I like it until i have watched it

i like this drama and given 9.5
i must admit i don't feel any boredom during this 18 hours
Nice acting i believe everything about all those actors
but here i will only point out what i find odd or disliked

1. FL why she dying to help ML ? why she crying like that when she don't even know him properly
2. what kind of mother forgive her daughter killer like that ? Ji Soo mother is total fictional character here...
i know ML is innocent but how his mother in law trust him this much blindly when her own daughter has died, she is telling her son to forgive which mean she doesn't believe in ML innocence but still want to forgive her daughters killer
how she is showing so much mercy for son in law , while being totally ignorant and insensitive toward her daughter and granddaughter ?
i hated that evil granny for her inhuman act, ha ji mala tea soo yaaaa........just die haimoniya,, old granny dream about her son in law not her daughter, what evil bitch

ep7 ending scene he cant say Tae soo to follow that syngkuu and find ha yeon , then acting like a lunatic
ep 8 started with ML started acting like a Crazy Shamin( i like his AAAAA AAAAA )

at ending ep there is a runaway criminal at a prosecutor's house and police has just stop searching for him since one has proven himself innocent there is no need to find other

Kept Me Gasping Till The End!

I don’t where to start, but I got hooked by this drama from the beginning till the end! Living in Canada, I always have to wake up early on Saturday mornings to watch the drama live. I tell you that it was the best decision ever since going on Twitter while this drama is airing will make it lose its element of surprise! No kidding about that since I gasped with every episode, from the surprise guests, to the sudden turn of events. Before anything, kudos to the writers and directors for making such a masterpiece! I am beyond proud of the actors too! I have seen their previous works and to suddenly see them in a very mature series, it really took me off guard! One thing I enjoyed too are the soundtracks used! How is it that the song matches every scene?! I have never watched a series where the songs used in the background got me gasping for how accurate it is with the situation. I also loved how this drama tackled a lot of vices and how it affects people around those who does it. Mental health was also featured here a lot especially with Ray’s character. What I appreciated is how they actually showed the positive light for Ray and how he was saved from his darkness. Personally, I relate to that. Top and Mew had a lot of ups and downs. Honestly was ok too if they don’t end up together, but I guess it shows no harm to feature forgiveness and new beginning. I am happy for Nick and Boston. I do think being together would have been toxic for either of them. If anything, I do wish we saw more of April and Cheum’s love life then again the other couples are messy enough already.

I’m writing this because I am really missing Ray. For the 12 weeks, I laughed, cried and got angry with him. Khaotung really did a great job with playing Ray All the emotional scenes were so memorable. I don’t think I can ever move on from those!

I’ll go and binge watch the series now! Yes, I’m rewatching it despite it ending only this morning here ?

Such a good story

Short but incredibly sweet , loved the whole concept and the acting was actually really good.
The idea of a completely grey world scares me too so I really felt the protagonist's pain. Kinda left me hanging with the whole "my mother disappeared but we dont talk about it " thing, so I hope they will have a season two so they can explain it. The guy possesed with the grandfather ghost? I was really lost on that part lmao, I think they could have left that out.
I would recommend this series to beginners in the BL world.
Also completely random thought but Yoo Han 's voice is incrediblt soothing

This is a very good fantasy mystery sci-fi drama! The viewer gets to enjoy a stunning cinematography, wonderful cast and a mesmerizing soundtrack to counteract two things on which the drama fall deficient- Gu Chan-seong and his relationship with Jang Man-wol, and the dual timelines. Gu Chan-seong is just a catalyst for Jang Man-wol’s character when it could have been so much more given the fact that he was always the person who loved her the most, and still, the writers couldn’t entirely fuse the love story into the complex and strong Jang Man-wol character ultimately resorting to a sweet and soulful romance, a disappointment when you have actors of high caliber as Lee Ji-eun (IU) and Yeo Jin-goo. The drama’s focal point is Jang Man Weol and Lee Ji-eun (IU) delivers an excellent performance bringing this character to life. The rest of the cast become an extension to her character delivering a sweet romance, thrill, drama, and comedic moments to her emotionally laden persona. The second deficiency on this show is the merging of timelines, past and present. The plot could have been better if only the present timeline would have the same important development as the past, but it fell short in comparison. Even though the drama is not perfect, it is entertaining and fun to watch. Enjoy it!

