"Power Hungry Man Can't Take No For An Answer" <---Should be the REAL title

Lord almighty, where do I begin? I literally just wanted an easy rom-com with no complications. This was not it. I have since heard that most dramas with names longer then hell aren't good; whether that's true or not, I don't know but it's my second time running into a drama with a long title that got this score from me. The plot essentially fell apart after episode 16. More than halfway through the story and all of a sudden heavy palace politics and a nightmarish stalker SML became the prime focus of this at first comedic and mildly inspiring story. When the SML's screen time eclipses that of the leads, I'd say it's a problem.

The screenwriter threw everything but the kitchen sink into this show; crime solving, setting ppl up, palace politics, the stalker SML, romance, jealousy, you name it. It should have been called "Power Hungry Man Can't Take No For An Answer" because that's what the majority of the series was focused on. He turned up literally everywhere at every moment and you were sick of him. However, giving the actor playing him his due, he was a very convincing creep. Literally the worst stalker in all of the costume cdramas I've seen. Characters like his make my skin crawl. Even his demise in the last episode was a serious copout given how much he lorded over the majority of the show.

Had I known it would turn out this way, I wouldn't have started it. The only thing keeping me from dropping it was that I actually liked the protagonists and when I realized they knew how to deal with the creep, I skipped a lot of his parts, plus got into a holding pattern twice by stopping watching the show just so more episodes could release and ppl could spoil when seeing him on screen would be less. When you stop watching a show twice, that's not a good sign.

I'm very picky with the dramas I watch. Usually I only watch dramas that have ppl I follow in them but since it's been very quiet on that front recently, I decided to try something new and though talking and laughing in the comments with other viewers was entertaining, this was a very poorly executed show. If it was going to make the creep the main focal person, then start that at the beginning. Make him the ML or something. Same goes for all the crime solving palace politics stuff. It's like the screenwriter remembered that this story was about a female student being the first to be admitted into an all male college twice after episode 16 and it was haphazardly thrown into small mentions here and there. You completely forgot that that was the main goal of the show; to be a more inclusive school.

Absolutely not a recommendation from me. Don't waste your time.

12 More Episodes Of This Family Please..

Family Matters?? No.. It’s Bloody Matters..

Family Matters follows a hilariously mismatched family with superpowers/abilities trying to blend into society.. They are unhinged, chaotic and utterly unpredictable.. But somehow they are perfect for each other.. Literally the most unhinged family ever.. It is an action mystery thriller with a unique concept and dark comedy that really hits the spot.. They were so funny without even trying.. And the cast?? they were absolutely perfect..

The twins?? They absolutely nailed their roles.. The way they casually walked into their grandpa dragging a body and gave no absolute care about it.. It was an oddly brilliant scene..

Even the climax.. All of them sitting in one frame.. The mother with a hole in her hand.. Father with multiple holes in his stomach and a missing ear.. Grandpa with a hole in his leg.. And the twins?? Bloody after beating up a couple of punks.. Perfection..

My only gripe?? The background score.. This show deserved way better music..

The ending made it clear that season 2 is a must.. With that revelation and all it is obvious that we barely scratched the surface.. But since its a COUPANG TV original I dont know what to expect..

With all the theories going around.. My view is that its true that Family Matters is Yeong Su's plan.. It is clear that she manipulated her husband and planted the idea of " Chulsu will do anything to protect Yeong Su " in his mind.. This was revealed after the fight with the pastor.. So yeah she might have started it all but got too much involved and forgot her actual purpose.. There is plenty to explore and another season is definitely needed..

Overall.. Family Matters is a wild ride.. Gripping storyline and standout performances left me craving for more.. Here’s hoping season 2 delivers even bigger surprises..

Nonsense As Usual

So did Min Jun smile in this drama? Mfker walked around like he was allergic to happiness, like he loved being miserable and having a sad background story about his first love. Dude was out there acting like woe is him and heart break was made specifically for him. Give it a rest, Susan. Cuz what even was his problem towards the end? Jin Hwan a better person than me though, I'd have gotten on that plane. Go be incompatible in the corner with your foolishness.

