Not for robot wars enthusiasts

I loved GGS. But I’m frustrated by GGS2. It’s not the acting as I’m pleased to see that these actors are performing well and would draw me into the story - usually. I feel sorry for these actors.

My problem is if you are going to leave CTF and switch to robot wars ok I can go with that. But robot wars with the same 2 robots but played/used by different teams? Even international teams, well that is dreadful. They are called the same names!! What happens do they toss for who’s getting the good machine? Apple dog doesn’t even bring her own robot to a competition just her console. Finally in episode 7 I saw a third robot contender. It’s more like robot scuffle not wars.

I’ve watched real robot wars which are exciting competitions with clever engineering and great designs. The style of the 3 robots in the first 8 episodes are tried and tested models I saw back in 1990’s. I’m bored.

Oh and it’s nauseatingly saccharine.

Other reviewers have pointed out plot inconsistencies; timeline issues; characters who’ve changed so much. Why bother calling this GGS2? It’s not living up to its heritage.

Saifahzon story

Ok so i only watched the first episode, but i dont get it .
Is it from after why r u? Or is it from after the concert it jist makes no sense to me at all,i mean it could just be me but i doubt it.
I was so looking forward to watching this as i watched why r u and felt they made such a great couple, but now i just feel let down and frustrated to be fair.
I dont know if ill watch the other episodes if i do it will only be to try and make sense of the first one, however i do feel very disappointed that the episode dont seem to be executed properly 😕.
Also i felt for some reason that the characters seemed o dunno pretty stiff compared to why r u ,never felt the connection at all.

HEART MORE THAN WARM!

I started enchanted with this drama and ended in a state of grace and with a certain nostalgia. Few dramas have moved me as much as this one, a completely unpretentious drama that, when I saw the trailers, I thought I would ignore and forget. However, after watching the first episode, it was clear that there was a story with a simple premise but with immediate magnetism. It's hard to explain, but I feel full and happy with everything that happened and with this ending that was a "fan service" beyond reproach.

I hope that Kim Hye-Yoon takes on roles that don't require her to mould her voice into a cute and almost childish version. Her serene performance with her natural voice in the first episode was of high quality. Now we need to talk about the actor of the moment: Byeon WooSeok, who gave his body and soul to this role. It seems like he lived every moment of Seon-Jae as if it were his own. Moreover, he is an actor who doesn't stay in his comfort zone and constantly challenges himself. In 12 months, he played a villain and this hero in this romantic comedy. WooSeok is the moment and deserves all the possible praise. By the way, in his scene with the grandmother, it was clear that his crying was natural and authentic, not acting. Hearing that from someone should move you, I was choked up.

I cannot forget the Archangel Michael of this drama, Tae Sung, who protected the couple and put an end to all that anguish. It is worth noting that Tae Sung was excellently portrayed by the outstanding Song Geon-Hee, who is long overdue to be the lead in a drama. He is a complete actor as well. The trio of protagonists did very well, and that's why this drama was successful in Korea and worldwide.

I will miss it; the spring snows will never be the same.

Loving it!

I am pleasantly surprised that I am loving this drama. It is funny and refreshing. I like the chemistry between the two main characters. I will continue watching thru the end. I hope it is a successful drama. I am enjoying the story line. Thanks to all the actors for their hard work in entertaining us. Wishing much success to Cha Eun Woo on this work.
I have seen some negative comments which he should ignore. Those individuals should look at this work as an entertainment project and not bash the actors.

Immature casts ruined the whole drama

Legend of Fei is a popular drama, where you fei in her young age meets Xie Yun. You fei in drama looks older than Xie Yun 😐 The director could at least cast someone older and more matured than Yibo. His acting as Xie Yun is not up to the mark,I expected someone more jolly and enthusiastic. But Yibo disappointed me. As a fan of Zhao Liying, I will continue watching the drama, but so far I am disappointed af.

Now the production, it was really below my expectations. The lighting, graphics is cheap. The costume is shabby too. Nothing impressive.

