I can see below that some people are throwing a pity party for the sensei... so let me summarise why he's a useless person. - Firstly, if your gonna have feelings for ur UNDERAGE STUDENT WHILST BEING MARRIED thats out of order wtf. - Secondly, WHY the hell would you go to a hotel room with your student (whom you clearly have feelings for) to have a chat??? does he take male students to hotel rooms for chats too??? what happened to appropriate public places like coffee shops, library, school office???? ( so don't be surprised if you lose your job even if you didnt do anything) - Thirdly, if your NOT GOING TO BE FIRM & END THINGS WITH YOUR WIFE 9 YEARS LATER then why are you having a one night stand with your ex-student (pls explain) - Fourthly, when you meet Misaki's sister (who is also your ex-student) and use her infatuation to get closer to Misaki even though she's clearly rejcted you (slimy/manipulative behaviour aka NOT ROMANTIC) - Lastly, when you find out shes pregnant, threaten her and use it as an excuse to attempt to tie her down (he says if your pregnant with my child I can't let you go but if your not I will let you go????) IF YOU'RE NOT A COWARD YOU WONT USE EXCUSES/UNDERHANDED METHODS* TO PURSUE A PERSON. (Basically her pregnancy is the perfect excuse for him to shake off his wife once and for all and get married to Misaki, he cant be a man and say I don't love you anymore lets divorce to his current wife) AND what happened to just taking responsabiltiy for a child without forcing the woman to marry you?
p.s. if the relationship with his wife was over and there were talks of divorce before they went to have a chat in the hotel room then why is he still married to her 9 years later? (pls explain) he could have gone to court and settled it in that time lol
Ttarted off really strong then Choi Daniel and Park Eun Bin's chemistry carried the drama. The villain was fun but their methods of dealing with her were ridiculous... which ruined it for me... they were chasing their own tails and it was frustrating.
I usually like twists and I admit this was a creative twist... But that was some messed up shit. It was so messed up that i'm not sure if i'm mindblown or unimpressed. All I know is i don't like it. The movie was slow and dull and suddenly it throws this crazy at you. It wasnt thrilling at all. More on the psychological dialogue side. The movie is somewhat lacking action and thriller i guess.
It’s really bothering me. A lot of the main characters didn’t make sense. The first husband: he claims at the end of the movie that when she died he was in pain. So when he found out she was alive he should’ve taken it as a second chance to amend things. Or he should’ve shot her the moment he found out it was her if he wanted her dead so badly because having everyone she is involved with killed - including himself - really doesn’t make sense. He doesn’t win anything.
Secondly, the boss Kwon Sook: She claims to have given her advice and tried to warn her. And she also told the second husband that she didn’t want him to end up in a mess. If she didn’t want a mess she should’ve had someone else sniper the first husband. Then he would be dead and nothing would’ve happened. OR she could’ve explained the truth about the first husband to Sook Hee and prevented all of the shit that went down in the second half of the movie. Losing your best operative isn’t a winning move either.
Otherwise, if i don’t think too much, I loved the movie. Sung Joon was swoon worthy in this movie.
I love your writing style ♥️ and I absolutely adore this drama!!! It’s exactly as you described and as a 7 year LJG fan I cannot explain how ecstatic I am to see him in this role. I’ve been in love with him since my early teens!! And as time goes by he cements my love further with every project I watch, old or new !!! Thank you for giving a great drama exposure and for spreading the LJG love !!!
