Nice, quick watch for destressing
To be honest, I don't really remember the Chinese version of this drama very well because I watched it over a year ago. I have to say, though, this version of the drama left me with a much better impression than the Chinese Drama. The story was quick but not rushed, and I have to say that I liked the way the main leads were written in this drama a lot better. I'm still always going to be team Wu Bosong/Woo Dae Sung because I still think Cha Heon/Jiang Chen is a piece of crap human being for putting the FL through so much heartache. Both dramas had a really catchy theme song, and I could definitely feel the magic that the Chinese Drama had in the Korean version as well. I wasn't the biggest fan of either of these dramas, but I needed something to watch on Netflix during a time that I couldn't really invest in a more serious drama, and this did the trick. My overall attitude toward Cha Heon was a lot better than for his Chinese counterpart (don't know why - I just hated the ML in the C version), however I think they should have picked a different actor for the role. Kim Yo Han's acting skills majorly lacked compared to his co-stars, and I found his expressions and lines to be largely stiff and unconvincing. While there's also been criticism for the FL, I have a soft spot for So Ju Yeon, so I kind of don't mind haha. This drama is nothing revolutionary, but the overall product was a lot better than its Chinese version, in my own humble opinion. I’d recommend if you have time to kill or are into this sort of thing :)Was this review helpful to you?

Storyline felt lacking
Let’s start put by saying it that you can tell it had a hefty budget and I believe they could have done more with it.The way they incorporate film into the series was very well done and believable as other BLs (mostly engineering BLs) leave a lot to be desired in that department this one succeeded. Everything was done very well aside from the way the storyline unraveled it was very slow growing and obvious at many times I wanted to stop watching it because they made the Third look stupid for still being in love with Khai, the way Khai constantly hurt him made me feel somewhat mad and made me not like Khai at all, all the way up until the end, It seemed lazy how mid season the script was flipped and the story was just repeated but from a different perspective.
I will say for it being another College BL it was better then most and the storyline had a nice change of pace for involving the characters majors as a big part in the storyline, personally I would not rewatch but if you want a change in pace from the same college BLs it’s worth taking a look

cha eun woo was also good
the FL did a pretty good job as well
one thing i can guarantee is the as u watch the episodes, you will start understanding why she chise the ML
great chemistery between all the leads
for me,
it is a one time watch cause my heart was taken away by hwang in yeop and i still after looking at ML and FL wanted him to take the FL away
but no worry
it was still a great drama

Childhood friendship that blossoms into love, all the funny colleagues, funny moments, office outing etc, it's kinda remind me of my working days in the office. No cheesy romance, the romance is believable.
Overall, it's a good drama and vcan make your heart lighter.

Only watched it for KYK
So dreamy, KYK. I only watched the drama to watch him. Kdrama fixation.Don't care if he emotes two dimensionally or whatever else people are complaining about. Just happy to see him glide by and watch that face!
The FL was also lovely and the rest of the cast was the good, underplayed k drama actors who are actually the unsung pillars.
I must commend that lady who plays the wicked mother.
Did not check what her actual name and age is, but she is gorgeous.
Not sure how she ended up consistently playing a philandering wicked mother - have seen her in atleast 3 dramas doing the same wicked stuff.
But she has the courage to continually play the terribly villainous mother and excels in her negative craft.
This drama needed a lot more intimacy because the slow burn is fiery but ends with cold water.
There was ample room for it but it was wasted with just despair longing.
Needs a serious fix.

Some characters were instantly likable or you at least had a serious connection with them throughout the story, however, I do believe one or two characters could have been expressed further, but considering I haven't watched the second season yet, I cannot criticise too much.
In a very weird description to describe Kingdom, I would say its a crossover between Walking Dead and Black Panther, with a Samurai twist! Which is obviously an amazing way to describe the show! P.S Kingdom is better than Walking dead, sorry haters.
If you like violence, zombies, gore, or anything within that region, this is a must watch!

Male and Female lead roles on reverse.
To be honest, watched the show because of the actors. From the Male/Female lead to supporting roles, they're all great. The first few episodes seems a bit aimless and typical for this kind of genre. Only, the ML and FL roles were on reverse. FL was the hunter with a willful/playful personality. While ML was the reserved one, fiercely protective and loyal to a fault.
The redundancy here was a bit tiresome. Like how the FL lied to ML over and over and over again. Or how they commit the same mistakes again and again. These goes for everyone, even the supporting roles. Or how every problem can be solved only through life sacrifices.
Then there's the second half of the show, heavy on the heart tugging moments. Luckily, the writers were humane enough to give us a happy ending.

