Fight for Love Episode 1

I haven't seen any Victoria Song dramas, but I am a big fan of Ding Yu Xi. I like that she is a much more mature FL, unlike the younger actresses often in these types of dramas, and unlike Ding Yu Xi's normal leading ladies. She seems to have more substance. I am not familiar with the source material. I like the chemistry with Chu Yu and the Eldest Wei brother, and the light banter between her and Wei Yun is nice though no real sparks yet. While nothing too exciting happens this episode, I am intrigued enough to keep going.

at the end when Xiao Bai told Da Hei it would be their 2rd kiss i m pretty sure he is wrong & it might be their 4th - even though with their imagination running wild i might be wrong. but their wooing & flirting is hilarious to me - so weird to find something hot & funny at the same time. but this is so much fun & that is making me dread what's to come. cause sooner or later all the lies will come to light & then what.... ugh

this is light & funny but when u think about the seriousness of the situation, not only about the mains but the sick sister. it is pretty heavy stuff. Xiao Bai is betraying & lying to Da Hei, ironically he is gonna end up getting hurt not just hurting Da Hei when the sh*t hits the fan - which will occur sooner or later. & Da Hei lying to his grandmother is another huge problem, yes he did that cause it was his sister wish & he too didn't want to worry their grandmother, but what if something happens to her, how will he face his grandmother then?!? that's a huge burden to carry. ***********************************************************but other then the lies & the obstacle this is funny & fun & that kiss was hot as f*ck. they both very attracted to each other even if they r not ready to face this fact. but that's what i love about slow-burn romances where everything develops slowly & it is like taking ur time enjoying a really good chocolate bar - yummy.

okay so where do i start? yeah, su-ho bro u are way too pathetic!!! BREAKING UP WITH HER CUZ U FEEL BAD FOR HER????? HUUUUHHH??? WHAT KIND OF LOGIC IS THAAATTTT??? like okay okay i’ll try to understand where u are coming from and that “iT’s nOt fAiR” for her, but girl literally sobbed her eyes out telling u that she doesn’t mind and that she would wait for you MAN SHE EVEN TOLD U THAT SHE WOULD WAIT FOR YEARSSSS AND WOULD SAVE UP AND COME VISIT YOU and u still broke up with her???? THAT’S PATHETIC!!!! joo-gyeong deserves better than an one-sided breakup. she deserves WAY better than this and SHE GOTTA MOVE TF ON!!!!ik breakups are hard and u can’t move on in a day or two, but also some ppl don’t deserve a second chance and su-ho is one of these ppl.like what if they get married and he has a problem at work like the company going bankrupt for example, would he divorce her cuz it’s not fair for her to go through something like this????? i bet he would 🤷🏻♀️like man i felt so so soooo bad for her when he came back to korea and then back home and he was texting her asking if she got back home safe, i felt so bad seeing TONS of her messages with no response from him ;(((and what’s with these ppl saying that seo-jun is trying to steal his friend’s girlfriend? HUUUUHHHH???? ARE U GUYS WATCHING THE SAME KDRAMA AS ME OR WHAT????first thing first, she’s his EX-GIRLFRIEND so he has no right to interfere with her love life anymore.secondly, JUST THE WAY HE TREATS HERRRR 🤌🏼 he’s so respectful of her, like as much as he wants and loves her, he never tried to break them apart like NEVERRRR he even pushed joo-gyeong to be with su-ho and always listened to her.he could have kissed her when she was drunk, but he never did that.THE WAY HE TREATED THAT “idol” (that bytch who joo-gyeong works with) WAS PERFECT!!!! THAT’S WHY I LOVE HIMMM!!! HIS PROTECTIVENESS!!!!bro even BEGGED her for just 3 dates!!!! 3 DATESSSS???!!! BRO LOVED HER FOR 3 YEARS AND ASKED JUST FOR 3 DATES???? THAT’S LIKE ONE DATE PER YEAR!!!! while su-ho went on tons of dates with joo-gyeong and made tons of memories hell they were even childhood friends!!!! AND BRO LET HER GO THAT EASILY!!!! AND WANTS HER THAT EASILY TOO????????? NAHHHHH I OBJECT!!!!in conclusion, seo-jun is the sweetest guy ever and just his protectiveness over joo-gyeong and his cheeky smile when he finally made her nervous around him.i just love that guy with my whole heart and he deserves the world :’))) some side notes:•never expected soo-ah and tae-hoon (that extra cheerful couple) to breakup WHAAATTT? 😭😭😭😭•nah nope no we don’t need su-jin 🤚🏼•HER SIS LOOKED SO DAMN GORGEOUS IN THAT DRESSSSS!!! ISTG IF SHE SHOWED UP TO THE WEDDING IN SOMETHING OTHER THAN A PRETTY WEDDING DRESS IMMA CRASH OUTTTTT

