The Perfect Movie for an Evening
To be honest, I didn't think I'd end up watching this movie. But after seeing a TikTok video with Yoona, I decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did! The whole movie is filled with that signature Korean humor: simple, sweet, and genuinely funny, without feeling forced or fake.The chemistry between the characters is great, and there are plenty of hilarious moments. If you're looking for something lighthearted and positive, I highly recommend it. It's a very easy watch. It might not be the kind of movie that stays with you forever, but it's 100% guaranteed to put you in a great mood.

Glitch and dicks
What a bizard movie with weirdly creative visuals and a complex love story and class analysis between a gay man who has it all, he is likeable, handsome, rich and has a high status job in finance during a big recession and a heterosexual man struggling with drug addiction to cope with surviving being dirt poor, feeling uncapable to provide for his sick mother working many jobs and later feeling insecure next to this "perfect" man loving him.This "perfect" man is believed to be rich because of his hard work, while the broken poor man works his ass off but still he has nothing.
This movie feels like an amphetamine trip, we see it through the lense of the broken poor man that is on drug to survive.

Power of Teacher
I watched the first "Idiot Girls and School Ghost" and this sequel over two days. The sequel stays faithful to the original, introducing new characters and new ghosts, while keeping the same satirical comedic horror atmosphere and style. Once again, we follow a group of “not-so-smart” students who try to cheat on their exams by challenging the school ghosts. This time, instead of playing hide-and-seek, they face mini-challenges presented like a video game.The sequel doesn’t even try to be scary. The ghost elements are mostly symbolic — they represent a theoretical danger to the students and serve as an allegory for the terrifying teachers who pressure and threaten “poor” students preparing for exams. However, not all teachers are scary; some take their duty to care for and protect students very seriously, and the main character is one of them.
I was a bit disappointed with the ghosts. They were funny, sure, but their performance was pretty weak. I’d even switch the words in the title and call this movie School Girls and Idiot Ghosts. Also, why do the students curse so much? Anyway, this is a fun, light watch when you don’t have anything important to do.

What a great movie! A special agent chose to silently retire to become a... webtoon artist?!?! Pacing was great, the fighting scenes were alright, good music, and a generous amount of on point comedy. Such a great combination. The webtoon inserts were also nice. The casts delivered it well.Highly recommended if you're searching for an action comedy movie.

oh my goodness this was emotional. i can't explain how much i adore this movie. it is one of those movies to me that really opens my eyes to the world and pushes me to adventure more and take care of my life. the story was quite cliche for a sad ktrauma but i ugly sobbed. i went into it having read a really watered down summary so i didn't even know jaw-won had a heart condition until i watched the movie and saw how impacted he was running after seo-yoon on the bus. i forever treasure them 💚Was this review helpful to you?
an honest and upright owl
The night owl is one of those movies that doesn’t look huge on paper, but with every minute going on you’re left sitting there thinking: “This is far more intense and twisted than I expected”especially if you’re not familiar with king injo and his era situation.., you will feel all the emotions there with the political tension
and how the tension raises up with Chen witnessing a murder but he can’t speak, just seeing, knowing and fighting his honest and upright nature to uncover the truth
I loved the mixture of historical facts and fiction.., and linking that to crown prince mysterious death in history is so good
I didn’t enjoy the music in the movie
other than that I am totally satisfied with it

That burning house that burned my heart.
I had the chance to watch this movie on my trip to Taipei during the film festival and what can I say, I was quite gobsmacked after it and left with many thoughts.The first few minutes are a VERY hard watch but you must push though them to get into the heart and meaning of the story. Such an enticing way to direct the story, absolutely insane acting and overall such a harsh yet hopeful and raw depiction of life, the good, the horrible, the bad and the beautiful.
I totally recommend this movie, it was SO good.
That burning house or how the world and adults fail children again and again and again and how meeting one single great adult that will believe in you, trust you and actually fight for you and LISTEN to you can change the trajectory of your entire life for better. They won't tell you what choice to make, they will give you all the means, all the cards for you to chose what is best, for you to learn and realise what is good and positive for your life and there is a scene that subtly emphasises that.
Little note fo Bear. The entire world failed him. His parents, his teacher, the staff at the children facility and maybe that was the most heartbreaking part of it all.
If you have a chance, I highly recommend it but be aware of triggers!

