast members shined for me in this drama. Cho Yeo-Jeong did a great job as Eun Joo. She convey her role really well from being a person that shows that nothing is wrong to a panicking & frantic person. It's very believable. Seo Dong-Hyun also done a great job at showing his evil side of his character and the vulnerability side of Joon Seok. I went from hating the guy to feeling sorry for the dude. I'm usually impressed with Nam Da-Reum's roles but it was limited in this drama so I'm kinda disappointed by that.

Music: The osts are on point. Loved every soundtrack and they all fit very well. From Haeun, Hanbin - Over the moon to Tiger JK & Bizzy - A Beautiful Lie, I loved hearing it everytime it was played whether it was in the drama itself or at the end of episode when they're showing a preview for the next episode.

Rewatch: It's too emotional for me to rewatch as a whole but certain scenes and episodes I may come back to just because it was performed very well.

I was hesitant to start this drama when it first premiere so I waited a few weeks before starting and man it didn't disappoint. Now if you're looking for romance in this drama, this is not your drama to watch. Nothing romantic happens between the leads. They are literally just acquaintances helping each other out. It's suspenseful & dark with the storyline, almost in a revenge form of way. Let's talk about this.

Story: The writers knew what they were doing. The story was progressing at a good pace, not too slow but also didn't feel rushed either. One of things I don't usually see in a drama, that this drama showed, was the increasing strength of the leads, primarily the male lead. Na Yi Je script was written very well. He's seemed like a strong character in the beginning of the drama but becomes even stronger towards the end. This is a rarity in a drama because usually the leads have some kind of weakness. Na Yi Je may had some weaknesses but it didn't overtake him negatively like it does to other leads in other dramas. It's very suspenseful with lots of twists in the story and characters. A lot of characters, I'm like... "Really? He or she is liked this now?" It's very unpredictable which I enjoy. The only reason the story couldn't be a perfect 10 is because there was some comedy in this dark drama. Although I did like the few comedic scenes, it just didn't fit very well with the dark plot.

Character/Acting: This was perfect to me. From Nam Goong Min's revengeful voice to the villains acting that makes me just want to punch them, every actor & actress did it pretty well. It was convincing and I could just sense the hatred, the vengeance, & the fear each character showed. A lot of character development too which I like to see in a drama. I went from either not caring or disliking a character at the beginning of the drama to rooting for them at the end of the drama.

Music: Just the creepy hospital beep noise and 1 song played for the preview. Not much to say about the osts as it's barely played in this dark drama. This is why the overall rating is lower. Without this, the overall rating would be an 8 or 9.

Rewatch: I usually don't rewatch dramas that have a suspenseful and dark theme to it since I know what happens already but because the good guys have a good amount of power, I may consider it again.
