smart move and yet not so smart

I loved grandma's decision to disinherit her relatives and wish more rich people would do the same with their good for nothing families, but the way in which it was all delivered isn't the best of ideas towards Eun Sung.

As if the girl needed another reason to be unjustly hated by everyone.



This drama is full of twists and turn and very typical, but I must confess it gets pretty addictive, once the first episodes are over.

I sure want to see how these three shopaholics are going to fair. Not to mention that if Hwan is penniless, is pretty much useless as bf material in the eyes of greedy stepmother, who will probably order her daughter to seduce Manager Park's son. LOL

... that ever sprang from a pen.

I wonder if the author was taking drugs while inventing the character of Hwan. Not even Lee Seung Gi's natural charm can atone for the character he plays here. I obviously know he's going to change, but I wonder why drama authors seem to believe the taming of a jerk were more satisfying for the viewer than a good guy finally getting a reward for his being good from the start.



This said, this episode marks for me the first, real improvement in the plot. All the characters are slowly gathering together on the same plot line, while they were like separate entities until now - quite confusing.

I am now curious to know what the whole living at grandmother's house scenario is going to create in terms of quarrels and banters.



The evil stepmother - who was introduced as such in the very first minutes of the drama - is strangely irritating me less than Hwan the Master Jerk, Hwan's petulant mother and - for now - Hwan's brat sister.

Seong-hee Baek is clearly up to more evil, I have no doubt, but she has just as evidently gone through hell (she mentioned her first husband beating her, among other things).

Nice job, Lee Gak!

I liked this episode. Lee Gak is really doing a nice job and the truth is gradually revealing.



BUT I started to think.. about the ending - how would it end ?



And I'm thinking that I might not like the end. Now it seems that Lee Gak is supposed to return to Joeseon to be with Boo Yong. and Pak Ha is supposed to be with the real Tae Yang. I don't know if I would like it that way because even though they look the same they seem to be different persons. I'm just hoping that this drama evolves out in a way I'll enjoy it in the end..

Right now I'm a bit worried.. Because, as Lee Gak and Pak Ha has spend to much time together it would be sad if Lee Gak will return to Joseon... dunno... we'll see..

That is why I LOVE YongGul so much!!! He's not your typical drama guy, who lets his woman walk away with another man, he grabs her by the hand and pulls her into the house, he hears the phone calling and knows it's his rival, he doesn't just leave all hurt and teary, he grabs and throws away the phone and KISSES her PASSIONATELY!!! Oh.My.God!!! That was a hot kiss, and a real one, where Shin SeKyung answered to Yoo AhIn's kiss, thank you, kangdungnim-sshi, for not making this into another poll kissing scene!!! This was a long waited one... phew~ SATISFYING!!!

Then, of course, he went ahead, and presented his masculine dominance by demanding she resigns from the company, YoungGul-sshi...igon andwaeji... she's FINALLY successful, why take away her career there... yes, I know, because you hate JaeHyuk... if the circle goes on again... I don't know... just decide already...

I feel so. . . .torn. I want In Ha and Yoon Hee to be together, BUT I REALLY want Jun and Ha Na to be together. I didn't want them to break up, but i know they really had no choice. The only other option is that they run away together, but i know Ha Na wouldn't want to do that. She can't leave her Mom and i wouldn't either. And my heart was just aching every time the both of them cried. And on top of that, they're parents getting married?? Oh If I was Ha Na, i would have completely fell apart. But the final blown was at the restaurant where they had to pretend to have met each other for the first time. I can't wait to see how this is going to play out in the next ep.

Some facts...

1. JaeHyuk is starting to fall into my black list very quickly... Gosh, how difficult it is for him to see another person succeed? Just leave YoungYoung ALONE, damn, I see him as a human being only when he's with GaYoung, other places he's either a robot, or worse... like his father... crazy dictator...

2. Ohoho~ so the square faced designer-sshi is not only a b***, but also a criminal (though I'm not sure what she did, as I watched raw, but that was a lawyer for sure, haha~).

3. Anna, the most pathetic character ever... get over yourself girl, and go get a life... you should have seen her face when she saw no necklace in the box... NOT.YOURS!!!

That person is Ha Na...

So he did see them! That's maybe why he looks so distracted in the following scenes. But what will happen now? Did he go forward with the wedding and plan on telling him, he and Ha Na shouldn't be together? He knows better than anyone how it feels to be separated from someone he loves. So I wonder, will he do, what a lot of us will probably categorize as the "selfish" thing (even if we know his history) or will he say that him and Yoon Hee getting married is not a reason why they (Ha Na and Joon) shouldn't be together? Which to me it isn't either since they are not blood related, they are both adults, and they met before their parents reunited.



This drama is still surprising me and the acting is still as strong as it was in the first episode. I love how at the end they do that close up when they are sitting in front of each other.



I wonder what will happen?! There was no preview, so the ending was a bigger cliffhanger since I don't even have a hint. Only 6 episodes to go! Time went by fast!