And was I supposed to be happy for that airport scene? Literally this is what happened word-for-word. No, really, come see nonsense.

Min Joon: "You know, too. You and I are really incompatible. We will fight and get tired again. And we'd be worn out each time. You think everything would be possible now. But what if, I keep bringing up the past and ask why you acted that way angrily? Similar things keep happening. No one would be okay with that. And what if you keep doing that to me? I know myself well. I won't be able to stand it. You know how it'd end. And I know, too. Choi Jin Hwan. First love needs to be left as a memory. Stop. Please let me be free now. Please, just get out of my sight."

Jin Hwan: *confessing his love, begging, trying to reason, pleading.* Nothing works, he gets dumped, heart broken, he packed his suitcase, quit his job and decided to leave the country.

*Min Joon hears about it and runs to him at the airport. Cue a montage of their moments together and a sad song.*

Min Joon: "Choi Jin Hwan, what's with you? You changed your number and tried to disappear? You bastard. You and I are really incompatible. That is why I'll fight as many times as it takes. Even if you get tired, and beg me to let you go, I won't let go of you, okay? I know everything and I'm mad at you. I know things would get boring and obvious, but I like you so much that I'm going mad. I like you. So, don't go. As long as I am with you, everything is fine. I still like you."

Me: Thunder fire you and your ancestors' goat.

Cuz was that supposed to be romantic? I was making a face the whole time, rolling my eyes and just... why child, what even? Nonsense dey for some peoples backyard. Make someone's son come disturb my peace with this kind behaviour, na slap he go chop. Fool.

Listen, I liked the overall drama. Misunderstanding like this can happen, so I was enjoying the plot when the misunderstanding happened in ep1, I was like, oooh drama, sign me up. I was happy when they both found out that they've simply misunderstood each other. Enjoyed the in-between of getting to know how they got together, how they both loved but were shy, scared and didn't communicate enough so their first loved ended miserably for them both. Nice plot and drama, give me two more.

So yeah, after everything was cleared up between them, I was ready for these two to handle things as the adults they were, instead Min Joon acted like a broken spoon and decided to go with the annoying, childish, approach. Wth is your problem Susan? Like, why you causing unnecessary drama, Bob? So you got dumped one time, so what? Dude let his 2am thoughts won over his rational thoughts, and decided to frustrate us with his nonsense. Child if you don't go sit somewhere.

And, is the theme for this year's k-bl dramas misunderstandings? I wonder if the writers had a meeting and decided to frustrate us, while they laughed over soju. Cuz, again, why?

Anyway, a decent drama, give it a watch, it had its charm, but overall, the ending could have been done better, instead of whatever that was.

Once again, I say, k-bls needs to step up this year, like, why are you on the floor? It's only May.

This is really so bad. I wasn't expecting it to be so bad because I had seen the rating here plus it's on so many lists on youtube. But gosh, this is just terrible.
The plot is mediocre. Best friends get drunk and sleep together. One of them has a girlfriend which makes things more complicated. Surprise, surprise the girlfriend is a bitch.
First of all, I would like to mention how much I hate Knock. Even when Korn and Knock slept together, Knock kept acting like Korn raped him or something, dude it was consensual sex, you are to be blamed as much as him, why the fuck are you acting this way? You dumb sorry excuse of a grown ass man. And later on, he doesn't do anything to redeem himself. He remains indecisive, keeps playing with Korn's feelings, and is forever a big of a slut. One would imagine him being nicer to Korn after hearing about how Korn's ex-boyfriend cheated on Korn but noooooooo, he two times and gives him false hope and once even goes as far as to say that he chose his bitch girlfriend but would like their relationship to be the same. Lol fuck off, Knock does not deserve this piece of shit and I stand by my opinion.

The only complain I have with Korn's character is that instead of showing him as a person, we see him more as a person in love. Idk what his personality is.

Yihwa, my girl is the star of this shitty show and the reason why I watched the entire damn thing. Fai is a cutie too.

The doctor is fucking disgusting and Farm is really dumb oh lord.

