The storylines are similar just like in the first season of DDYD. If your a fan of Meteor Garden you're going to love this show just be sure to watch the first season.

Both titles revolve around characters that are illegal drug users, pushers, and drug lords whose stories were intensified by policemen/detectives doing manhunts, strong corruption, and murder.

Both the dramas have good and evil sides that keep on plotting against each other. The MC's belonging to good side get involved with the evil side. There's romance among leads from good and evil which faces continuous opposition. And there's swordplay involved in both.

Both dramas have similar feels when in the hospital setting, but Doctors is lighter in tone. Romantic Doctor Kim is much heavier and a bit darker in tone and Doctors spends a lot more time building up to the history of the characters.

Similar ethical topics are addressed, with similar situations playing out in the hospital settings. There are significant differences in the plot outside of the hospitals, but the tone/atmosphere and the types of issues addressed in both dramas are similar.

Both dramas have similar tones and motifs. Romantic Doctor Kim deals with medical morals and obligations while Pinocchio deals with how media/news channels impact people's lives (lack of morals and ethics). Both have excellent actors and both dramas will have you crying for the character's struggles.

Both are dramas about school life. Both damn cute <3 Both have good looking male leads, and male lead very smart. Lastly, both have romance.

It's the same story, same characters.
But "The Palace" focus on 13th life and relationships, while it's in "Scarlet Heart" just a side story.

Both movies talk about the same family, it just "Time To Love" is about the 4th and 14th prince, while "The Palace" focus on 13th prince relationships.

this is kinda like the 3rd charm, meeting over and over in span of 8( while TTC is in 12) years, but here they only spend 12 nights in total of the 3 stages...

If you're looking for a badass girl, mysterious backrounds, interesting plots - both of them offer you great fights, interesting leads and love triangles.

The madness of pysco killer in "lesson of the evil " is exactly similar to the villan in voice.... Added he is hot af too...