so maybe i was wrong about Xiao Bai's boss & he is just being a "boss". but now wondering did Steven give Da Hei the dangerous job with Dou Ke Yi's approval?!? why?!? from what i got Dou Ke Yi was ready to give Da Hei the money - no lone - no repayment - no ties. Da Hei was the one the offered to back it back. think something is getting lost in translation. hope it gets cleared up as this progresses. ***************************************************************************************************but like how the romance is progressing between the leads, it is very subtle, it's not hot & heavy - rushed hormones craziness. i like how organic this feels. both r noticing the other but taking a step back, cause they on unsure ground. kinda love this slow-burn romance, 8 more ep's to go - more then enough time for it to develop at a realistic pace. that will also be very fulfilling to watch... lol

is the intelligence bureau involved in domestic matter as catting criminals?!? or maybe Dou Ke Yi outfit is organized crime so it's why the government is involved. idk guess they like the FIB. either way poor Da Hei is an errand boy & at worse a fighter. which i guess is against the law. still feel really bad for him he is shouldering so much & i get why. but i wish eh talked to his grandmother, she isn't that fragile & am sure the situation (his sister medical bills) can be paid with effort on both their parts. not to mention being all alone in the hospital is kinda depressing - which is turn can prolong healing. *****************************but it is what it is... & as is Steven is gonna put Da Hei is dangerous situation, to pay back money he didn't even give him. but cause the boss is away the mice can play at being the boss. ugh

the eps r so short they don't start they finish. so was right that the reason Da Hei is getting surveilled is cause he works for Dou Ke Yi. but from what i got (the ep i found had bad subs so it was a guessing game) Xiao Bai working for a government agency not for the cops. but i might be wrong cause of the subs. either way i am happy to see that he is a bit of a goofball & isn't the conniving manipulator i though he was at the start. & yet he is still lying to Da Hei & keeping tabs on him, so sooner or later this will come out & cause a break-up & a lot of hurt. ************************************************************************************btw No Sir, Xiao Bai boss is sus as f*ck - idk why but i don't trust him.

cute 1st ep, but wondering who Xiao Bai is working for & why is he keeping tabs on Da Hei, someone who isn't just poor, but hard working, unconnected average human. & he started to work for Dou Ke Yi after he moved into the rented house - not before. or was it cause Dou Ke Yi is a regular customer at his grandmothers food stall, so they must be connected & thus need to be surveilled?!? time will tell i guess - but Xiao Bai overly friendly attitude & goofy behavior is annoying as Da He is already struggling & has a tough life he doesn't need to be gaslit & duped - when he seems innocent.

I love episode 1 to 3 but episode 4 is such a let downThe apology scene on campus was so painful to watch. They bullied him, vandalised his door, and made his life miserable. Then suddenly, after overhearing a short conversation between Ice and another student about Professor Mint, they realised Ice was the real victim and decided to apologise. Watching all five bullies pour paint over themselves as a form of apology felt so empty. It was meant to be emotional, but instead it came across as awkward and forced. I couldn’t feel any sincerity from it, just discomfort. The GL kiss and NC scene also felt misplaced. If they wanted to explore that relationship, they should have built the emotional connection first. There was no chemistry or buildup, so the kiss felt random and unnecessary. Instead of adding depth, it took me out of the moment completely. Then came the balcony scene, which was supposed to be the emotional turning point between Saint and Ice. For three episodes, we watched Ice’s anger and heartbreak build because of the misunderstanding. The tension between them was so powerful, but in this episode, it all vanished in a few seconds. Just a quick explanation that Saint’s dad took his phone and sent those messages, and suddenly everything was fine. Something that was meant to be heartbreaking and meaningful ended up feeling rushed and hollow. And that final drunk kiss… it left me feeling conflicted. Were they acting in character for the play, or was it real? Did they kiss because they finally cleared the air, or because they were drunk and confused? Ice still has a boyfriend, so the whole moment just felt wrong. If so, that makes it cheating, being drunk doesn’t excuse it. At least show him breaking up with his boyfriend first. The only part that truly touched me was when they held hands and started crying as they shared how much they missed each other. That moment felt so real. Their emotions finally poured out, and both actors did such an amazing job showing their pain and love. It was raw, genuine, and heartbreaking to watch.Overall, episode 4 left me sad, not because of the story’s tragedy, but because it lost the emotional depth that made the first three episodes so special. I just hope the next episode brings back the sincerity and connection that once made this series so moving.

This is the End. Its so heavy for me. To many emotions here. Omg. Wow. This was fantastic. I knew i would come to enjoy this drama before i even started it, shorts on youtube teased me to much and the marvelous reviews here on MDL. Now i am off to write my own review. Ming Yi & Jo Bozai and the rest of the sidekicks, i love all of you!

When they fight by each others side. When they gaze at each other and hold hands. The ultimate power couple. I am so proud of how far they have come on this epic journey. And it is soon to end. I dont want this to end.

Ji Bozai`s origins is way more darker and heartbreaking than i though. Its pure luck he had to see that after falling in love with Ming Yi, or this would have really turned him WAY MORE distrustful of mankind. My tears are still running...this is so sad

I find the ML adorable and fully annoying at the same time!! Why would she be jumping near the edge of a cliff while it's raining?????? I still enjoyed the episode especially of the leads at both dinners.

The Seven Relics of Ill Omen Episode 10

This episode was better, but overall this series is pulling a plow. And wasting a lot of time on weak comedic setups to contrive drama events. The 'humor' of Cao and 13K's idiocy has gotten old.