My head hurt watching this. Proceed with caution.

I'm a bit shocked that this series has such a high rating. I thought at first it's because the actors are popular, but I don't really think this is the case. Is the manhwa it's based on so popular?
So to make it short: the bullying plot is a bit tiring. Asia is known for that. I have seen my fair share of bullying series and movies. The last was the Chinese movie "Better Days" which I thought was one of the most beautiful movies I have ever seen in my life. So it's not the bullying per se I have a problem with. It's just that the plot was paperthin and we got nothing than violence and violence and violence. I started watching this, because of the friendship between the guys. But the characters weren't that developed. For eight episodes we didn't get much scenes that showed us their friendship. We just got fights and fights and fights to the point where I wonderd WHY people enjoy this. They enjoy seeing high schoolers beating each other up for no good reason? They just didn't stop! I know that was the message of the series, that something small can become massive, that violence leads to more violence, but it was just tiresome to watch how they just didn't stop for god's sake! The end is more or less open, it seems one of the character had a much more gruesome fate in the manhwa. At least they didn't go that far in the series and decided to not be so precise about what happend to him.
Sigh. Gruesome. Violent. Pointless. Unrealstic.
Still I get it why people like it. Because it's entertaining, you want to know what happens next, and the only thing I really liked was how the weak hero was fighting. He was smart and he had balls, and well, he was a batshit crazy. But that was enough to fight those bullies. That gave him a big advantage despite not being physically strong. That core idea was pretty good. But please give those characters a bit more personality and make me feel something for them. I was just annyoed the whole time. The friend and what he did, at the end he said he doesn't know it either WHY he did it - people may say, yeah, that's the whole point, everything got out of control. I think this is lazy writing. They just didn't stop so the plot could move forward. I got a bit teary eyed at the end, because of the great performance of the main hero, but I didn't cry since I couldn't feel much for those characters. They were just so unrealstic with all that pointless violence. I thought it was funny how they just went back to teaching after all those fighting in the classroom. I mean after the first episode all the other students who witnessed this would need some therapy in real life. It was stupid. Over the top. Maybe this works as a manhwa, it sure does, but seeing real people behaving like this? I don't know. Not impressed.

Extremely boring

I don't have much to say about this short series aside from the fact that I'm extremely underwhelmed. I had high expectations. Since there was only 4 episodes I figured they had to get things going fast. I also really liked the cast. I'm a fan of both Park Hyung Shik and Han So Hee; so finding out that they were starring together made me excited.

That excitement sadly fizzled out pretty quickly. There is nothing wrong with this drama per se. It's just that nothing much happens. It would be odd to say that a drama that only has 4 episodes was dragged out. But that's how I feel. This should have been a movie. Or better yet. Not have existed at all.

I can't point at any specific thing and say that's bad. In fact, there were several scenes that I actually enjoyed, But there was maybe 1 or 2 such scenes in every episode. Which left about 35-40 minutes each episode that felt wasted. Those 35-40 minutes felt like fillers.

So much of this drama felt unnecessary. This could have easily been wrapped up in 1 episode, and still have been boring.

Now to the acting. I like both Park Hyung Shik and Han So Hee's acting. They are both fantastic actors. Seperately. Together, they just don't have any chemistry. I can barely believe these two are friends, let alone lovers. I think they both would have benefited from a more dynamic drama.

Oh well. That's 176 minutes wasted.

If you are fan of slow dramas, where nothing much happens. This might work for you. But if you're like me and actually want something to happen. You would be wasting your time with this.

Ugh (ft. slow and boring)

Cheating dramas are problematic. Without genuine reasons of cheating, it would be difficult to convince viewers to stay. This show gives silly reasons for why men cheat their good & hardworking wives and why women would yearn for company of married men.

Without the revenge track, it would be difficult to soothe the fewer viewers who had somehow managed to stay. That's not gonna happen in this one. Nah nah, not in this season, I don't give a rodent's posterior about the revenge, if at all, that happens in next season, if at all, that manages to air.