I don't know whether I can continue watching the drama or not but seems like I might drop this.

The female lead was a bad choice and the time-travel storyline was the same old with no happy ending

I must say that casting the wrong female lead can completely ruin a potentially good drama.

In my opinion, this drama failed miserably in mixing comedy and thriller. Casting this actress as the female lead, was a terrible choice. She lacked the physical appeal and failed to inspire any passion. It was difficult to imagine male leads falling for her, given the lack of chemistry between them. Her petite and average looks may work well in contemporary comedies but not in period dramas where the clothes have to look good on the actors. It is frustrating to see such casting decisions, especially when male actors cast alongside them are noticeably more handsome. Such imbalanced casting affects the credibility of the entire performance, in my opinion.

The observation that I have made about Chinese comedy dramas is that they seem to have a very distinct type of actresses. These actresses are usually petite, have a cute appearance, and speak and act in a childish voice. They often portray the roles of a damsel in distress, appearing as a doormat to the male lead. Unfortunately, I cannot recall a single Chinese comedy drama that I have enjoyed. For me, these dramas often come off as cringeworthy, with a weak script, no on-screen chemistry between the main couple, and the presence of ridiculous villains. Overall, my experience with Chinese comedy dramas has been nothing short of a disaster. This drama is no exception.

Furthermore, the villains created by scriptwriters in this drama were not at all compatible with comedy. It can be quite challenging to take a dramatic story seriously when the main character is portrayed as being funny or clumsy. It makes it a predictable and one-dimensional storyline. Eliminate the feeble attempt, and what you have left is a time of intense political intrigue. Take away the intrigue, and you're left with a stale comedy filled with recycled jokes often found in time travel stories.

This is why I am not a fan of time travel dramas. The character's obsession with going back to the present made it quite boring. In the end, when she finally falls in love, she is sent back abruptly, only for the reincarnation of her lost lover to show up miraculously. I feel that the storylines in question lack originality and intrigue, as they seem to follow a predictable pattern that often leads to a bittersweet ending. I don't enjoy this particular type of storyline or the ending as I find it unfulfilling and unsatisfying.

Although I strongly believe that everyone has the potential to showcase their talent, I also firmly believe that not every actor or actress is suitable for every role. I understand the appeal of certain actors and actresses, where their physical attributes resonate with some fans. However, I do not fall into this category. I have a deep appreciation for talented performers, but I also have a preference for gorgeous actors and actresses versus cute looking. In all honesty, if production fails to deliver chemistry between its actors, or if the script lacks direction and is just a confusing mess, or even worse, if it's just another overdone time travel plot with the same jokes, then I won't waste my time watching it.

From my perspective, the script of this drama was poorly written and the cast failed to deliver convincing performances. If the drama had cast a different female lead, I would probably have been much more interested in watching it. The script is confusing, the casting is wrong, and there's no chemistry between the actors. It was painfully cringeworthy.

I gave this drama a fair chance and watched six episodes, The content lacked the ability to maintain my interest or motivate me to continue watching. To sum it up, this drama is a no-go for me.

**

Just a quick note. It is both disappointing and concerning to witness the level of intolerance and immaturity displayed by some users of this site. Treating others with respect, even when we disagree with them, is a sign of maturity and decency. On the other hand, leaving petty and unconstructive comments is indicative of the true character of the person. I have no tolerance for such behavior, but if you insist on exposing yourself in such a manner, be my guest. Thankfully, the block option has always been my favorite tool for dealing with such individuals.

The first 10 minutes of this drama already screams danger

Truth be told, I was really looking forward to this drama and checked it out when it went live. Sadly, it didn't go so well.
The events that happened in the first 10 minutes of the first episode already made me want to drop it and it doesn't get better at episode 3.

The drama starts introducing the characters, ML Gu Wei and FL Lin Zhi Xiao. This is where problem 1 begins with the FL playing the cello. She isn't moving her fingers and the sounds that come up are so obviously edited in post production. They could have at least made an effort for the FL to move her fingers but no.

