Both drama relate to music and start out with the ML and FL as enemies who eventually become lovers. Whilst so I married an anti-fan has the male lead as an idol artist, heartstrings revolves around a ML who plays in a band and the FL who plays traditional Korean music.

They both have the same fl Yang Zi. Both are modern drama that’s really cute. Great chemistry from the leads also heavy on romance. The only difference is that TOOL so far has a better storyline than GGS especially the chemistry and Yang Zi style is so adorable in TOOL. Both dramas the leads are great friends in real life so go watch the behind the scenes to see their amazing friendship! Also bonus TOOL Yang Zi and Xiao Zhan behind the scenes are just as great if not even greater then GGS Yang Zi and Li Xian.

Female lead goes back to the past and realised many things she didn't knew before. How much the ML had done for her and loved her.
It's also similar that the past she went back to does not have any effect on the present.

Both movie has a main lead that has terminal illness. Very inspiration and beautiful movie. Heart warming, a must watch.

a similar focus on finding one's place, while adding value to a community/making a difference. a focus on the people, but largely how the people make impacts in the lives of others. both dramas have a unique, "light" style of story-telling that I found particularly touching.
