Taking advantage and revenge

XiNing has left room to avoid Cantonese opera and helps herself to professor’s noodles. She is quite shameless and opportunistic. She is a smarter and quieter version of Qing and just as annoying. 😝 BeiChuan is also annoying but he’s not as in your face about it. He’s run out of his room to escape the whirlwind of XiNing😂 She wants him to do his laundry in her room at night to get even with loud roommate. She double benefits because she’s invited herself to steal half his food regularly. I would feel sorry for him but consider it karma because that is exactly how thoughtless he’s been with his friend. Mr Li calls the business but her roommate hangs up on him. She calls back and sets up a meeting to check out the factory. He is impressed with what he sees and gives her a contract. If they pull this off, it will forge a partnership. While she is doing this, her roommate is throwing her under the bus. She is just about to tear up the contract when XiNing returns with a deal. These are quickly stamped and returned. I don’t think she bothered to read the penalty clause which is why her prior company was dragging feet. She comes back to find a 20k commission, a roommate with an attitude, and a 40% mark up in raw materials. Here is where she hits up Mr Yan. I find it funny that BeiChuan is used as her human lie detector.😂 They make him a contract and the first batch is made. There is a rainstorm and when they check the shipment they discover it is soaked and there are no labels inside. This breaches their agreement and it has to be redone. What was rather humerous is that the two women had to cooperate. The older one is more maliciously scheming but XiNing is a self serving one. They both know they are in trouble with Mr Li for being late but it would be much more difficult had they been shipped. The roomie knows somebody is sabotaging, so she hits the market to find out who promising to make her new buddy the truck driver beat lumps on them. Turns out Lu and Yan made a side deal. They made a duplicate fake order to get more money for workers. At least that is their argument. 😝 So there are jeans made the right way with wrong fabric and others made wrong with their fabric. It’s a big mess and Yan has hurt far more than helped. He is very like Dalun with business and just as unapologetic. BeiChuan thinks Yan and XiNing well matched and I agree😝 The story won’t go that way, but their skills do complement with opportunistic scheming. She and Yan go toe to toe dealing behind the scenes to correct the problem. So far, I’m not impressed with any of the main characters in this arc😝 The acting skills are very good because I equally dislike all of them.😂

well hell didn't expect that kiss at the…

well hell didn't expect that kiss at the end, i thought this would be bromance heavy (which i was more then fine with) so pleasantly surprised. but sadly, given everything that is happening i doubt this is gonna be a start of their relationship. think if anything, they gonna part ways (well the description more or less says that is what's gonna happen lol). so will have to wait & see, how this unfolds in the next ep. *************************************************************************************************but regarding this ep, i don't feel even a little bit sad for Huo Ying, the Crown Prince didn't view him as anything but a tool & after using & abusing him for 17yrs, he got tired of playing with his "toy" & is gonna discard him without a 2nd thought. shocking? nope (& maybe evil of me) but i want Huo Ying to die not just cause he will suffer, but cause the "doctor" will too & after the way he betrayed his friend - it will be smoe sweet karma IMO - sorry not sorry. *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************regarding what the Crown Prince did to Shu He, what i don't get is why the King just follows along every moronic idea/request/suggestion/accusation the Crown Prince has?!??? & if he was right, even once then fine - would get it. but he keeps coming off the petty b*tch & yet he requests something & the King rushes to fulfill his wishes - why?!? ********************if i was Shu He i would ask the King why he is enabling his slow execution via his older brother, might as well kill him fast or allow him to join a monastery (as he has been asking from the start), maybe then the Crown Prince will let him live in peace. this pure madness. if u gonna die if u do & die if u don't, why go along to get along - why not rock the freakin boat?!?

Shu He's bff the doctor is still the most…

Shu He's bff the doctor is still the most hated character to me, he acts like a confidant - the only person Shu He can talk to & rely on, while he is actively hiding the mole Shu He's psychotic brother planed in his mistis. ***************************************& that moron - Huo Ying is still loyal to the Crown Prince why?!? he treats him worse then one would a dog & he keeps torturing him, by always finding a reason not to give him the medication he needs to take monthly that will keep him alive. & he still keeps doing his bidding?!??? if it was me, i would butcher the Crown Prince, if i am gonna die cause of his crazy ass - why let him play with me?!? why keep suffering?!???? if anything, take him with me & make sure he gets what he has been dishing out for decades... *************************************************************************************************************************idk what Zi Ang is planning - just hope he doesn't get Shu He into trouble as is he got to many snake trying to take him out & he was endangering himself just to keep Zi Ang safe.