On to the bar scene where problem 2 arises. FL and her friends went on drinking at this bar. She has a really strict and controlling dad that doesn't like her going out with friends like what she's doing. Knowing this, she very stupidly posted it on social media for her dad to witness.

When her dad went to the bar to confront her, what did she decided to do you ask? She went and sat next to the ML (they were strangers) proceeded to take his coat and put it around herself so her dad can't see her. This is literally so stupid, you know what I would have done? Go hide in the freaking bathroom, that is so much better than taking a random strangers's coat and wrap it around yourself. I would freaked out if I was the ML.

After witnessing all this, madness, the ML reacted negatively rightfully so. He asked the FL who she was and to give him his coat back. The FL was like "come on just borrow it to me for a while, without it you wouldn't die." She sure has a lot of balls. And then, the worst part.... she proceeded to lean against the ML, now with her on top of him with his jacket wrapped around her to create this "romantic moment"

Her dad not being an absolute idiot, totally saw the FL and went up to confront her. He then asked her if the ML was her boyfriend. You know what she decided to know instead of being apologetic to this random guy? She said YES and put her hands around him. How the ML stayed calm during this whole commotion blows my mind. Luckily though, he does get mad and isn't acting along side the FL to her dad. He said they were strangers and the FL went all baby mode and got mad at him.

The dad then asked the ML if he was trying to take advantage of his daughter and because the FL is such a horrible person, she decided to jump on that, accusing the ML for trying to take advantage of her. I feel so bad for the ML, I would have probably cried if I was him.

It gets even worse. Afterwards when they met at the hospital and found out that the FL's dad is a patient of the ML which is whom he stole from his coworker (Gao Xi). ML was just like yea, this dude might have cancer, let me just give them a call without consulting my coworker first. Look at how smart and caring i'am HAHAHA. I still don't get why the FL hates the ML when it should be HIM hating HER after everything she did at the bar. Anyways, because of that encounter, the FL basically bad mouthed the ML to her family, telling them not to trust him because he only became a doctor because of nepotism or whatever WHERE HE CAN HEAR THEM.

Afterwards, because she forgot to take an overnight pass for her dad because he was staying there at the hospital. Another doctor offered her to stay in the doctor's resting room without telling the rest of his coworkers sigh. Plus I don't think they're allowed to do that irl. The FL then laid on the bed, playing her phone when surprise surprise ML walks in. At that point, the rational thing to do is to get up and say hi to the ML but instead of that, the FL hid in the blanket where you can so obviously tell a person is hiding there and the ML takes off his clothes, god I hate the cliché.

It's not completely trash as I really did relate to the FL's relationship to her parents and I liked her mom. The visuals and outfits were decent but other than that it's a skip for me. The side characters weren't really that interesting either. They were your standard FL's best friend female 2nd and ML's best friend make 2nd. I really liked Zhai Zi Lu in Lucky's first love, but here it's so meh.

Basically the FL is an asshole, the ML's actions were dangerous and didn't make sense. Side characters were uninteresting and the story was full on tropes. Idk if it gets better letter on but I cannot bring myself to watch it anymore. The performance of the actor/actress were pretty nice but the story was a big NOPE.

I’m sorry folks, I tried to love this show; and was really trying to give this series a fair shot. But, the fathers non caring treatment of the son & the character of the annoying Cheng Cheng ruined this entire series for me. Half way through episode 4 I could not take her any more. (I feel like the writers were trying to make her out to be an annoying little sister type of character that would somehow become a love interest. My opinion: Rewrite the script for these two characters and reshoot it and maybe it could be a winner. The other characters worked well for me.

Strange in the wrong way

I was looking forward to this, Jung Hae-in being one of my favourite actors.
I just read the main storyline before and thought it sounded promising, but the actual series didn't deliver it for me.

The start is just confusing. So we are where? In a dystopic parallel world? Or in our world? I don't know, because if someone like the main character really existed with these kind of healing and recovery powers, and that would have been known since his childhood, he would not have seen the light of day ever again because every nation in the world would have tried to put him into a laboratory and disect him to find out his secret. That at least was my first thought after 20 minutes in.