This show wastes time in talking about random things like golf, oriental medicine, dogs blah blah, in the first half of episodes and glorifying whatever "love"/lust emotions cheaters were feeling in the second half. By the time, it reaches the point of actual cheating, already 10 or 12 episodes are gone. Even good and realistic dialogues are made to lose their charm by saying again and again. Episodes after 5 or 6 can be finished in 15 minutes.

There were one or two things I liked. One, the kids of 50yr couple and 40yr couple. Their words and actions were so mature than their dads' (lol!). Two, the radio station scenes and the ladies' work dinners along with Seo Ban. Both the scenes had interesting dialogues especially Seo Ban's snarky replies.

I can only conclude that the writer has taken her audience for dummies, spoon feeding them; telling them in nagging dialogues instead of showing them with subtlety. She could have written a tighter screenplay excluding all irrelevant scenes. It could have been tiny bit interesting had she not made the mistresses so generic, so predictable.

In final episode, the hurried afterthought of adding new character and "new" links between characters was badly executed cliffhanger. By then, the drama is already an overkill. Although my curiosity is piqued, life is too short and I would rather spend my time watching something amazing.

It's a pity that this was well produced drama oozing extravagance. It's a pity that the music and OST was so good especially, Dead Inside and Memory. It's a pity it had good actors.

Worthless Drama

Drama so boring, leads chemistry not match. Its rating is 8.3, but I think it actually deserves around 6.7. I tried to watch it for the female lead, but the male lead was so amateurish that I couldn’t stand it. He acted with the same tone of voice and expressions throughout all 12 episodes. Honestly, I couldn’t even bear to watch it properly. I only forced myself to finish it. My advice to you is to watch better productions or go back to old K-dramas. I truly regret wasting 12 hours on this.

This drama started so wholesome then it turned bitter and heartbreaking. I was very interested in the main couple in the beginning, as episodes went by the domestic abuse storyline grew and overshadowed the main plot.
Patriarchy played a huge role in the way the abuse and the reaction (or lack of) to it was shown. Nobody seems to truly step back and say: you don't deserve to go to jail, you're both victims, his actions were inexcusable, and neither of you were responsible for the situation he created. Instead, it's played as if their intelligence and arrogance as intelligent, beautiful women is partially to blame for the situation.
Both sisters lived their lives as shells, not recovering and basically never speaking about it. They tried to punish themselves in their own ways, hurting Hae Won in the process. Essentially making her the third victim of her father, which I’m sure she would have been if he stayed alive long enough.
I feel like the show gives the abuser (a sort of) free pass, trying to present him as a ‘good’ father and socially likable, as if that makes what he did more okay? I needed a scene where he was vocally called out and branded as he was – a manipulator and an abuser, that scene never happened.
I wish I could end the review with a positive note, but I cannot. Society plays a crucial role (along with the law system) in situations like these. Women should be able to speak up and be heard, not blamed. Society as a whole needs to open the topic of domestic abuse and not bury its head in the sand.

A healing and chill drama to watch.

As someone who usually who watches thriller and crime dramas, I was quite hesitant watching this drama. However I just love the dynamic of the four main characters, it felt healing and I really admired their sense of comradery. I think they compliment each other well and the cast defiantly have good chemistry. As for the storyline without giving away spoilers, I appreciated that it did not drag on unnecessarily whilst still having character development. I felt like a lot of consideration was put into the scene, so I highly recommend people watch ‘The Fabulous’.

Makes as much sense and is about as entertaining as an 80's song medley

This may start off as a youth romance but pretty fast takes a turn to the kids acting like adults, with adult gangster problems... or is it corruption, murder CEO problems?

Though the drama does have some fluff and a whole lot of cliches, what strikes me the most is the dim beige/grey lighting that ads a slightly depressing filter to the drama... And even though they spend a lot of time at the beach I feel like I keep missing the sun.

The acting could be better, there are some sweet well preformed moments here and there but neither of the leads are very good with facial expressions and emotions. That said both are pretty good at delivering physical scenes as well as action and tension. However the moment they are supposed to feel something it just becomes cringey be it sadness, love (not lust though), anger... It just feels off....