And how better could it be if each of the boys is the other's home?

Welcome to Your Home and our world

What would the world be like where the homosexual does not have to repress himself, hide his condition, fear being judged, harassed, discriminated against by others? What would that great house be like for the inhabitants of the Earth in which love between children can be free and you do not have to fear critical glances and finger pointing or hide your own essence?
From the first episode, the Pinoy BL audiovisual 'Your Home The Series', produced by Arcana Studios Inc, defines what "home" is for each of the main characters.
Thus we can follow Bart, who lives in the modest comforts of the house he has known all his life, the picturesque fictional town of Barrio Balay, an area of mountains and lakes; and also to Bryce, who lives in a world of comfort in a space that he alone occupies. Each of them represents the type of home in which the viewers themselves have lived, expressing their respective definitions and how it plays a vital role in their future.
However, they both feel alone in the world, and they need to have someone by their side to accompany them, to help them make life more bearable: the first, because his parents died when he was a child, and the second, because their parents live abroad.
'Your Home The Series' takes an approach to imagining the "ideal world" that many people dream of, focusing on members of the LGBTQ+ community who fight daily for acceptance and respect in society in a tenacious fight to end to prejudices.
From director Amiel Kirby Ballagtas, the series serves as a letter of introduction to actors Kurt Mendoza ('Fit Check'), who plays the humble and dreamy probinsyano Bart Arceo, and Renz Kieser, who plays the arrogant, haughty and conceited boy rich man from the city Bryce Fajardo.
They are joined by Marc David ('Stay-In Love', 2020-2021) as Bryce's childhood best friend, Josh Villareal, Eurwin Canzana ('Rainbow Prince', 2022) as famous beatboxer Edwin Panganibanm and Angelica Radaza like Brendalynne Apurado, Bart's friend, all also in their first acting job.
Amiel Kirby Ballagtas, who also works as a screenwriter, joins Donna Rey and Jonathan Penarejo, to write a story that is born from an original idea by Dale Reciña about the coming of age of two young people who seek to find that special place where they can finally go call “home,” even if that means venturing outside your comfort zone.
The sound and music of Nhiko Victor contribute in the effort to tell us about the youthful adventures of accepting who you are, the different discoveries and the adventures of finding love, friendship and making dreams come true.
Jonathan Penarejo's editing and beautiful photography take us to stunning locations in the Philippines, each chosen with great attention to detail. The mountainous and city landscapes enhance the narrative, adding layers of cultural and emotional depth. From the waters of the lake near Bart's house and where the boys' emotional meetings take place, drawing the colors of the rainbow in the lens and with natural light, to the vibrant streets of the city, both day and night, Each scenario feels like another character, and contributes to enriching the general narrative.
As the producer describes it, this coming-of-age story is full of possibilities, creating a world where boys' love can be accepted by society, where it doesn't matter who you're attracted to, where you can be different because of your sexual preferences. It will not generate comments from those who do not know or deny this type of relationship, since judgment is left aside.
From the beginning, reflections abound in the form of monologues loaded with poetry, as we all do in times of loneliness, spending time mentally thinking about how this life has made the protagonists and their lives what they are, how to face situations can offer a sense of satisfaction, longing, or perhaps hope for the next day.
Using first-time actors brings a genuine, raw energy to their performances, making the characters incredibly relatable. Their performances are so natural and spontaneous that the viewer can at times consider that we are not watching a television series, but rather that we are witnessing from our window or balcony how real-life events unfold with ourselves or our neighbor as protagonists beside.
The characters' journeys, struggles and triumphs are portrayed with such honesty that they reflect the experiences of many members of the LGBT+ community.
And how better could it be if each of the boys is the other's home?

