Similar cinematography with pretty landscapes and sharp visuals. There is a sick/disabled romantic lead in both dramas, though with completely different back stories. Prepare for painful melo in both.

A girl living with three main guys, though under totally different premises; one is cross-dressing to cover for her twin brother in a upcoming boy band while the other one needs a place to stay and gets roped into this arrangement with the promise of college tuition.

All the guys have their own distinct, predetermined character, e.g. the rebel, the playboy, the artistic guy, the soothing/calm guy. And of course there's some kind of birth secret acting as a back drop to all of the drama that is to come. Also, not to forget the persistent ex-girlfriend/romantic interest.

I would say that you're beautiful has a more quirky sense of humor while cinderella is a bit superficial in regards of character depth, both filled with clichéd romance :)

Deals with the same plot of an illegitimate child brought home to a rich family. Also includes the rivalry of two brothers and an evil mother who favors one of the brothers. The main character takes revenge against his brother and mother, like Five Fingers. Overall, the plot is the same, but I personally liked Baker King, Kim Tak Goo a little bit more.

These dramas are very different from one another. Country of origin, overall plot, length, feel, etc...all different. But I couldn't help but think of Oh My Ghost when watching Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo.

Both dramas have a character that's stuck in present day when they're not supposed to be there, whether it's because they died and haven't passed into the afterlife yet or because they're from the future.

I won't go into more detail than that, as it gets too spoiler-y, but I definitely saw parallels between Shohei and Shin Sun Ae.

This drama is similar in ways where we have a rich heiress who's beautiful and strong. Then you also have the hot male protagonist that obviously ends up being the prince. It's cliché, funny and sweet too.

They have the same kind of feeling when you watch them. They both have this "princess" who just really isn't your typical princess. They both are funny and you just have to watch to understand.

The drama has the same theme in so many aspects. A lone woman who's almost a dried fish finds themselves in the care of an older man to help them with their own love life and career.

Both are well-filmed Japanese dramas based on the classic novels written by Fyodor Dostoyevsky. They also share a crime-centric plot with a lot of psychological aspects and a desaturated color palette.

Both are about a girl and a boy who were friends when they were young, and then when they grow up, they meet each other again. Both have a similar atmosphere, though Koinaka is a J-dorama.

Both are great workplace dramas that made me motivated for work (after crying buckets). Juuhan Shuttai is not the kind of masterpiece that Misaeng is but it's on the way there.
No romance, just hints.