If I were to play a drinking game about finding lines from 80s song, show of abs or the words I will always love you, I would need to get my stomach pumped by the 9th episode or so as the "always", and love confessions come as often as (I will let you use your imagination), only to be disproved over and over again... I love you, I will now leave you, I will always love you... I will run away and if you love me you will not look for me... over and over again or at least that is what it feels like...

That said it is an ok watch, mostly entertaining and fun to watch just make sure to turn off your brain before you start watching it as nothing is consistent, nothing makes sense and the lack of scars as well as the healing power of those young men can put Connect (the drama/webtoon starring Jung Hae In) to shame.

When I think of Descendants of the Sun, the first thing that comes to mind is cheese! This show is extra cheesy, and honestly I love cheese! Unfortunately, I am also kinda lactose intolerant, so after eating a certain amount of cheese I am left with regrets, and a stomach ache. That's exactly how I felt after watching the last episode. *Cue the rage of a thousand fans*

I think the biggest problem I had with this show is that it tried to mix in three genres without a coherent plot to bring it all together. It's part rom-com, part military drama, and part hospital sitcom. The love story is probably what makes most people excited about the show, the military scenes are a cool action bonus, and the hospital sitcom keeps things from getting too heavy and depressing. Unfortunately, because the script is so weak, I was too disconnected to keep caring about the show, and it started to become very boring. I kept watching for one reason only Song Joong Ki.

Song Joong Ki is oddly cast in a lot of ways. He has a super baby face, and boyish charm, but still managed to be a believable bad@ss soldier. I would easily rate his character/acting 10. Not only did I develop a 16 episode crush on him, but I really cared about his assignments. The show would have been a million times more enjoyable for me if they just let his story be the center, or rather, the bromance between Shi Jin, and Dae Yeong. Their relationship was my favorite part of the show. Their characters didn't have much depth individually, but their bromance was solid.

There is also great chemistry between Song Joong Ki, and Song Hye Kyo, but not much to their overall story. Every moment with them is exactly the same - they flirt, they separate, she gets mad, he's extra charming, they flirt again. Early on, I really started to dislike Dr. Kang Mo Yeon, which made it hard to sympathize with her anger at him. Eventually I started to like her a little more, but no matter how cute their flirty scenes, or how strangely amusing their brink of death dating was, their story is still repetitive, which gets old quick.

The 2nd leads also had a romance, that had a few more obstacles thrown their way (parents, distance, almost dying), but was just as repetitive - fight, confess, spontaneous affection, fight. It's like each story just filled in the same blanks for each episode. It was actually the older minor characters who had the most interesting love story. I thought Seo Jeong Yeon and Lee Seung Jun were really cute, and deserve an honorable mention.

The supporting cast was pretty good. Some were much better than others, and some were almost completely useless (the head of the hospital... that ditzy doctor... ugh). I had to bring the acting down to an 8 because of that, but the cast is really the only good thing this show has going for it.

What was the point of this drama? At first it seemed like a way to show how hard it can be to date a soldier, but because the show didn't take itself seriously, it was hard for me to take that too seriously, even with that emotionally manipulative 15th episode. The conflicts at the hospital were ridiculous, and mostly filler. The best episodes took place when the medical staff went overseas to Urk, but once that was over, the show seemed to have no clue what to do. Did they run out of travel budget, so they decided to just wing it for the last episodes? Even in Urk, the plot was super predictable, and totally unrealistic, but it was still very entertaining (yummy Cheese!!!). When they returned, my feelings about the show went downhill, and I was no longer excited about watching the next episode. Then suddenly things got very serious out of nowhere, only to end with the silliest (and worst) last episode I've ever seen in any drama (yes THE worst!). I wonder if episode 15 was the original ending, and then it was changed last minute to avoid a backlash. That's the only thing I can think of as an explanation for why it was so bad.

The music? meh. The scenery? epic. The english spoken? decent. The shirtless men running? Daebak.

Would I rewatch? Not unless someone makes an edited version of only scenes with Song Joong Ki.