Choices

Both Shuang and Jin'an decide how they will leave this world and each other. Their reasoning is sound but sad. Regrets come too late. A stately funeral procession is interrupted by a lone figure whose wounded heart beats with fervour to reclaim what he has carelessly let go.

This is how comedy is!

Some people say that no logic..only comedy bla bla..broh drama is drama! If there is logic that will be not a drama that's reality..and obviously it’s a comedy crime genre so they just show us that! I like the trio..like their intersection.. Park min young perfectly doing her job.. Haters will be haters! If she play rom-com they hate...play action they hate..playing comedy they still hate her. Actually they have a mental issue.. Just watch it if you need fun in your life.💥🫶💫

Shuang

got to visit the disgraced empress and took her down a few more pegs. She got to take home her father's ashes. Her seductive dance was a surprise given how frosty she has been acting with Prince Annan. She also refused the jade headpin that he offered to let her know he remembered. Sad!

almost everything said between the mains went over my head - the Crown Prince is annoying & i am coming to hate both the doctor & Huo Ying. ******************************************************************************************************************* the fact the King is still alive & well yet the Crown Prince is acting like King & creating havoc is kinda crazy. doesn't the King keep tabs on his own sons?!??? *******************************************************************************************************& even though it went over my head is Zi Ang not the son of the general he is trying to avenge & he a prince - idk if i am more lost or bored, maybe both. hope this get's better cause i am falling asleep

Full of Surprises

A truly memorable episode. From and honorable death of the Grand General to the slimy toad of an empress. Prince Annan is reunited with his brother who is freed by the two nosy tresspassers from his year's long confinement in the custody of his crazed power-hungry wife. Shuang finally realizes what could have been in her relationship to her 'father'.

the princes where pretty close - what came between them?!??? just the Crown Prince going power crazy?!? or there more to this story. either way am happy Shu He realized that he has lost his brother & nothing he does will return them to a time where they trusted & loved one another. it is sad but better to face reality. & even though he knows Zi Ang is using him & has ulterior motives he is ready to help him cause of their past. *********************************************************************************& still the only one i have beef with is that annoying "doctor" that is backstabbing his bff while acting like the closet confidant.

Love, Pain, and the Fragile Bloom of Hope

Shen WenLang does not realize how sharp his words can be. When GaoTu asked him what he would do if an Omega carried his child, his answer came quick and cruel: he would not want it, he never liked children. For GaoTu, who already carries this truth inside him, it was like standing in two worlds at once. One filled with joy and anticipation, the other with fear and doubt. He chooses to leave the company, not out of weakness, but to protect himself and the life growing within him, while searching for the right moment to speak the truth.HuaYong and Sheng ShaoYou, in their intimacy, gave us a glimpse of healing. Sheng ShaoYou knew it was HuaYong, yet still he whispered that he liked him, and leaned forward to kiss him back. In that moment, the weight of betrayal seemed to soften, the walls of hurt began to crumble. HuaYong, remorseful and persistent, continues to apologize, and though Sheng ShaoYou’s smile is faint, it carries forgiveness blooming slowly like spring after a long winter. Two couples, both scarred, both stumbling, yet neither letting go. Soon, a child will arrive, not as a burden, but as a miracle. In tiny hands and innocent breaths, they may find healing, they may find the strength to begin again. This is not tragedy. This is rebirth. Love has been bent, bruised, and broken, yet it blooms still, reaching toward tomorrow like flowers pushing through stone.

Disappointing

I was looking forward to this drama especially after all the bragging by the c-ent drama community how it’s supposed to be the rival of legend of zanghai. What a disappointment! It’s not even worth 1/10th of LOZH. I’m on episode 6 and so far nothing noteworthy has happened. The lead actor cannot act to save his life, he just poses and pouts in his cute pink sparkley dresses . Even the lead actors are better than him. The special effects are atrocious you can literally see all the wires and the green screens are so fake.

The acting and character build-up in this…

The acting and character build-up in this episode were on point. Story progression and deductive skills were very good and in tune with the depicted Song dynasty period.