The next thought was, who are all these people, why do all the things happen, and at some point I felt annoyed as the main character loudly speaks all of his obvious thoughts in a way nobody really does. It's just something I don't like in general. I don't like being spoonfed every single thing like that. For all the abilities he possese he seems awkwardly helpless and clumsy most of the time. I finished the first episode and most of the time you see him clutching his missing eyesocket or both his eyes in panic and uttering obvious things. He is steadily on the run and can escape, until a very tiny woman shows up, (either knowing all the secrets for an unknown reason or just trying to be the weird 'I like creepy things'- character) and after seeing his healing ability, happily throws him off a roof. Oo

I honestly didn't like any of this. It's dark, and I like dark, but this just feels unpleasant. The characters seem flat and constructed altogether, and I don't like any of them, at all, it just seems sterile and weird to me. It also reminds me of rather bad copies of some Marvel movies I didn't finish either because I disliked them.
You get thrown into the storyline without any necessary background information, instead there is lots of graphic organ cutting, pulling and slicing and this steady rather helpless out loud commenting of the main character. It would have been so much better and more intelligent the other way around. Give visual background, let the audience think and let it understand the mysterious lead character by his actions, his gaze, etc.

I stopped watching after the first episode, so if it got any better or even brilliant later I might have missed that. I simply didn't care about any of the characters or the story, it just seemed too artificially fabricated and thrown together in the attempt to create atmosphere and tension - which sadly it failed to do.

I don't get it

Likes: Yang Yang is easy on the eyes.

Dislikes: Everything else.

I don't get why this drama is so popular. I guess it's not my cup of tea because I'm not really into video games and basically from the 5 episodes that I've watched, the majority of the episodes are role playing in a video game. Where's the story and where's this amazing chemistry that I keep hearing about? Maybe I've dropped this too soon, but if a drama can't grab me by ep 5, I don't see the point to continue.

Ah well. To each his own.

Just don't judge thai bls from this series

Just the worst acting and a crappy story led to this. I mean what's with the obsession with a keychain and they just kiss in the second episode without any buildup just so out of the scene.
Just putting 2 guys in a series and tell them to just fall in love doesn't work, WE NEED A STORY. NO amount of NC scenes could have helped. Seriously I am disappointed with myself to even think of starting this series. I lost my brain cells watching this.
For anyone who is watching his first thai series as this just please don't lose hope. Their are others who are much better.

A total waste of male leads

The brothers who are male leads in this drama is a total waste of talent. They are both eye candies and they act so well but the main story of this drama is crap!

It looked promising if you read the synopsis, but hopping on board was a disappointment. They should have focused on the plot that the female lead was a promising voice talent, why did she suddenly have to be the main lead's housemaid because of the mother's desperate attempt at matchmaking??? WHHHHHHHHHYYYYY!!!

Also, why do the leads have mental disorders. The male lead is bipolar (as said by his mom), and the female lead has a weird sickness that she freezes/faints when there's a trigger to her childhood trauma and the psychologist said she might be cured if she finds true love??? WHAT THE???

I hope to see the male leads in a different drama that can really make them shine and not a crappy story like this. So disappointing :(

DISAPPOINTING

Ummm, I just finished reading everyone's comment and i'm kinda taken aback! Are we all watching the same thing! I doubt it
No one even mention anything about the VC forcing the student to Fake being a BL couple! Come on that annoying, and also wrong! Why force them to make a BL content. As a VC! That bad.... Is that suppose to be the trigger that will make them fall for each other or spend some time together. The writers were so desperate to look for a storyline that the wrote this.... Disappointing and trust me i rarely criticize a bl series but this is a No from me but that doesnt mean i dont like somethings, i guess

Umm... I guess the cast are okay but the acting is kinda cringey for me but i commend their effort.... Not saying u shouldnt watch, try it, u might have different opinion to mine
