Where Cai brought up the argument that her mother couldn’t tell her who to date, Lin brought up dating to spite her wasn’t necessary either. The assistant lawyer was visiting to review GuYan’s contract and be ready for countering if he opted to break or leave company. With firm denials, Gu Yan is safe for now. Fan is getting directly involved and showing Gu Yan the dream team of mentors while encouraging him to sign with Zhao. It is assured he will be treated better, but not clear if this change would really be in his best interest long term. Mei’s wannabe bf has overstepped his hand and is now on the s list. He should have never made such a comment about her mom because he saw her in action and knows what a self righteous tyrant she is. That was unforgivable for one wanting to gain Mei’s affection. Lin and Gu Yan’s argument was rather forced. She knew something was up when the two friends ran into her married. She has a point but she never really had him go with a story of his choosing. Whether the phantom knight book or the one with her they were both following up other authors. Neither story was his in spite of his feelings on the matter. He should never have expected her to hunt him down if he left, but her easy refusal that she wouldn’t will give him the gumption to make different choices just to spite her. Leaving won’t be the worst thing for him as it might help curb his creepy obsession with her. He still wants to be HeHan 2.0 but his ties with her are diminishing. I would like Dai to handle him. She would cut through the crap and point him in the right direction. Her comments to HeHan are interesting. She wants him out while the online platforms reshuffle. She pays better attention than her arrogant ex who doesn’t bother noticing the little guy. But, if the little guys team up, they are no longer little. Fan is set in his ways and sees money as the end all of negotiations. This is what will trip him up when things start pivoting. Lin meets with He Han about selling the rights of his book to a game. He really doesn’t give a free flying about it and tells her to do whatever she wants and close the door on her way out. She thinks He Han is in a bad place. I don’t agree. For the first time in decades he is sober by choice. His busy brain is getting slice of life scenarios and he’s getting paid to get them. He is dressed nicer and more manicured than he’s bothered to be for decades as well. I would like to see him venture in children’s stories with the boy in his building. That would be a nice change of pace—to really be the king of stories rather than the pinnacle of an industry that could really care less for him as a person. Lin rejected Kun’s offer which almost succeeded in shutting him up. He asked for info from staff to hire when her company folded. Cai and one other are loyal, but it’s sure that the mole is leaving. No big loss since she was hurting as much as helping anyways. 😝 This episode sees everybody heading for change and still to be determined if that is a good or bad thing.

The beginning of this episode went from 0-100 mph real fast, but then took its foot off the gas pedal by 1/3 of the episode. I really wanted to like The Water, the storyline had much intrigue throughout, but I felt that the ending was quite abrupt and choppy. With only a total of 8 episodes, there was much focus on the family dynamics and competition that it left only 1 long final episode to go from barely dating to married within minutes. I have never read the books, but have heard great things about them. As someone who is still quite new to Thai GL, this is the first series I've watched with EngLot as I have lots [of shows] to catch up on.

OMG EUN AHS AND DONG MANS ARGUEMENT MADE ME SO SAD but the way they worked out themselves is really meaningful and it shows even if they have rough patches, their relationship will work out. Also even after knowing oh jeong huis situation do i really have to feel sympathy for her like i understand what happened to her but shouldn't she use the experience to be emphatic and more consoling to her instead of being demeaning. And i am loving hye jin so much more BOSS ASS WOMAN and the actor playing hwang jin man has impeccable acting skills !!!

Flojojojo Just when you think that boyfriend could not get any worse, he did. I was kinda lost on what prompted her to mention that in the moment cause I know she mentioned having something to share later in episode 1. At first I thought it was maybe an indicator showing that they don't really know each other like that since last time he was all focused on her stats and achievements lol. But I'm glad she let him go. If he wants to walk away after learning that information, then he's total trash.I think overall the juxtaposition of the different scenarios was a good idea, but I hateeee how it was executed. It felt so choppy. I see why they used flashbacks and showing things out of order but it could've been much better. So 8.5/10 mostly cause of that.

This show is just plot-dragging around how incredibly stupid both Tang Ming and Tang Guo Guo are. So much of the drama is just waiting for each of them to stop being so consistently stupid. In TGG's case, we are waiting endlessly for her to finally grow up past her childish infatuation over Zheng Chu. In Tang Ming's case, we are just waiting for him to grow a brain cell of any kind other than medical information. Because he continues to dumb as a post on everything except medicine.

SO NOW YIAN WAS GOING TO THE PALACE HALLS TO RECIEVE THE LAST OFFER TO THE THRONE THAT HE WOULD REJECT UNTIL AFTERWARDS HE WOULD ACCEPT THE NEXT ONE, ONLY TO GET A MESSAGE FROM JEONGU TO GO TO COUNCIL HALL BUT THEN THERE’S A FIRE AND YIAN WAS STUCK IN THERE. MY THEORY IS SUNGWON TEAMED UP WITH JEONGWOO WHICH IS WHY YIAN WAS SO EASILY TRICKED INTO GOING THERE.

Tota Kwon I watched this series 4 times already, and this is the 5th time... I like it as series to watch, not a live, nor a real... So I see it ok, And MosBank did a great job, Their chemistry is great and it showed up since the first ep already.I still like it even in 2026, Because I like this type of series, Enemies to lovers, Or even who like teasing or annoying each other.

nero truong finally finished the last two episodes. & yeah it’s like the rest of the show. it’s trite. there’s nothing more to this show than clichéa. like i can’t think of anything this show has done well over anything else. the characters don’t have substance or depth so how can i sit through tthese episodes hinging on one chemistry event ，between two actord with zero chemistry i might sdd ？like actually zero. so if that actors can’t sell it & it’s a show lighter than paper+weight . ..

my hypothesis is that the princess wants liu fu yi because of her maid being so interested him. i also think maybe the sword is beckoning miao miao which is a complete guess because it’s completely unreasonable with mu sheng & then mu yao being next candidates. i say mu sheng more because he hasn’t been close to it yet kuke mu yao has. i feel like the princess is a glitcj along wotj everypony else in the imperial city ，to an extwnt. not like glitch glitch but moreso how the game has choosen to rewrite the story now that miao miao has caused sich major deviations. but liu fu yi was also prophesized toh it a love calamity so ｡･:*:･ﾟ★,｡･:*:･ﾟ☆ ｡･:*:･ﾟ★,｡･:*:･ﾟ☆ i don’r think i have much else to say but theorize. i enjoy these outfits a lot ，the girls get to have a lot more variety & it does help depict their relationships & mood more often. like miao miao adding in black which brings her closer to mu sheng paired with a pink that is in line with his red & yellow accents. liu fu yi i associate more with cool+tones like blue which i see mu sheng adopting as him growing closer to a person LIKE fu yi but not closer YET. he is softer now & it’s cute how fond he is of miao miao now & more importantly trusting. it also allows mu yao to be more independent & not have to mother him which benefits both of their characters ，mu yao is a lot more engaging to watch ｡･:*:･ﾟ★,｡･:*:･ﾟ☆ ｡･:*:･ﾟ★,｡･:*:･ﾟ☆ final note is i like that theu actually focus on tje severity of demon oppression & how horribly they live & that miao miao also has longer to go to fully understand mu sheng as much as mu sheng also needs to understand himself. this was a cute ，okay episode.