watched weekly as it came out since ep 4

might justtt be better than season one but i dont remember a whole lot of it so..
i actually liked most of the participants tho sometimes i would get mad..but i felt real chemistry between all of them so that was good and i felt so bad for nadine and especially sejeong i liked her since the first ep and it felt really dissapointing seeing nobody be super into her :( i never really thought seulki would turn out to be the most 'popular' contestant with the men so that was kind of surpiring and im lowkey glad she went with her heart and chose jongwoo he was always super into her and you could tell he was sincere with her like he had no eyes for another girl. jinyoung was pretty alright he did have chemistry with seulki but you could tell she changed her mind and went with jongwoo the last day or so. overall it was good and i pretty much binged the first 4 eps and had to wait the next day for the next episodes to come out aha

wished for a better plot for these great actors (watch suggestions)

Overall: SUKFILM does some things really well such as chemistry/tension. However, the love triangles/cheating bog the series down. Aired 8 episodes about 10 minutes each https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLYfaogVGCvwQ_32A8H9oWjdEtXVTWcrja&si=212BSBvITHARKx3G I am watched the cut version, the uncut has longer kissing scenes.

Content Warning: dub con kissing turned consensual?, non con kiss, manipulation, unwanted public outing

Watch Suggestions (to avoid cheating. love triangles and an evil ex)
- watch episode 1 and end it at 9:55
- skip episode 2
- watch episode 3 beginning to 45s, 5:15-7:40, 9:35-end
- watch episode 4 beginning to 1m and 6:40-end
- stop episode 5 at 2 minutes
- skip episodes 6 & 7
- watch episode 8 7:40-end

What I Liked
- acting/chemistry/tension
- visuals
- sweet moment with the first aid
- music (except that the singing was too loud during scenes with dialog)
- a character actually had a decent plan in episode 8

Room For Improvement
- the cliched woman character (which I think has appeared in all 3 of their BLs)
- one character is kind of a jerk/cheater (this is also a running theme in their BLs)
- I can't really be happy with the couple because I don't trust that there won't be cheating in the future

You don't want to miss this.

I can honestly, 100% confidently say that this drama is #2 on my top 10 best, most amazing dramas of 2019. Like literally, there was absolutely nothing about this show that I did not like what so ever, except the end was a little rushed to me, like I just needed more but I didn't really come into this show expecting much, I also was probably just bummed because it ended as a whole.

The story itself is insane as it is, I thought it was just another rich person story of greed and money and hate, but in reality, it really isn't anything like that at all. Like it wasn't about money, it was about justice and finding out the truth of everything being hidden. It had action with cover ups, a twisted family, a innocent man and fate that just brought everyone all together. Like the acting of Im Soo Hyang has really improved over the years and I can honestly say 110% she did AMAZING as this rich girl, not even spoiled, she really proved a purpose and just wanted to know the truth of what happened. It was the what if's that really brought you into this show because it kept you wondering if what is next, what is going to happen next, who is in control, why did that happen and how did that happen. She came in head strong, she was serious and she was in control and I absolutely adored that. It was my first time watching Lee Jang Woo in anything, but he did such a great job at an innocent man that just wanted to help and heal the world and the chemistry, even though it's not a romance, between him and Imm So Hyang was amazing. Also, big shout out to Bae Jong Ok because she played this amazing character that you knew had good intentions but it wasn't fulfilled that way and there wasn't much you can do about it and I liked that, I've also been fan of her since she was on roommates. Honestly, I can have an endless list of every actor and actress in this show because they did such an amazing roll as who they played and how it played out. But, the PLOT twist of this show, that ups and downs and twist and turns is what really gets you going.

The OST? 10/10, would download right now. Everything about it was a positive earful for every scene, it was real nice.

Would I rewatch it? I'LL REWATCH IT RN AND I JUST FINISHED IT. LMAO

Overall, the justice and injustice, mystery and passion and twist, really does make this a top show of 2019. In my whole honest opinion, it was crazy how much I enjoyed this.

Dont waste your time

This was such a boring series. Its one of my first kdrama. It was way toooo repetitive without an evolvement of the storyline, because whatever happened they couldnt change what was happening. The main lead was pretty selfish and the girl was a lil bit passive. The ending was horrible, but I think they made it like that to see if its gonna be liked so they could make another season. Well, after years there is still no s2 so that says a lot. The acting was great tho!

I really liked it... but...

I didn't expect this review to be this long but bear with me.