Paradise of Thorn is an emotional and intense film that really stays with you after it ends. The acting is powerful and raw, making the characters’ pain, love, and struggles feel very real instead of exaggerated.The story is heavy and focuses a lot on emotional conflict, injustice, and how far people will go for love and what they believe is theirs. It has a strong dramatic pull that keeps you invested, even when it gets uncomfortable to watch.
What I liked most is how committed it is to its emotions—it doesn’t hold back, and that makes certain scenes hit really hard. It’s not a light watch, but it’s impactful and memorable.
Overall, it’s a strong, emotional film with great performances that leaves a lasting impression.

I LOVEEE ITTTTT!! I love everything about this film, the premise, the story, the music, the acting I LOVE ITI love how it contains some our worry like decreasing of attention span to the extent that they make it too much in future we only had 5seconds movie, I love the contradictory between an anti romcom person that write and direct romcom movie (tho maybe she didnt realize it), the movie about samurai era in past starring by mirai jin (future person that do time travel), and in samurai world, the meaning of killing your rival also means you love your rivals (because you pull all of ur strength to fight them),
as for the ending, I got it some people may not happy for the ending, but this also another thing I love since the ending didn't really show whether rintaro back to future or not (even tho its decided they'll remove the film and rintaro getting back to future), so viewers may interpret as they want, but in short its really scream SEISHUN!!!

A true visual spectacle that you don’t want to miss.
Vaya, realmente fue un espectáculo visual. Los efectos especiales son excelentes y, en lo personal, me llamó mucho la atención la paleta de colores. Definitivamente es una película que habría disfrutado viendo en el cine.La premisa es muy innovadora: crear un mundo onírico donde todo es posible y combinarlo con temas relacionados con la tecnología y, especialmente, la inteligencia artificial. Me impresionó la forma en que ambos elementos se integran de manera tan orgánica dentro de la historia. Aunque, siendo sincera, siento que se quedaron un poco cortos en su desarrollo. La idea tenía muchísimo potencial y me habría encantado que exploraran aún más las posibilidades de ese mundo.
En cuanto a las escenas de acción, las acrobacias de los protagonistas estuvieron muy bien ejecutadas. Se sintieron dinámicas, fluidas y nunca forzadas. Las actuaciones en general también fueron sólidas.
Mi principal crítica está relacionada con la profundidad de los personajes. Creo que varios de ellos merecían un desarrollo más completo. Las bases estaban ahí, pero no terminaron de aprovecharlas. Un mayor desarrollo habría permitido conectar mejor con sus motivaciones y entender con más claridad algunas de sus decisiones.
La trama es fácil de seguir y, aunque en algunos momentos parece explicar demasiado lo que está ocurriendo, mantiene la coherencia de principio a fin sin recurrir a giros argumentales absurdos o sin sentido. Además, los acontecimientos de los últimos minutos logran sorprender y aportan una capa adicional de interés a la historia.
En general, es una película muy entretenida, visualmente impresionante y con ideas interesantes para reflexionar. Muy recomendable para quienes buscan una buena experiencia de ciencia ficción con excelentes efectos visuales.

Is should be not gonna lie here the plot is good and it's not too bad once you understand it. But I find the acting here quite refreshing and honestly will rewatch again given the chance with my niece and nephews on a family movie night or something or watch it while I'm traveling just to casually pass the time. Unmatched, hilarious, and unexpectedly heartbreaking.
Per Aspera Ad Astra is unlike anything else out there right now. If you think you know what to expect, you don't.Dylan Wang proves once again why he is a phenomenal actor. He holds the entire narrative together with so much charm and humor, making you laugh before absolutely breaking your heart. The emotional turn caught me completely off guard. It’s different, it’s unique, and it refuses to be compared to typical sci-fi or fantasy releases. A masterpiece that deserves every single bit of its perfect score.
