BurntBaguettes This was so well made I'm having a blast lmao. I need to sleep but one more. I like the rock-paper-scissors dynamic. I define that as switching. nero truong spanner cheapens rinne's story+line. he really does not contribute anything positive to her. it's eight episodes already & she has not gotten to do a single thing. spanner himself is just extremely obnoxious i do not like his archetypr so it doesn't help that he isn't an inventive new addition to it. the show vastly improved once we got the alchemist class+mates ,like i really enjoy seeing them all interact with each other & a character like houtaro benefits from others. rinne too to be honest ,sabi & renge bridge the harsh gap between those two really well. i get why they went the way they did with this episode but i felt no joy at the conclusion. i really do not like that father but i wonder if the nuance of an abusive parent can ever be captured in two episodes. i really enjoyed the son though ,he was probably the best actor in this show ,l;hj;l.'k;l'.gjl.;'fdlp;. i like it when the episodes focus on specific people for gotchard to help. it means more when we see chemies affect a person with a livelihood & reason rather than a random crook of the week. honestly there is a lot of making for a good show in gothcard & i am being super critical but thisd does hold a place in my heart. at the end of the day a show about heroes trying to help people will get it right.

I hate him fon the first place for treating Nan Heng in a bad situation...at the end our daddy Emperor favors goes to our Nan Heng and he shows the great sacrifices of his beloved son the 7th Prince..I Love on how the Daddy Emperor is a great shipper to Song Yimeng and Nan Heng π«°π

silent_whispers Wow, this is some serious plot maneuvering. Wei Shao definitely decides to entertain the marriage after he sees the lovely bride, and I think it irks him the entire episode. Qiao Man for her part is trying everything to show Wei Shao that she is useful and can help him get what he wants. When the people love her and not him, she realizes she needs to make herself the enemy. I'm glad he saw through that. However, that reveal that he was playing her like a fiddle too was epic. I'm so curious what she will do in response.