Overall It's like they rolled a kdrama dice and just threw stuff in at random to get people hooked, then they just focused on all the ways they can successfully incorporate product placement. Maybe that was the real point, to see how many ads they could sneak into a drama.

Even though there were moments I really enjoyed, I can't recommend this drama, especially after sitting through that ending. I wish they cut it down to 10 episodes, removing all the unnecessary fluff, and sneaky ads (subway, hyundai, make up, coffee, snacks, hiking equipments, travel apps... umm... except for the self driving car, because that scene was actually cool ) then maybe it would be a drama worthy of all the hype.

Or maybe you can treat my review like lactaid. Now that you know what to expect, maybe you can better digest all the cheese this show has to offer.

Messy Sequel

First of all I only watched this cuz LYR was in it and the story was kinda interesting at first even though there were plenty of messy parts but ML and FL acting was really good some are saying they don't feel the chemistry but ig it's cuz they can't freely do pure romance cuz of FL actresses age.
I'm genuinely so disappointed of the times I even defended this drama on diff soc med platforms just for it to go downhill after 30+ eps and I actually really do like the Ximeng part UNTIL THEY MADE IT MORE COMPLICATED 😭💔.
Tbh Idc what anyone says but FL keeps making irrational and SELFISH decisions like I just don't get how u lit save each other and have the chance to be together BUT STILL DID NOT CHOOSE THAT 🤦‍♀️ like I'm career driven person myself but if I truly love someone and they sacrifice a lot for me, then why the heck not ill choose them over anything else.

Also the freaking ambitious ending oh fck noh 🙄 all that sacrifice and blood just for an open ending like btch it's straight up dog sht.

But overall I think the FL despite her age she's still incredibly talented and I hope she gets to have a proper drama cuz this drama made her a scapegoat. I truly feel bad on all the hate she's getting instead of blaming the writers and director.

Mirror of the Witch is a mediocre drama. The story line is interesting and different, but it is written in circles. Some of the story is riveting, while other parts I felt were just more of the same. The production and cinematography is appealing. Also, the age difference between the leads didn't mean a thing. I probably would not have rated it as high if the lead female character was not awesome. She is written so well as smart and strong which is great to see. Although I get why it ended the way it did because it makes since for her character, it was still bitter sweet. I felt like it was a waste considering how much struggle the other characters put into keeping that from happening. I guess I would have rated it higher if the ending had been different also.

The acting is good. Kim Sae Ron is a great little actress and I hope that she can keep that skill into adult hood. I enjoyed her portrayal of Yeon Hee with both vulnerability and strength. Yoon Shi Yoon also did a good job as Heo Jun. He had the most character development and he was a cool character. The other actors were ok also.

The music is good.

I won't rewatch this.

If you like supernatural historical dramas or a Yoon Shi Yoon fan, then this isn't a bad watch.

Watch - Laugh - Enjoy, Nothing More | Comedy Track Standouts in Gold Hunt !

Before going to start the review I would like to present 2 points from my side.
1) I'm a big fan of undercover dramas, and a big fan of NIS dramas. Vagabond drama introduced NIS dramas to me in kdrama. From then on I became a fan of NIS, Undercover, Secret Agents, Spy dramas because of the Writing and Execution of the story- tight plots, layered characters, is simply best with a lot of intense and well cinematographed action scenes, suspenseful mind games, strategic battles,
deep conspiracies make every episode unpredictable and thrilling.
2) But not every drama/story sticks to a serious, high intensity narrative sometimes the makers jump into a different story telling approach like with mix of comedy, mild romance or selected character driven subplots aligning with the core story. The drama's success results depend on the Execution.

Now Undercover High School drama results out, Let's see.

