Thought romance, turns out Pokemon Go: Thriller addition ... w plotholes, and awkward writing

So I was expecting this to be a lovers reunion; I've always thought so from the cover and title, that's why I kept the title on the Plan to See shelf for so long 😆😅Then to my surprise this is Pokemon Go the movie with a DEEP PLOT and ACTION!I liked the story premises and I'm hooked up!But the acting more like writing was on the weak side considering A LIST actors were on the show! Their actions and reactions were sometimes awkward, embarrassing, and weird!I hope it's just a first episod thingy where some series have everything awkward at first..Aside from that, we have PLOT HOLES, not many but major ones! Like we have no idea when did he get the AR lenses, we don't get any back story on how futuristic is AR in this world! Like why was he so impressed? We don't know in his world how developed is AR games to judge if the game is really that impressive!And we didn't know the email contents or see how he located the contact and the starting point of the game, especially that he was totally clueless about the whole thing!but he adapted so fast and streamed the game live to his team?!?! All these major things make no sense, for we saw his first night went awfully and he only booked the night of his arrival!Anyways, it's a good original plot as far as I watched with great actors and setting so I hope it doesn't go downhill.

I THINK THIS WILL MAKE ME CRY SO MUCH

First of all, I would really like to talk about the great chemistry of the characters and the friendship and love surrounding the circle of their neighborhood. I really love the plot and especially the story of this drama. But, As I read some reviews and after spoiling myself, by watching some clips, I have some thoughts about what my ratings should be for this drama. I have confusion and some concerns about how it will end. I really hope this drama is worth my time, since I have already watch a hundred of Korean and asians dramas I think this have the potential to be great. And why is no one talking about Jun/ Joon's Age. I really thought that RARA and him was on the same age. I should suggest that this drama should b tagged as Younger man/ Older Woman, but it could be a spoiler.

seems like Yanase is the type of person that not only lacks self esteem/unconfident, he's easily manipulated. that freakin douche Benji that keeps putting him down, while manipulating him into doing his bidding is Machiavellian . if i was Yanase, i would ask that f*cker if i'm that bad, why does he want me so much. am i his charity case?!? he's like an abusive husband, that's brain-washing his spouse into believing that without him, they aint worth anything. **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************the fact Yanase was happily going along with that (even though i get, his final decision was made cause of Kaneda) just the fact that A-hole Benji would think he won or that now, he would have ample time to chip away at Yanase's self esteem and break him, made me see red. cause in real life this wouldn't bode well. so glad this a drama, and Kaneda was pushed into showing his hand (even though him bowing out, after confessing made me LOL literally) but glad that cat is out of it's bag and as there 2 more ep's, wonder where this will go - considering in the next ep (going by the preview) a yr has already passed and Yanase is back. but finally this is moving forward and not static. **********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************side not - i Don't 'ship' the fujoshi's - kinda allergic for the need to 'ship' every character on scene to get shipped. can we just focus on the mains?!?

What an powerful episode

Before learning about K-drama's and K-pop, I had no idea that a school systems existed that were are so fundamentally different that the one from my own country. Learning that that from a young age, children is South-Korea (but also other Asian countries like India) get pressured to get a certain or even best 'rank' broke my heart. It's sad, that what I first discovered through the lyrics of a BTS song only seemed to get worse as time passed by. Unfortunately, I also see the same thing starting to happen in my own country. Just when during their developing years, children and teenagers learn so much from playing and interacting with each other. Like the defendant said: 'Children have to play right now. Later is too late.It's too late after getting into university, after getting a job and after getting married. In a life full with anxiety, it will be too late to find the only way to happiness.' I'm really glad, that the team behind 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo' tackles these important topics. I hope that with the rising popularity of our whale couple, also these social messages from each episode will positively impact the Korean public. The writing of this drama truly is one of a kind. Dramas like these truly help broaden people's mind and with that hopefully change will follow.

The tarot card reading gave me major icky…

The tarot card reading gave me major icky vibes. I can see now how cultures are different. Where I come from, the tarot lady would not tell anyone to break up with their partner. They usually give vague answers not to influence the customer too much. They also try not to tell you the worst things but just hint at them. I just felt like this lady saw unfortunate cards and was like: "yup, just break up. Nothing to see here. Just poverty." - I hope the producers did not instruct the lady to be dramatic af but who knows.The lesbian couple was really calming. I liked the monk and his metaphors. Really well spoken as expected.And for our Bosung and Min Jun - I felt like that was a really raw experience of a family that has issues. It brought up some of my bad memories when I was struggling with acceptance in my family. So I think it was great and authentic (though impolite) that Min Jun did not eat because why should he put on a face? Just to be polite for the TV? When he clearly is uncomfortable he should show it. In-laws can be jerks.