Problematic ML...?
Looking for something light with few ep I decided to watch this drama. This drama quite enjoyable but with quite big problematic character u can say... ^_^.I really split between want to give this drama high score or not. Because actually i really enjoy this drama. This drama funny, enjoyable, typical school romance drama. But like bips99 wrote in her/his review. The ML himself really have problematic behaviour.
Qin Shen (QS) as a man is maybe one the most problematic ML in the drama world that everybody ok with it. He's one of the most jealous man, he like to tease his girl just to see her reaction, he control almost everything about Yuan Qian (YQ). No single trust he put in her for almost all the drama. He though when he tease her, after YQ just talking to Song Si Yi (SY), is something funny... No it's not supposed to be OK.
Ling Wei is also one of the most stupid girl. QS definitely not like her, you can said even QS can't stand in one room with her, but she still trying to get closer to him. And what is the problem between them until QS can't stand in a room with her never been explained here.
Btw the more I think the more I feel all the man here really like to tease the girl they like. Like SY also really like to tease YQ & Chen Qi Nan like to tease Luo Xin Xin. It's like the writer only observe the little boy who like to pull the hair of the girl they like.
Overall this actually a good & enjoyable drama
if only without the big problem that our ML have, that can put the wrong image of how the good man supposed to treat their girl.

Thank You for a MEMORABLE MEMORIES!
Absolutely loved every episode. Super story, phenomenal directing and exceptional casting!Very well done and congratulations to every member of the cast and crew.
14 weeks of spending with KinnPorsche the series was definitely amazing. They set up the bar so high. From cast, production, cinematography and plot. Im extremely proud for the kinnporsche cast with their mind blowing acting! They deserved the hype people are giving to them.
Thanks for being with us, hopefully we can see you all again in season . Stay healthy, stay safe, take care of yourselves, take care of each other. We look forward to seeing you back with season two.
BibleBuild acting perfomance is excellent. They potrayed the character really well.
It's amazing how in every scenes they do they were able to convey different emotions to the viewers. The chemistry is so high and both acting skills are top notch! They are the perfect VegasPete. BibleBuild really plays VegasPete in such an amazing way. They managed to bring fictional characters into the real world. Bible&Build deserve more than a clap. They both deserve the title of actor of the year!
Thank you so much for bringing these characters to life.
They got the ending they deserved. This series is the most strongest emotional series I've ever seen. Really miss them.

Mediocrity and I'm really being truthful
Generally, it was badly executed. The story was so drawn out I lost interest in after the 4th episode but just pushed myself till the end for everything to be revealed cos I wanted to see justice being served and bad people punished and thank god that happened. I'm just sorry I wasted a whole Saturday on this. I was skipping things like crazy from how unentertaining and repetitive it all was. There are so many repeats of past events it's incredibly annoying and unnecessary - like all the time I can't stress this enough. So many lousy "dramatic" moments that just drag on and on and on, dramatic music, slowed down camera work oh my god I just wanted it all to end.Everything from the start is just full of plot holes and disregarding facts and the truth, trying to put emphasis on everything being the mother's fault (FL) 'cos she didn't close the front door and not on the man who ran over her child and admitted he left him on a playground to die and the judiciary system acting like all of that isn't important just made me really annoyed by the plot from the first episode. Just everyone acting as if that isn't important and no one saying anything about it made everything ridiculous to me. Seounyul (Eunwoo's character) wanting to harm the FL even though his father killed a child, didn't get him to a hospital and showed absolutely no sincere remorse is what made me mad watching the drama the whole time. I understand he wanted revenge, but he could literally see his father in court not even acting sad by what he did. As a child, if my father accidently harmed someone (moreover a child), I'd be disappointed if I didn't see him being devastated by what he did. These things sadly happen when people really unintentionally hurt someone, but there's a difference when they're absolutely heartbroken by what they did (even though it had been an accident) vs. when they act the way Seounyul's father acted.
I wish they developed the FL's character a bit better. At times, some things just felt so lacking, but I can let that go since she's a really good actress and is really just portraying a mother that lost her child.
Other than the plot, actors were all good. Some of the minor leads could've been better - Cha Eunwoo's childhood friend, her acting was lousy all the time. Suho's brother was meh okay I guess and at times Yuri (FL's adopted sister/manager) wasn't spectacular.
Cha Eunwoo did good. I think his acting is always like okay, not anything special, but he's good and I think he improved in the last two years especially. I just hate when directors put emphasis on his looks. Like all the scenes of him working as a mechanic and all that are just pointless and add nothing to the plot but to attract female viewers and his fans who just won't admit that those scenes really have no meaning. Like you're honestly telling me we need scenes where's his pushing tires, checking the oil and being very clumsy at it mind you, trying to repair some car as if he knows what's he's doing. It all just looked done so poorly and forced to show him being this 'hot attractive handy man'. I've seen many directors do that in dramas he stars in and even though it's maybe less here, I wish it didn't happen at all and that they just focus on the story, the characters' development and the actors. I'm not his fan, but I know he's expressed many times that he's burdened by his looks and would like people didn't always point it out - I've seen him and his group members on different variety shows and the hosts always focus on his looks which obviously makes not just his members uncomfortable, but makes him uncomfortable the most. It's a blessing, but a burden at the same time since the Korean society is so fixated on looks especially.