Story 8/10
The core story of the drama is tracking down the whereabouts of Emperor Gojong's missing gold bars. The skilled NIS agent goes undercover operation as a highschool student to track those missing gold bars, but eventually finds that his present undercover operation is interconnected with his father's missing case. He has to deal with two different missions 1) Finding gold bars 2) Uncover the truth behind his father's missing case. The story is looking strong on the page like a serious narrative but the narrative is completely different than what we expect. The writer approached a different way of story telling - aligning the comedy part with the serious narrative line. I can say they succeeded with this comedy track. While the majority of the drama runs with the comedy plot in parallel the story follows the mystery plot. To find the missing gold bars they need to crack down the mysteries behind the 4 stories and take the key hints from those stories. Between 1-4 episodes they mixed the horror elements aside from the school violence part I enjoyed the horror elements and stories behind them. Also elements like standing against school bullying, conflict friendships, main leads love track, father-son story, Brother-Sister bonding, School scenes make the drama enjoyable. For the plot twist - watch it.

Drama - A Good Comedy Entertainer 9/10.

I give 9/10 to the drama. Everything is perfect but somewhere I felt unfinished with some parts like -
weak emotional development in Hae Seong and his father's story. This part is very crucial for the Hae Seong emotional development but giving their story in epilogues made the story emotionally weak, to make the audience emotional this is not enough, except for the funeral scene where it was written poorly. Kim Min Ju's character is a typical k-drama high school one but her part of the story is also poorly written or maybe I expected a strong character from her.
One of the dramas strongest points is no forced romance between main leads. Like everyone, I enjoyed their cute cheese chemistry. Whether they used childhood cliché or not is the secondary thing However their funny chemistry is strong and enough to enjoy more scenes of them.

I give 10/10 for NIS Squad, drama's biggest Asset.

K-dramas are famous for creating memorable trios, squads, or team dynamics, whether in action thrillers, high school dramas, or romance series. We know that these groups often bring a mix of loyalty, humour, emotional depth and betrayal making them an essential part of storytelling.
Undercover High School, this drama gave us another memorable squad with Hae Seong, Mi Jeong, Yeong Hun, Seok Ho. I enjoyed this squad every moment & every scene. Especially in episode 04 & episode 08 their comedy went peak level :). I don't care about other aspects as long as the drama keeps me entering.

Acting 10/10
Every kdrama fan knows actor Lee Kwang Soo, once he said about acting in comedy oriented like this " comedy is one of the hardest genres to act in because it requires perfect timing and natural delivery. Great acting from Yoon Ga Yi, Jo Bok Rae, Jeon Bae Soo.
Seo Kang Joon, this good pick for his comeback drama after his military discharge. Not a complex character to portray, but it is an easy one for him. He acted well according to his character. However watching him in school uniform really made him look cool or Is it only me to think like that.
Decent acting from Jin Ki Joo, She is one of the best actors out there in the Korean Industry. Sad- she might not get hyped for what she really deserves, but her acting is consistently good. She brings a natural and emotional depth to her characters.

Crew Departments.
Screen Writer Lim Young Bin, designed the story very well. He took a unique approach to the traditional NIS, Undercover genre. Instead of focusing solely on high intense action and deep conspiracies he crafted a simple yet high entertaining with funny and lovable characters. Director Choi Jung In did an excellent job in presenting the story and bringing it to the small screen with strong execution and engaging Storytelling. He maintained a smooth pace, and well crafted moments that highlighted both comedic and Undercover elements. This Screen Writer & Director duo succeeded in bringing a highly entertaining drama with a well balanced mix of action, humour and emotion. By skillfully handling the characters and their arcs, they delivered Undercover High School drama that was both entertaining and satisfying. Additionally their every character received a satisfying ending, making the drama even more enjoyable and fulfilling.
Good Cinematography DoP by Kim Seong-han and Jo Min-cheol. Well composed shots and effective lighting.
Music by Park Se Jun, every track is awesome and lyrically beautiful.
Art Directors - Shin Seung-jun and Jeon Yeo-kyung, notable art work in designing Byeongmun High School.
Editing by Kim Mi-kyung and Lee Ga-young.

Overall Undercover High School well rounded drama that perfectly balances comedy, action and humour. It is a highly entertaining package with hilarious moments and heartfelt scenes. This drama is for everyone.

Season 2 possible ?
It's a open ending, we can assume that Hae Seong went to another undercover mission this time as Teacher. Not confirmed by the makers but depending on the ending it is possible and we can expect another season.