So... the show is good and, I loved the characters and their chemistry was really good. I loved Sarawat sassiness and I'm happy that a found a show that could actually entertain me, that's why gave it an 8.5.

However, some things didn't sit right with me.

1. Girls in the show are these crazy people that when they see a handsome boy they freak out and start taking pictures... I don't really know what happens in Asia, but I know they preach beauty all the time, and I mean, are beautiful people harassed like that?... probably it is over-exaggeration, but I didn't like it that much.

2. Shows and movies are art, and there is no need to intimate scenes between couples if it is justifiable, but they are literally teasing the viewer the whole show for just like 2 or 3 kisses... I suppose it is for people to watch season 2.

3. Why is Tine dating Sarawat, publicly admitting it, but feeling this kinda o disgust of him? I mean we're a couple, right? Reacting to Sarawat wanting to get intimate as being nasty, I feel is kinda wrong (I know having sex is called "doing the nasty", but this expression is usually used in jokes). If you don't want to do the "nasty" why are you dating him? intimacy is part of the relation. Even though viewers are probably either girls or gays, I don't feel it is right.

4. This is something that I saw not only in this show but, why can I hear the microphones?! I'm literally Gia Gunn: "there is no budget this time around?". Ahahaha

And finally, why I always get offended by the characters wanting to lighten their skin? In the show, we are bombarded with ads for skincare, and I have nothing against it. But the characters are literally taking glutathione, claiming it provides beautiful skin (I watched a dermatologist video on that and it seems that glutathione can possibly improve wrinkles and whatever) but we all know that the reason people in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and The Philipines take these pills is to lighten their skin. I have brown skin, so I'm kind of offended.

Disclaimer: these are my opinions.

ehh i dont really recomend

uk its bad when ur not even upset at the bad ending. cause it means that you were never rlly invested in the show.

idk i thought story was intresting and it wasn't like bad bad or anything but throughout watching it i just kept thinking y? y tf r the chracters acting this way? tf is that persons problem? y am i watchign this? uk things like that. but even when I thought this way, it was all just eh feelings. not like noo whyyy urghh im so sad/mad, just eh.

im sorry. i thought their acting was not bad, but i think the problem is more so with how the story is writen. It had good plot "twists" (ig) but for a short drama it felt long for me. (but not i the way that it was drggy) more so in that it was just like not great delivery, that i felt like it was going slow.

I loved it!

Finally I can review this beautiful drama.
So, first of all you need to know that I've never seen the original story, I've only seen this 2018 remake.
All I can say about it is that I loved it. It's even more special to me because it was the first Asian drama I've watched and from then on I was in love:D

This drama is actually really long (49 episodes), but if you're really into the story then it will be over in a second.
Also, I loved the cast! They were perfect and played their roles very well. I didn't give the highest rating for acting, though, because there was a thing that really got on my nerves: The kisses of the lead couple. They seemed so unrealistic, no mouth movement and it didn't seem passionate.

I loved the plot, I really did, but sometimes I felt like I was emotionally torn because in one moment everything seemed allright and then suddenly, it wasn't. And as I said the series is quite long, so there was a lot of it.

But what was perfect were the OST! I listened to them 24/7 after I finished it. The music was just so fitting.

And last, but not least, the ending. I won't spoiler you, but the ending was just perfect. No open ending, no confusion. It was really good.

I really recommend this drama to you, if you are into Rom-Coms and heartbreaking plots.

I watched like really watched only till ep 12 because I couldn't find the rest with Eng Sub on Youtube, and I KNOW that I can watch on another web but they kept on buffering it's driving me nuts!! Since I can understand a little bit of Chinese I kept on watching a few eps on Youtube to grasp what's happening next AND I couldn't believe it (please correct me if I'm wrong) that the guy's ex gf appeared and he apparently hadn't moved on or at least he still has feelings for her and suddenly his lost memories came back voilaaa.... For the last ep's sake I looked on another web with Eng Sub because I need to understand what the hell is going on, and damn that ending made me curse f*** that's it?!?

Oh on a different note, I swear the main girl resembled Tiffany Tang from Princess WeiYoung a lot even her voice!!
